• Guest (7/5): Ok - Muito confortável e limpo. Fácil comunicação mesmo o proprietário não falando ingles. Tivemos um problema com a porta, não abria, perdemos mais de uma hora esperando o chaveiro arrumar. O WiFi não funcionou

• Bene (5/5): A szállásadóval minden rendben volt, de a szállás helye és mérete nem a legjobb - Pozitívumok: + Már előre nagyon sok és pontos információt kaptam. A szállásadó küldött videokat, ami alapján mindent meg lehetett érteni. Ezzel a résszel nem volt semmilyen probléma + További pozitívum, hogy a vendéglátót mindig el lehetett érni, szinte mindig azonnal válaszolt online + Tömegközlekedési szempontból is jó helyen volt a lakás. Bolt is volt a közelben Negatívumok: -A szállás a város egyik legmocskosabb részén van. Az utcán retek, szeméthegyek és bűz. Ha más részein jártunk Nápolynak, ott nem tapasztaltunk ilyet. Ez nem a szállásadó hiába, de az utazóknak fontos lehet - Nagyon megtévesztő szerintem, hogy van reggeli az árban. Én értem, hogy ez országonként nagyon eltérő... de fel lehetne tűntetni, hogy ennél a szállásnál ez kv/tej/előre csomagolt piskótaszelet. Oké, ez van... de máshol a reggeli ennél combosabb. Ha ezt tudjuk előre, nem kérjük. Ráadásul nekünk 6 napra nem is volt elég :D - A szállás nagyon picike, akkor jó, ha az ember csak aludni megy oda, semmi mást. De legalább a klíma azonnal lehűti - A lakás közvetlenül az utcáról nyílik. Biztos van, akinek a biztonságérzetét zavarja. Megvallom, mi is paráztunk kicsit. Egyetlen ajtó választ el a nyüzsgő, hangos utcától. És a holmidat is, amikor nem vagy otthon - Az utca nagyon hangos este, ráadásul szemben autószerelő műhely van, ami szintén zajos. Gyakori volt, hogy nem tudtuk kipihenni magunkat. Oké, pezsgő nápolyi élet... de azért aludnánk is :D Tudom, hogy a felsoroltak nagy része nem a szállásadó hibája! De ezek fontos szempontok lehetnek, ha valaki csendes és nyugodt pihenésre vágyik :)

Mas não é tão conforme o enunciado. - A localização de fato é muito central e prática, é perto da estação de trem, mas não exatamente na confusão que a envolve. Foi tudo muito limpo e o contato com o host foi sempre muito muito rápido e eficiente. Recebi instruções muito claras de como acessar a casa, e entramos rápido e sem problemas. O apartamento dá literalmente a uma rua bastante movimentada. Você abre a porta da sala/quarto e já enfrenta diretamente a confusão inerente a Nápoles, dá de cara com a calçada. Se você é alguém que precisa de um tempo de silêncio, de descanso mental (tal como eu), talvez não seja a melhor opção. Foi muito difícil desligar mentalmente da cidade, que é muito agitada, e isso gerou exaustão generalizada. Caso não seja esse o caso, é uma ótima opção! Também o fato de pagamento da taxa (imposto) da cidade ter que ser em espécie foi bastante incômoda/inflexível, tive que andar sozinha por essa cidade enorme logo cedo de manhã para achar um lugar para sacar dinheiro e ir batendo de loja em loja para conseguir trocar para a quantia exata. Eu estava ciente de essa taxa existir, mas não estava ciente que era em espécie e a comunicação se deu quando eu estava terminando de arrumar as malas para partir. Também estava anunciado que haveria uma "vista", mas essa só existe se você considerar a calçada na frente da porta uma vista, ou então a briga dos vizinhos (o que era até engraçado). As janelas mal podiam ser abertas porque as pessoas olhariam para dentro ao passar. A ideia também de café da manhã continental não se encaixa aqui, só se você achar que um bolinho no plástico, café e um potinho de leite na geladeira se encaixar nesse conceito.
• SILVIA (10/5): Perfecto para pasar unos días en el corazón de Nápoles - Bien situado, muy accesible, cerca de todo. Te dejan café, bollos, leche. El anfitrión preocupado siempre por nosotros, mandándonos mensajes, deseándonos buen día. Nada.

• Louise (9/5): Superb - Comfortable bed good shower. The facilities were as advertised. The area was fairly rundown but we felt safe.
• Renee (10/5): Visiting Naples, great place to stay - The apartment was exactly as it's shown in the photos. Spotlessly clean, we were surprised to find milk, juice, coffee, bottled water and cake waiting for us. Just what we needed after long flight. 10 minute walk to heart of historical centre. Lots of cafes, authentic restaurants serving typical Neapolitan food, not just pizza. Cooking classes near by and worth doing, underground tour which is fabulous and great history lesson. Apartment is also 5 minutes to Laundromat, post office and pharmacy. Great security and the owner is lovely and extremely helpful. Little noisy at night but not a real problem. We experienced the same in France and Spain so I guess this is apartment living. Very comfortable bed.
• Edmund (7/5): Satisfied customer, happy to come back - Short distance walk to Garibaldi centre, metro train, shops and pizzeria. On our first night, works being done till wee hours in the morning, not owners fault. Otherwise it was good value for money and the owner was readily available for information.
• Paulina (10/5): The best place I have ever booked through booking. - The best place I have ever booked through booking. Very clean, cosy flat equipped with everything you need for your stay. Large bathroom, comfortable bedroom and lounge with sofa bed, kitchenette with coffee machine, microwave, large fridge. And all this in a great location - a few minutes on foot from the train station and practically at the beginning of Spaccanapoli. The owner very friendly and helpful. We were given a whole table of yummies for breakfast :-) We were delighted with our stay and would love to return! Everything was great! :-)
• Frosso (10/5): Exceptional - It was in the heart of town and genny was really helpful with everything we needed
• Alex (9/5): Great location in Naples with a very attentive and welcoming host - Great use of space. Great central location. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Owner gave a nice touch leaving out some goodies on arrival Unfortunately the hot water broke during our stay but was fixed within a day. Shower also was a bit leaky. Booked as breakfast included but really only snacks provided, not enough to be breakfast (goodies mentioned previously)
• Desislava (10/5): Exceptional - The best apartment and host in town! We are super grateful and happy. The host was very nice and at our disposal every day. We had a breakfast that he was left for us (coffee, milk, water, juice, croissants and etc) The apartment was very very clean and comfy. Next time we definitely going to stay there again.
• Rainbow (10/5): Perfect space for a small family - There was clearly a lot of thought put into this property with coffee, milk and snacks. It was very nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable! The host was very helpful and always on hand. Nothing to complain about, all lovely
• Vas (10/5): Excellent - Visited Naples as a group of 4 for a wedding. What a little gem of a place spotless and very comfortable. The location was perfect walking distance to restaurants and shops and the strip at night. Close to train and bus. Drinks and snacks provided which was appreciated on arrival. Excellent host very friendly and helpful. We will definitely consider staying again at this beautiful little house in Naples when we return. No iron or washing machine.
