Não gostamos do desrespeito com horário de silêncio dos vizinhos do condomínio, de sexta para sábado fizeram festa e fizerem barulho na área comum até as 01:30hs da madrugada e de sábado para domingo essas mesmas pessoas ficaram conversando na área comum até as 02:30hs da madrugada fora o som alto de outro vizinho da vila tocando funk com letras obscenas durante o dia! Vimos as regras impostas pelo anfitrião com horários limite para barulhos e também limite a altura do som, pensei que as regras fossem para todos os condôminos!

Renato (8/5): Férias proveitosas e boa para conhecer Caraguatatuba. - A disponibilidade de TV a cabo com Netflix foi um diferencial positivo na estadia. Infelizmente coisas fora do controle dos proprietários, como vizinhos barulhentos, falta de água e luz, atrapalharam um pouco a estadia.
