Ulrich (9/5): Gut eingerichtete und zugeschnittene Ferienwohnung in sehr guter und ruhiger Lage - Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage und einen großen Westbalkon mit Blick auf den Schmachter See und seitlich auch zur Ostsee. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, 3 Platten-Elektroherd und Spülmaschine sind vorhanden. Im Wohnzimmer und den beiden Schlafzimmern sind insgesamt 3 Fernseher vorhanden. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in der 1. Etage und ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hell. Sie liegt rund 6 Minuten (400 Meter) zu Fuß vom Kleinbahnhof in Binz entfernt in einer sehr ruhigen kleinen Seitenstraße. Bushaltestellen sind am Kleinbahnhof und ein REWE-Supermarkt nur rund 850 Meter entfernt. Die Nahverkehrsanbindung ist gut. Es fahren tagsüber halbstündlich Busse Richtung Sassnitz über Prora und Busse Richtung Sellin /Göhren. Zudem gibt es einen Ortsbus und einen Bus zum Jagdschloss Granitz (stündlich). Also braucht man vor Ort kein Auto und kann klimafreundlich die schöne Insel erkunden. Der nächste Bahnhof (ICE-Bahnhof) ist in Binz ( 2 km entfernt ). Die Bedienung des modernen Backofen ist nicht selbsterklärend. Man braucht dazu die Bedienungsanleitung ( war jedoch vorhanden).
