• Annick (8/5): - L emplacement et la configuration de l appartement. Les poêles n étaient pas adaptées a la cuisson pour la vitrocéramique et le panier du lave vaisselle était endommagé, il manquait une roue sur les 4 donc très difficile de le mettre en fonctionnement.

• Isabella (10/5): Sehr schönes Erlebnis, es hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen und wir werden definitiv wieder kommen! - Top Lage! Wir konnten alles für das Frühstück in unmittelbarer Nähe kaufen. Gleich zwei Meter weiter ist ein kleines Geschäft mit den wichtigsten Dingen, zwei-drei Minuten die Straße entlang sind Bäcker und Metzger zu erreichen. Auch die nächste Vaporetto Station ist nur zwei Minuten entfernt. Für den nächsten Aufenthalt müssen wir unbedingt Geschirrtücher mitnehmen. Das ist mir aber schon öfter in Italien in Appartments aufgefallen. Es gibt keine Geschirrtücher zum Abtrocknen des Geschirrs. Wir haben nicht immer für alles den Geschirrspüler eingeschaltet und manches eben mit der Hand abgewaschen. Ansonsten war alles vorhanden, Spülmittel, Geschirrspültabs sogar eine große Küchenrolle. Gut ausgestattete Küche mit allem was notwendig ist. TOP!

• Jenna Coker (6/5): - AC was nice to have and apartment was quiet. Pillows were terrible. Master bath smelled strongly of urine. Couch leather is worn and peeling, kitchen sink faucet is loose, only coffee option is moka pot.
• Monica (6/5): NUR KALTES WASSER ZUM DOUSCHEN, einige Probleme aber schöne Lage - Die Lage ist super. Die Größe der Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer ist sehr angenehm. Wir hatten 4 Übernachtungen und während des gesamten Zeitraums KEIN WARMES WASSER! Man hat uns auch keine alternative angeboten. Kalt Haare waschen und Duschen ist echt eine Zumutung! Wlan hat nicht oder sehr schlecht funktioniert. Laminatboden in beiden Badezimmern kaputt. Sogar Splitter eingefangen. Bei den Duschtüren in beide Badezimmern alles verdreckt. Die ganze Wohnung war nicht echt sauber. Wir fanden sogar noch eine Schirmmützezwischen den Sitzen von der Couch. Die Couch besteht aus lose Elementen die nicht mit einander verbunden sind sodass die Couch sich immer wieder auseinander schiebt. Wir haben €35 extra bezahlt weil unser Flug geändert wurde und wir nach 19.00 angekommen sind. Angegebenen wir kommen zwischen 20.00 - 21.00 Uhr, sogar live Standort geteilt und mussten trotzdem 10 Minuten im regen warten bis der Herr kam um uns ins Apartment zu lassen. Trotz das man €125 für die Endreinigung bezahlen muss, muss man sein Abfall vor verlassen der Wohnung selber entsorgen ansonsten €100 Strafe. Duschkopf total verschimmelt, Wasserhahn kaputt ( nur diese beide Sachen wurde repariert. In der Küche konnte man kein Geschirr abspülen weil das Spülbecken sich nicht abschließen ließ. Wasserhahn total wackelig nur zu benutzen wenn man es mit einer Hand festgehalten hat.

• Melanie (8/5): A great unit for 6 adults. The location was excellent with a short walk to most sites. The beds are a bit hard. The unit - The location was great! The space was nice and allowed for a group of 6. It was clean! The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. And not enough pillows.

• Martin (10/5): We liked the central location and the beautiful furniture and equipment of the apartment the most. - The apartment is spacious and very nicely furnished in an upscale style. Everything has worked perfectly. The communication was without problems. We would want to use this apartment again at any time.
