We'll be back! - location was excellent. right near a metro stop and a coffee / pastry shop. we didn't spend much time in room other than to sleep / shower. room was clean and provided exactly what we were looking for it was little noisy at night - street sweepers, trash collection, etc.

• Ruggiero (4/5): Soggiorno nel complesso discreto grazie alla posizione, ma penalizzato da problemi essenziali come riscaldamento e acqua - Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento a Madrid per quattro giorni. Nel complesso la casa è piccolina ma accogliente, e la posizione è sicuramente un punto di forza: molto comoda per muoversi e visitare la città. Purtroppo però ci sono stati diversi aspetti negativi importanti. Prima di tutto, il riscaldamento non funzionava bene e l’appartamento risultava freddo. Anche l’acqua calda era un grosso problema: finiva quasi subito, e tra quattro persone riusciva a lavarsi solo una persona per pochissimi minuti. Non era previsto il cambio asciugamani e ce n’era solo uno a testa, cosa piuttosto limitante per più giorni di soggiorno. Inoltre, mancavano strumenti base per la pulizia, come ad esempio una scopa. Il divano letto abbiamo dovuto aprirlo noi ed era anche piuttosto piccolo, quindi non molto comodo. siamo state fortunate ad avere l’appartamento al primo piano, perché le scale erano molto alte e sembravano anche un po’ pericolose. In sintesi, buona posizione e ambiente accogliente, ma servizi essenziali come riscaldamento e acqua calda non erano adeguati.

• ROCIO (9/5): Cómodo y bien ubicado - El alojamiento en si estaba genial,equipado con todo lo necesario, era amplio y funcional, Muy bien ubicado con transporte público, en la puerta , supermercados y restaurantes y bares a pocos metros. Poca luz natural, ya que todas las ventanas dan a un patio interior. Es un primer piso sin ascensor y las escaleras son un poco estrechas, no aptas para personas con poca movilidad.

• Bo (10/5): Com a casa - Situació immillorable, amb els serveis bàsics al costat de l'apartament. Ideal per una família de tres/quatre membres. Ens preocupava la neteja, ja que la nit anterior era cap d'any, tot i així el pis estava d'allò més net. Vàrem tenir un petit incident al accedir al pis, gràcies al telèfon de guàrdia amb un moment ens ho van solucionar.

Tuvimos un pequeño problema para acceder,pero la chica que se encarga Andrea fué super efectiva y super amable. Lo recomiendo muchísimo,cuando regresemos a Madrid sin duda volveremos a reservarlo! No hay nada que decir,todo está perfecto.

• Tereza (10/5): - When I read the reviews for this accommodation, I must admit that I was skeptical, but I still decided to take the accommodation. Several people complained about the fact that the apartment is on the fourth floor and when you travel with suitcases it can be annoying to carry them, but it's not that bad. The apartment was just right (there were three of us), beautifully modern equipment, great location - close to all the sights and the metro is right around the corner, check-in was not difficult at all and overall everything was great. Several people complained about the bed under the roof but it wasn't bad at all and if you don't like such things, don't stay here, otherwise you're spoiling the rating unnecessarily. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, as is the bathroom - many reviews said that the shower was leaking and we didn't have any problems with anything like that. It wasn't hot at all thanks to the air conditioning, which is great. My friends and I enjoyed our stay and I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it.

• Julia (2/5): Sucio y decepcionante - La ubicación Estaba sucio. Llegamos y el suelo estaba pegajoso, las toallas no se habían cambiado y los utensilios de cocina tenían restos de aceite y comida. Cuando contactamos con ellos para que lo limpiaran debidamente, vino la mujer de la limpieza con una actitud desafiante, diciéndonos que eso estaba más que limpio y que no teníamos razón. Pasó la mopa a regañadientes, y de debajo de la cama salió un pendiente que no era nuestro... No volveremos, muy descontentos

One main sitting room with three small rooms off it-bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, bathroom and excellent shower, well equipped kitchen with facilities. Couch opens up to double bed in sitting room. Excellent location, two coffee shops across the road and Sunday Madrid market outside front door. 5 minute walk to Plaza Mayor No natural light in our apartment. Only four towels for 4 people for 4 days, no cleaning no fresh towels. Air con only in main sitting room. Bedroom very hot

Please note, this room is located on the 4th floor of the building, and there is no elevator available. Be prepared for a good workout, as you'll need to climb several flights of stairs to reach the top floor.
• Rice (8/5): Great location and good value for money. A perfect location for a young couple. - Excellent location. Cafes within minutes - the superb Mercado de San Miguel is five minutes walk away. As is Plaza Mayor. Nearest Metro stations for lines 1 and 5 are close. Room is clean and comfortable - great shower. We didn't use the TV - but WIFI was good. Nespresso coffee maker included in kitchen facilities - but ... (see below!). Walking around Madrid was easy - we walked quite easily to the Prado (20m), Atocha Station (20m) and to Plaza de Espanja (30m). The walk up the stairs with suitcases was a bit forbidding for oldsters like us as was the sloping roof over the bed! Some gratis Nespresso capsules would have been nice - took us two days to find a store that stocked them!

Difficult to access of you have heavy luggages or physical restrictions. In the apartment there was a lingering chemical smell we didnt understand where It came from. Quite unpleasant.
