• Christine (1/5): Plus jamais - Très mauvais contact avec la propriétaire pas arrangeante du tout. Je suis arrivée trop tard le premier soir. Aucune solution ne m’a été proposée, en réponse, j’ai reçu 3 fois le même message automatique me disant que rien n’était possible en dehors des conditions prévues . J’ai du louer d’urgence un hôtel pour le premier soir. J’ai demandé un geste commercial , je n’ai reçu aucune réponse à mon message. Cela ressemble à un hôtel sur les photos mais c’est un appartement privé pas prévu pour la location. vous devez chercher les clés chez un commerçant à 10 mn à pieds. Pour ceux comme moi, qui cherchent des prestations hôtelières = à éviter absolument

• Shane (9/5): What a view!!!! - What a view! Apartment was very well equipped. Pool and sauna were very nice. Great location for visiting Montreal. Would highly recommend.

• Hannah (10/5): Incredible apartment - Incredible apartment! Very well equipped. Incredible view! I don't like heights so it took a day to get used to being up so high, but definitely an incredible view! The gym, pool, hot tub, and sauna were all great! There was a cinema room and games room that we didn't use, but good to have those options too. The location was amazing, walkable to downtown and old Montreal. Very close to the metro for going further afield. Sofia was very responsive to messages. Nothing!
• Judy (10/5): The best view in Montreal! - The view! I was there for three nights this time and I never even turned the television on. The view is simply amazing. Sofia is fantastic communicating. She is very caring and knowledgable. This was my second time and I will be back again.

• Nordynne (10/5): Ein sehr schöne Wohnung mit einer spektakulären Aussicht - Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in einem schönen Stadtviertel, mit sehr guter Bus- und Metro-Anbindung. Die Altstadt ist auch sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war einwandfrei.

• Anastasia (10/5): Amazing view and perfect location - My stay was just amazing, largely thanks to choosing this apartment for my stay. The location was the most convenient out of all possible. I could reach any major attractions by foot, maximum 30/40 min walking. The view is just breathtaking. The residence had everything I needed too, most spacious condo’s gym I have seen that even included Pilates reformer. An outdoor, indoor pools, sauna, jacuzzi, plenary of coworking spaces with amazing views. The host was very quick and kind in her responses. Thank you Sophia for your kind hospitality!

Was there during Jazz fest and you can hear the music even with doors/window closed. Didn’t bother us, but for those who go to bed early and want quiet they should be aware of event noise.

Spotlessly clean, safe, and fully equipped with everything we needed for our 5-day stay. The host was highly responsive, and communication with Sofia was seamless throughout.

• Michael (1/5): False info in listing - View is spectacular. The listing says there is a sauna and a hot tub/hammam. Both do not exist. They are NOT being renovated, as the host falsely claimed when we complained about this; they have never been open and are still under construction. This was confirmed by concierge and building staff. Listing contained false information, and yet booking.com refused to give us more than a 50% refund, even though we paid for 7 nights and vacated after one. Other negatives: we got one key-fob which gives access to the room and to the lobby. No extra key is available. This means that your party must always arrive and leave together. No remote buzz-in is possible. Room is VERY small. Bedroom fits the double bed with no space remaining to lay down a suitcase. Pool was unheated when we were there. We won't be back, and also won't be using booking.com again.

The corner unit allows you to see old Montreal and the south shore and the east window shows you the Olympic Stadium, Place Des Arts. I lived here for 60 years and returned to visit after a 3 year absence and was so happy to see such incredible views of my former city.

• Ladislav (10/5): Now I know where to stay in Montreal - After reading reviews I was kind of hessitant to book a stay, but I booked anyway and I was glad that I did not believe some of the reviews. Building is brand new directly in the heart of Montreal with all possible amenities you can imagine. Indoor & outdoor swimming pool, well equipped gym, virtual golf, private teather, meeting rooms, etc. Condo itself is absolutely beautiful, with nice furnishing, super clean, and a great view. Check in / check out was a breeze. Sofia was very attentive and pleasant to communicate with.

No backup plans for comers who get the train delayed, although the arrival time is communicated with the host in advance for 4 days. My recent stay with the host, Sofia was an absolute nightmare from the start. Despite communicating my arrival time well in advance for four days. I experienced a complete lack of flexibility and suffering terrible experience when my train was delayed, which had been rejected to check-in the paid accommodation, and was being accused of the frequently change on check-in time. Which is an uncertainty of almost travelers around the world and uncontrollable. The issues began with their refusal to provide a self-check-in option, and the outrageous attempt to charge an additional fee for a late check-in, which was entirely beyond my control. I was then forced to wait in the lobby until the next morning, while still being charged for the full night's stay - an unacceptable and unreasonable policy. To make matters worse, the hot water was frequently unavailable due to recurring power outages in the building. Which the terrible experiences that I overcame was completely unacceptable. As they clearly do not value their guests or provide the basic amenities and services. This was a deeply disappointing and frustrating ordeal that I would not wish upon anyone to face.
