• Susan (1/5): A DISASTER - Location - close to beach, bars, restaurants The apartment is very outdated. Needs a lot of TLC. The toilet seat is broken and dangerous, the flush is about to break and the shower head falls off. The water was never more than lukewarm. Plug sockets were loose. Very poor shower products. No coffee machine except a very old cafetiere. I was given to believe that all facilities were available on the ground floor which is great for me and my husband as we both have reduced mobility. Arrived to find the apartment was on the 3rd floor, 56 steps up, and the lift wasn't working, nor was it repaired for the whole of our stay. This affected the number of times we ventured out as we didn't want to negotiate112 steps each time. No monetary compensation offered.

• ANTONIO (9/5): Vacaciones en el Rincon - La ubicación del apartamento a un paso de la playa y de la zona de bares y restaurantes ...lo amplio q es y lo limpio q estaba todo,parking en el mismo edificio...y sobre todo destacar la atención de la anfitriona muchísimas gracias x todo!! Hubiese sido un plus q el apartamento tuviese aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones...

• JOAQUIN (10/5): - El apartamento está muy cerca de todo lo que necesitas. Supermercados, bares, restaurantes y la playa a menos de 100 metros. Con piscina y aparcamiento. Llegamos directos al apartamento y nos recibió María del Mar y dejamos el coche en el parking privado que posee el apartamento. Todo un lujo.
• Rosa (7/5): Muy buena estancia - El apartamento tiene muy buena ubicación y es amplio y tiene de todo hasta secadora. La cafetera era demasiado grande y la tapa del WC se movía.
• Isabel (10/5): Apartamento ideal para disfrutar del Rincón de la Victoria - El apartamento es muy amplio y cómodo. La cocina está bien equipada. Encontramos todo muy limpio. Está super bien ubicado, muy cerca de la playa y con un supermercado DÍA justo debajo. Además hay muchas tiendas de todo tipo y restaurantes alrededor. Tener parking incluido en donde coge un coche grande es un punto a favor. María del Mar nos atendió estupendamente para la entrega de llaves. Repetiremos y lo recomendamos 100%. Que no pudimos disfrutar de la piscina porque estaban haciendo obras en las zonas comunes y estaba cerrada

• Margarita (8/5): Very good - The host. Maria Del Mar was awesome and was in communication the whole time. The internet was in and out.
• Benjamin (9/5): Spacious apartment - Our host was super responsive and guided me into the private, off road parking spot, the apartment is much more spacious than I expected, and is located super close to the beach, and an array of great seafood restaurants The beds are comfy, and you have use of a well kitted out kitchen Sadly the pool wasn't open yet - it opens in June, but it looks like a great pool, good size There's a Día supermarket located almost directly downstairs, and a cafe on the corner, so you're never far from a bite to eat or stocking up the fridge! The only downside for us was that the bedroom & bathroom doors are quite noisy to open/close, so anyone getting using the bathroom at night tend to disturb everyone else But otherwise, we absolutely loved our stay and would recommend to anyone visiting the area ☺️
