Carin (8/5): Met expectations - Good breakfast with wonderful service by the dining room staff. Location was good. After the music around the pool stopped, the room was quiet. There is a large and free parking lot by the hotel. There was no sign with the hotel name on it and we drove past it even with a GPS. The room key didn’t work for the front hotel door the night we checked in. The next day we went to get something from the car and couldn’t get back inside because the room card didn’t work. There was no one at the reception at 6am and the parking guard couldn’t reach reception. No outside intercom to reach staff.

El hotel en sus interiores es muyyy lindo, tiene unas visuales maravillosas y el desayuno es delicioso! Además te orientan en qué se puede realizar, excelentes recomendaciones y te ayudan a gestionar todo lo que se requiere para pasar una hermosa estadía en Paipa. El l lugar es super limpio, sus camas son extremadamente cómodas la ubicación es perfecto, es un lugar muyyy cálido y bonito y sus desayunos son deliciosos , tienen estación de frutas variedad en todo , café deliciosooo y lo sirven en la terraza con unas visuales hermosas ! Yo les recomiendo que si van a Paipa se hospeden ahí Realmente todo fue increíble, súper recomendado !

The rooms have a noise insulation problem; you can hear everything from the adjacent rooms. Simple, nothing more than that.

But the list important aspect of this great place is WHO makes it great. The owners and employees made us feel like home. That invites us to book his place again if needed to stay in Paipa again. La TV no servía bien, tocaba conectar y desconectar para apagarla y encenderla. Creo que el staff podría mejorar, el check-in y check-out fue un poco accidentado. Tampoco había información sobre wifi o algún servicio extra del hotel.

Muchas gracias a todo el personal por pensar en nuestra comodidad. En mi caso, fui para un evento de ciclismo y se preocuparon por dejarnos el desayuno listo para poder comer a las 4am, preguntándonos cómo sería la mejor forma de hacerlo. Volvería sin duda. Mario (9/5): A nicely appointed room and facilities, excellent breakfast, in a quiet location next to the lake. - We liked the location of the hotel next to Lake Sochagota, in a quiet section of town. We also appreciated the comfortable room and facilities, and modern decoration. Breakfast menu vas varied, meals were delicious, and the staff were responsive to our requests. A large group of noisy male guests arrived in the middle of the night and woke us up. I am not sure what could have been done to minimize this disturbance.
