• Gillian (9/5): Superb - Good communication from Host. Liked that we were met outside hotel and shown to room. A few suggestions to elevate my stay. Complimentary water in room. Bath mat really needs replaced. It was old and thin! Towels for the pool to be supplied.

• Steven (5/5): Privately owned apartment - Location close to all the restaurants, apartment very clean and new. Had everything for a self-catering stay. Wasn't aware this was a privately owned apartment, we were suppose to have keys handed to us at 3pm only to receive email that the keys had been locked inside the apartment and we would have to wait another 3-4 hours, but as there was no where to leave suitcases as this is a private apartment we had to sit outside the hotel for several hours. Very unhappy with service.
