Robert (10/5): Great Apartment with Good Location - The location is great: in front of the Ocean and very easy to reach to all the famous beaches of Tenerife. Also very close to a few good restaurants, shops and Siam park. The host was very kind. The apartment was exactly how it was described on internet.
christine (10/5): Caletta Suites - The apartment was well located and a minute away from everything required including a small Supermarket for all essentials. Spotless clean with everything required to self-cater if that's what you want to do. Furniture and fittings were of high quality. You do not need to bring an hairdryer as they are excellent quality and not fixed to the wall. They can be used in any of the bedrooms. We found high quality restaurants on the doorstep and the coffee shop attached to the Suites was perfect and delivered to the apartment which was perfect for breakfast. We were provided with vouchers for one visit which was a welcome and unexpected addition. So was the bottle of wine and water in the fridge as we arrived late and everywhere was closed. This was very much appreciated. Thank you. We had a mountain view room first floor (101) which was excellent as the children could use the sports pitches across the road and we could keep an eye on them. They played basketball/netball, football and tennis. So convenient and the balcony was great for people watching. If needed there was access to washing machine/tumble dryer, hoover etc. Small pool and sunbathing area made it perfect for the children. Staff were lovely and helpful. Asked for a couple of extra pillows which Monica supplied immediately. Contact prior to arriving was first class and instructions on how to enter were very clear and easy to use. Spoke with Monica as we were arriving late in the evening and she made herself available until she knew we had arrived. This was very reassuring. If you want a comfortable stay in a great location I would definitely recommend. There was nothing to dislike.

Maxim (10/5): - Úžasná lokalita, je to naše třetí cesta na Tenerife a zatím nejlepší lokalita kde jsme byli, určité se vrátíme. Je to jen par minut do restauraci, obchodu, ihned vedle hřiště na fotbal a basketbal, děti moc užily. Pešky podle promenády 25 minut do Playa del Duque, kolem spousta mis na procházku. A je kolem klid. Dole super kavárna na snídani a oběd, Apartmán zařízen všem co potřebujete. Parkovaní dole s možnosti dobíjení elektro auta. Dostaly jsme prezent k pobytu a dárek k Narozeninám. Moc děkuji za pobyt, vše bylo super. Výhled, měly jsme výhled na hory, chyběl výhled na moře.

Very modern and stylish and equipped with everything we needed, within walking distance of plenty of restaurants. If I booked again, I would go for a sea view. Although I did book quite late and there weren’t any available. Having said that, the chill out/pool area on the roof was a lovely area for sunbathing

We used the laundry that worked well. Location is good and the outside and shared areas are very clean and efficient. Close to lots of good quality restaurants. We thought from the pictures there was a bigger pool and a hot tub but we worked out they were only available to the penthouse. I didn't think that was clear or we missed it. The pool was nearly always in the shade but maybe the time of year Jan.

Short 5 min walk to beautiful restaurant and 10/15 min walk to the beach This is more a residential complex so keep this in mind
Claudia (8/5): Großzügiges Appartement mit eigenem Stellplatz in der Garage jedoch kleine Schlafzimmer - Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Appartement an sich ist sehr schön und wir haben uns grundsätzlich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Angebot mit dem Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage hat uns sehr überzeugt. Alles war sehr sauber. Alles was man für den Urlaub braucht ist im Appartement im Gebäude oder in der Nähe fussläufig erreichbar. Die Zimmer in der Unterkunft sind unterschiedlich groß. Wobei eines der Zimmer eigentlich zu klein für ein Doppelzimmer ist. Wir hatten kaum Platz für unser Gepäck und man konnte sich kaum drehen oder zu zweit aufhalten. Dafür ist das Appartement an sich sehr großzügig Aus unserer Sicht wäre etwas weniger Terrasse und dafür mehr Platz in den Zimmern besser gewesen.

We would recommend to friends and hope to go back - Secure parking for our car rental, location was just a couple minutes from the sea front and restaurants. Really clean, comfortable and well organised. We would have liked a larger pool but the sea was more than enough.

The housekeeping staff were excellent - had clean towels and bed linen every 7 days. Monica was on hand to help with any questions. For me the pool was a little bit small but still nice to have a dip - couldn't find any English channels on TV. But did have Netflix and Prime.

Caroline (10/5): Lovely, clean, well appointed apartments, would return and would recommend to others. - I was absolutely amazed by the outstandingly immaculate nature of everywhere in the building; I can't overstate enough how clean and well maintained everything was. Every little touch had been thought through even down to the laundry baskets and the free washing machine with preloaded laundry soap and softener. I had a slight issue at one point where the air conditioning hadn't come on and upon contacting the host it was solved immediately for me. Everything needed for the stay was there, lovely to have underground parking also. The communal area had a lovely view and was really comfortable with plenty of sunbeds, was never crowded so it felt like an extension of the apartment. Also a surprise was the large freezer in the laundry room which was full of bags of good quality ice cubes for guests to take and use during their stay- they really had thought of everything. I can't really think of anything bad to say about the property, of course the view from the balcony was mainly of the street (we had a partial sea view) but it was a quiet street and never felt overlooked- plus it was clear from the description of the property what to expect so we weren't expecting a full sea view. I would say if I was being really picky that a larger airer would be nice but they do provide a wonderful laundry room so it wasn't really a hardship.

The apartment was in excellent condition, like new, very clean and contemporary, and had everything you would need. Monica always answered promptly to any queries. The area is gorgeous, great restaurants nearby, walking distance to beach, and lovely Spanish feel.

It was just perfect in every way and the host was fantastic to deal with. The design detail and content of the apartment was impeccable and they had thought of more than everything. Lovely huge Balcony - we stayed in No 9 on Ground Floor. Great partial sea view. Close to the main restaurants and bars in a Caleta but a nice quiet road as it's set one road back from everything. Amazing! There was nothing not to like. Everything was in excellent order and we were very beyond satisfied with everything. Wi-fi dropped out a couple of times but not a problem.

Basement parking was very convenient. The sea view from our ground floor apartment was somewhat restricted.

James (10/5): Fantastic Accommodation and Location! - Caleta Suites is simply fantastic. We had a wonderful time in one of the Penthouse Apartments which was very luxurious. The large outdoor space including rooftop pool and jacuzzi were amazing. The Suites are also perfectly located within a short walk to many bars and restaurants. Cant wait to return! Everything was perfect.

After playing tennis as a group it was great to have facilities for everyone! I liked literally everything. I will book this next time I come back.
