Esta limpio y limpian a diario. La cama incómoda, si llegamos a hacer una guerra de almohadas en primer golpe en KO. La habitación pequeña. Un día de lluvia caía agua por un foto. La nevera no funcionaba y la caja fuerte tampoco. Contratamos una habitación de 20 m2 y no llegaba a 12 m2. El desayuno una tristeza, muy básico, demasiado. Nuestra ventana tenía vistas a un patio con colillas
• Mariann (10/5): Mindenkinek ajánlom, remek választás ha városnézésre érkezel Isztambulba. - Nagyon kedves a tulajdonos, mindenben igyekezett a kedvünkben járni. Fantasztikusan jó a lokáció, gyalog is könnyedén elérhetőek a főbb látnivalók ( Kék Mecset, Hagia Sophia, Szulejmán mecset, Nagybazár, Elsüllyedt Palota. Topkapi stb. Jó volt a reggeli is, az emeleti étkezőben szép kilátással. Egyes szobák nagyon kicsik.

• Fatima (7/5): Plutôt bien malgré ces inconvénients. - La proximité des commerces, du tramway, du grand bazar et des mosquées bleu et Sophia. Le bruit des voisins de chambre qui laissaient les portes ouvertes à croire qu’ils avaient réservé tout le 4eme étage. Malgré un signalement à l’accueil les nuisances ont duré 4 jours. Le fait que les draps ne soient pas changé tous les jours et le lit refait au complet comme au 1 er jour. Les cousins de déco n’étaient jamais remis ni le plaid au pied du lit. Et pas de chaussons comme indiqués sur Booking lors de la réservation. Quelques jours pas de produits comme shampooing gel douche alors qu’on était deux.

• Veronika (4/5): Neplánované zklamání - Lokalika byla dobrá, tramvaj, restaurace, suvenýry a supermarket v pěší vzdálenosti, jen kvůli pokoji s oknem na silnici velice hlučno kvůli neustále troubějícím autům v brzkých ranních hodinách (okna jsou jak z papíru). Milá obsluha u snídaně, ikdyž snídaně byly spíše slabší ale za to nemůže personál ale vedení. Bohužel jsme byli převážně zklámáni, takže hotel nedoporučujeme. V hotelu bylo ale čisto. Vybrali jsme si hotel hlavně kvůli snídaňové terase a výhledu, ovšem když jsme přijeli, bylo nám sděleno, že snídaně jsou v suterénu, což bylo pro nás obrovské zklamání, bylo to pro nás hlavní kriterium při výběru hotelu v Istanbulu. Dvakrát se nám alespoň podařilo požádal personál, že si odvezeme snídani nahoru, ale samozřejmě to nebylo pohodlné. Přijde mi fér, aby o této radikální změně hotel upozorňoval dopředu, mohli jsme si vzít úplně jiný hotel a levnější a s lepším pokojem. Pokoj byl extrémně miniaturní, nebyla žádná skříň, ani vešášky na bundy, měli jsme bundy, šaty poházené na stole a na dveřích, umyvadlo tak malé, že voda tekla všude možně, ani nebylo možné si pořádně opláchnout obličej. Stalo se nám i, že večer netekla teplá voda, tak jsem musela žádat o nápravu. Okna a zdi jsou jako z papíru. Okno jsme měli hned nad silnicí a zjistili jsme, že v Turecku mají extrémně oblíbené neustálé troubení, takže i přes zavřené okno, jako by tam okno nebylo. Jako čerstvě těhotná jsem se potřebovala vyspat a žádali jsme i o změnu pokoje z důvodu veliké hlučnosti ale nebylo nám vyhověno. Postel byla extrémně nepohodlná a pro dva nedostačující a velice malá. Uprostřed byl veliký vytlačený dulek, takže jsme jen spadávali so středu postele, polštáře extrémně vysoké, tak že jsem si musela vzít ručník místo vysokých polštářů. Za tuto cenu oproti jiným nabídkám je to neakceptovatelné a na změny by měl slušný hotel upozorňovat dopředu a ne se naopak předvádět, že nabízí snídaně s výhledem ven, když to nefunguje. Snídaně byly o mnohem slabší než je vyzobrazeno na fotkách, jen základní věci, absence ovoce, asi dvakrát jedině nakrájené pomeranče, jinak nic. Sladké také úplně minumum, 1 druh buď bábovka nebo nějaká buchta. Na pohled a na fotkách čekáte absolutně něco jiného a pak přijde zklámání. Doporučuji si předem ověřit nabízené služby a informace.

