• Mariia (7/5): - The place is exceptionally clean and very close to bus station. It doesn't have a kitchen or any common area. It's also quite far from everything in berat. If you only need a neat place to spend the night - it's a good option. But not really for socializing or exploring around.

• Valentine (10/5): Great place to stay if just passing through and want to be close to the bus station. - The room was modern, beds stable - I had someone on the top bunk and couldn’t feel the movement that much. The shower and bathroom in the room was great. The guy who owns/runs the place was nice. Only thing was the light coming through the glass door would disturb your sleep but easily solved if you have an eye mask or something to put over your face. Keep in mind it’s a bit of a walk from the main town but super close to the bus station which I preferred.

• Ahmet (10/5): Exceptional - Hostel is near to the bus center, but about 1.5km away from the center of the city. But I turned this into an advantage and walked this way when the weather was good. I blended more with locals, and had a chance to get much better prices along this route (like 2 euros for a haircut and shave all together) Beside this, owner was friendly. When I visited he had to be somewhere else, but still managed to help me when I had a question. I stayed 2 nights, and rooms weren’t full. So I had a experience of an hotel for a really cheap price. There is a private toilet in rooms and there is also a big one which is spacious so you can take a long shower and relax. There was no breakfast service, its included in this site. Maybe as a mistake.

• Janice (9/5): Superb - Clean and Comfortable to stay. Close to bus terminal, take less than 5mins walking distance.
• Miyoun (10/5): Amazing stay in Berat - I liked everything. Clean bed, clean toilet. Quiet at night. Two towels were provided for free. Small shampoo were also provided. There is a refrigerator in the room. Exceptional. feel like I stayed in a hotel. The host was very kind. Less than 5minutes from bus station. I really satisfied about my stay. Highly recommended Bit far from center but you can take the local bus Even though I enjoyed walking to the center.
• Koren (10/5): Exceptional - As a solo tourist, I chose to stay at this hostel, a 5-minute walk from the Berat terminal. There is an internal bus to the promenade and the city center. The hostel facilities are clean and comfortable In a quiet area. I felt safe. The owners were kind enough to allow me a late check out to make the most of my stay in the city. I got a room with a shower in it. Everything was perfect.

• Wai (9/5): It is more like a hotel standard with attached bathroom and a small fridge. The place is very clean and in a quiet neigh - It is very near to the bus terminal. It is very clean and in a quiet neighbourhood. You can get the city bus just outside the hostel to go to Old Town Berat. Nothing, a comfortable cosy restful and clean hostel bed and environment you needed is found in this wonderful hostel!

• Wudan (9/5): Superb - Very close to the bus terminal, easy to find! The host is very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and quiet. Everything is good. it’s a bit far from the center, you can take bus there though.
• Coughlin (10/5): Exceptional - Great hostel to stay at. 20 min walk from the city center, but close to castle and bus station. The man who worked here was extremely kind, and the bed and bathroom were very nice.
• Rathan (10/5): Awesome stay, super host ! - Very new, clean place with good wifi close to bus station. Owner is very responsive and is always available by whatsapp to answer questions. I was coming from Sarande and he knew the bus driver and had them drop me off right in front of the hostel and later also helped reserve my tickets to Tirana without having to wait in line at the station.

• Wan (10/5): 5 stars hostel ! - 5 stars warmly hostel! The hostel is brand-new with everything so clean and nice. Host Ervis is super nice and offer all the help you need and you can easily reach him by WhatsApp ( his contact from booking.com). Service: I am coming on a national holiday in Albania and also with a rainy season, Ervis and his family warmed me up and welcome me to their gathering. I had a great time with them and also feel how friendly Albanian are. Facilities : first time for me to see a private fridge in a dorm and this is luxurious. Theres also some hanging rack , hair dryer and rainforest shower in the en-suites big bathroom, which is so bridge and clean. There are also many space for you to put luggage in the room. Location: just 100m next to the bus terminal which is very accessible to reach the transport to / from other city. You can also ask our host to book the bus for you :) Theres also a city bus going to / from city centre of Berat city every 15 mins
• Ra (9/5): Excellent option - Very close to the bus station, so very handy for my early morning trip. Very new place. Shower with hot water in 2 seconds (literally). Everything works well. It's exactly how it looks in the pictures. Towels and toiletries included. Quiet area. Comfy bed. Adding a few things would make it perfect: - A bin in the room (not only in the bathroom) - A courtain to avoid the light from outside - To fix the noisy bathroom door

Spotless clean and so fresh, I loved the smell of the bedding sheets and towels! it was a pleasure to listen to the stories of the city's and country history told by the host. Truly recommend it 😊

• Georgia (10/5): Couldn’t recommend this hostel enough - Hostel Aral was in the perfect location, a 5 minute walk from the bus terminal and 30 minutes from the Berat castle. Ervis was such an amazing host, he was very accommodating and helped me with my bus ticket when I was leaving to Saranda. The room was really clean and I loved how the bathroom mirror had a ring light!
• Kośmider (9/5): Superb - I've been to a few hotels where there are rooms for a few people. This hotel is the best I've ever stayed in. Great conditions, nice atmosphere, helpful and friendly staff. Sauna at night....for personel😉
