• Michael (5/5): Very disappointing- no personal welcome and we felt the photos weren’t a true representation. - The location was good. The location was good but the property was misrepresented in the photos and description. It was not light/bright but dull/austere! And the sofa, bed and dining tables were not comfortable! No microwave, no toaster, no ironing board, a very old iron and we couldn’t find the washing machine. Balcony was a row of very dead plants! I asked about the lift before paying, because of our age and was told there was a lift - however, the very small llift didn’t stop on our floor! The TV volume was stuck on 5, inaudible. I complained 3 times - never fixed. Then at the end the owner pleaded for a 10/10 rating!!!! We couldn’t recommend this apartment.

• Zuzanna (9/5): Przyjemnie - - Lokalizacja obiektu była wspaniała, blisko centrum Zatybrza, a jednocześnie na spokojniejszym uboczu dzięki czemu w nocy w apartamencie było cicho i ciemno - idealnie by odpocząć. W pobliżu znajdował się targ ze świeżymi owocami i warzywami, sporo sklepów i restauracji. - Mieszkanie ładnie, stylowo urządzone i dobrze wyposażone (brakowało nam jedynie ręczników papierowych lub jakiejś ścierki kuchennej). - Sprawna klimatyzacja. - Wygodne łóżka. - Wolałabym mieć dwa prześcieradła do przykrycia zamiast jednego wspólnego. Dodatkowo w garderobie mógłby być np koc do okrycia się na wypadek chłodu. - Za mała ilość zostawionego papieru toaletowego (2 rolki, na 4 osoby, 4 dni). - Zasuszone kwiatki na balkonie i gruba warstwa kurzu na szafkach w kuchni. - ZAGRZYBIAŁA, NIECZYSZCZONA KLIMATYZACJA - filtry nieczyszczone od dłuższego czasu, co może mieć negatywny wpływ na zdrowie, załączam zdjęcia.

• Chiara (9/5): Bene ma non benissimo - Appartamento molto carino, ottimo per famiglie di max 4 persone... lo sconsiglierei a gruppi di amici solo perché per accedere al bagno devi passare dalla camera da letto. Ottima posizione a 2 passi da una delle zone che, personalmente, è tra le più caratteristiche di Roma Diciamo che la pulizia non è il punto di forza di questo appartamento... le piante finte sono piene di polvere, così come la lampada sopra al tavolino! Le piante vere nel balcone invece chiedono proprio pietà... quando è così, perché capisco che non sia semplice la gestione del verde, meglio non metterci niente!! Altra nota "dolente" la carta igienica... 1 rotolo e mezzo per 3 gg per 4 persone è un po' pochino.. abbiamo poi scoperto la "scorta" sotto il letto matrimoniale, ma solo perché abbiamo scuriosato. Oltre a questo, mi verrebbe da consigliarvi anche di aggiungere degli strofinacci per la cucina, o almeno un rotolo di scottex/tovagliette usa e getta, anche solo per non mangiare sul tavolo direttamente...
• saket (9/5): Good location - Location was perfect, about a 10 min walk to the main trastavere centre with all eateries and bars. Safe neighbourhood with a lovely restaurant downstairs. Rooms and bathroom are clean. Perfect for a short stay Bathroom is a bit small, wash basin drains very slowly and water pressure is less.

• Samuel (10/5): - Appartement très bien situé, 35/40 min. à pieds des sites majeurs. Quartier très sympa pour sortir manger le soir, tout en étant dans une rue calme. Bons équipements.

• Daniela (10/5): Very nice and comfortable. - The location is great and it looks exactly as in the pictures, nice and comfortable. The pots and pans available weren't compatible with the induction cooktop, which we found odd. It would have been great if they had dish soap.

• Rebecca (9/5): A lovely and relaxed lock up and go. - Modern and comfortable. Easy lock up and go. There were a few broken things like the light near the shower and the water pressure. The bed was also a bit uncomfortable.

• Alison (8/5): Good location. Good sized apartment - Good location. Decent size kitchen/ living area. All very well fitted out/ decorated. Loads of storage space the bedroom ( walk in wardrobe!). Loved the walk- in shower( no bath), and high end finish in the bathroom. Guide books and brollies available. Dishwasher, washing machine all provided. Location about 5 mins from bus/ tram stop. Loads of places to eat and drink nearby- very reasonable priced because you are not in the heart of the main tourist area. Stayed 3 nights, and it worked great for us. Split level bedroom- the bed is raised, and the bathroom has a step directly at the doorway - you have remember all the time. Even though there is a lift, you still have a flight of stairs. It’s not a real problem, but useful to know. This was a brilliant stay for 2 of us, but might not have been such a good place for 4 as the sofa bed is in the only living/ kitchen/ lounge space(and we like a bit of space).