• Iwona (10/5): - Hotel spełnił moje oczekiwania w 100%. Obsługa była niezwykle uprzejma i pomocna na każdym etapie pobytu, co od razu stworzyło przyjazną atmosferę. Pokój był czysty, przestronny i bardzo komfortowy, a jego wyposażenie pozwalało naprawdę się zrelaksować. Dużym atutem była także lokalizacja – wygodna zarówno do zwiedzania, jak i odpoczynku. Śniadanie było smaczne. Cały obiekt sprawiał wrażenie zadbanego i dobrze zorganizowanego. Zdecydowanie jest to miejsce, do którego chętnie wrócę i które mogę polecić innym szukającym komfortowego pobytu.

A szálloda elhelyezkedése verhetetlen: a Nagy Bazár (Grand Bazaar) mindössze pár perc séta, de a Kék Mecset és a Hagia Sophia is kényelmesen elérhető gyalogosan. Amiért bátran ajánlom: Alex és a személyzet is rendkívül segítőkészek voltak, bármilyen kérdésünkre válaszoltak és azonnal segítettek. A szobák modernek, tiszták és jól felszereltek voltak, naponta takarítottak. Kilátás: Érdemes felmenni a teraszra reggelizni, ahonnan szép kilátás nyílik a környékre Mindenképpen visszatérnék ide!
• Lili (10/5): - A hotel nagyon szép és nagyon tiszta, a szobát naponta takarítják cserélik a törölközőket és feltöltik a fürdőt tusdürdővel, samponnal és hajkondicionálóval. A tulajdonos beszél magyarul rendkívül kedves és mindenben segítőkész ahogy a személyzet többi tagja is. A hotel elhelyezkedése nagyon jó az utcában több étterem és kis bolt is található. A bazár 3-5 perc sétára van a Kék Mecset maximum 10 perc séta.

• Krisztina (10/5): - Éjfél után érkeztünk meg, transzfer jött értünk amit a szállodában foglaltunk. Nagyon jól szervezett, rendkìvül kényelmes autóval. Szívélyes fogadtatás, nagyon kedves személyzet. Központi helyen minden fő látványosság gyalogosan elérhető. A reggeli bőséges és finom. A tulajodonossal igaz csak a hazautazásunk napján találkoztunk de rendkìvül barátságos és jól esett magyarul beszélgetni vele.

• Elias (1/5): Bad - Just the location. My stay at the Golden Bazaar Hotel suite with my parents was a disappointing experience from the moment I walked in. The staff were unwelcoming and unprofessional, creating a poor first impression. When we entered the suite, which was advertised for three people with a twin bed, a double bed, and a sofa bed, we instead found only a double bed and a cheap metal rollaway bed with an extremely hard, uncomfortable mattress—there was no proper twin bed or sofa bed, just a standard sofa. This was not what I had paid for, and I would never have booked a room for three if I had known this was the actual setup. The manager was particularly unhelpful and impolite, refusing to acknowledge the issue or offer a refund. Although he briefly suggested moving me to a separate twin room while my parents stayed in the suite, he then insisted I pay an additional €30 per night, which was completely unacceptable given that the problem was caused by false advertising. After avoiding further discussion, he simply arranged for the mattress to be replaced after I had already endured a sleepless night; although the replacement was slightly thicker, it remained uncomfortable and detracted from the suite experience. On top of that, basic amenities were lacking—for three guests, only one toilet roll was provided, and when I requested another, the staff questioned why I needed it. To make matters worse, the hotel was advertised as three-star on Booking, yet the entrance clearly displayed it as a two-star property. I would also like to add that I have now noticed that on your website, the same suite is currently listed as accommodating a maximum of two adults, which is different from when I made my booking. I felt misled throughout the entire stay. I remained only because I had no alternative at the time, but I intend to raise this issue with Booking and pursue a refund, as the overall experience was unacceptable and far from what was promised.

• Gabriel (9/5): Överlag så är jag nöjd. Det är rent och fint, modernt. Otroligt trevlig personal. Stort plus till dom - Läget är 10 av 10. Hotellet ligger på en gata full av restauranger. 3 minuter att gå till Grand bazar. 15 minuter promenad till blå moskén och Hagia Sofia. Finns även ett tåg som ligger precis nära. Hårda kuddar och frukosten var ingen höjdare.
