• Guest (1/5): - Non c era la colazione. ma questo l ultimo dei problemi. pulizia zero. porta bianca con maniglia sporca e rotta dal colore nero per lo sporco. asciugamani nn igieniche polvere ovunque. il bagno perdeva acqua tre asciugamani non sn bastate, ovviamente doccia non utilizzata. le lenzuola avevano uno strano odore stantivo. letto duro penso di essere stata su un pezzo di legno. detto ciò per un servizio del genere mi sarei aspettata un prezzo basso. invece ho pagato come per un hotel a 5 stelle per una sola notte. ps. il nome su booking non corrisponde al nome del B&B che trovi in struttura. i proprietari non italiani non ho avuto modo nemmeno di chiedere spiegazioni. purtroppo non ho potuto rifiutarmi di restare perche mi avrebbero addebitato i costi della prenotazione ma nn consiglio a nessuno quella situazione.
• Hamza (1/5): - The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in! I don’t recommend it to anyone. The rooms are extremely small and old, with zero cleanliness. Even the bathroom was in terrible condition. The staff at the reception were unfriendly and unhelpful, and there are absolutely no services available. Honestly, this place doesn’t even deserve one star — a very bad experience that I’ll never repeat.
• Gabriel Jerónimo (1/5): Descoordinación entre HOTEL y la app, por la cual viene promocionada en este caso edreams - La reservas fue muy fácil todo supuestamente bien y cuando se me ocurre tratar de hablar con el lugar para confirmar que deseaba tener dos camas en vez de una tranquilamente se me dice que trabajan tratando de ver cómo comunicaban conmigo pues la reserva no había llegado a buen fin, a pesar de que a mí sí, me la ha cobrado y Dreams Por ende no sé qué supone este problema para otras personas pero yo todavía no sé cómo hacer de que me regresen el dinero pues eDreams no me da una solución solo continúa a mandarme un formulario de cosas a las cuales no hay una respuesta real

• Domenico (1/5): Just don't book here. - Nothing. The place was dirty, the matress was hard like a rock, some light bulbs were missing, the tv screen had issues, the window was broken with metallic pieces coming out, there was weird stains on the walls, some light switches were missing with wires coming out of the wall, the shower head was moldy. On the morning after the first night, the owner woke me up by banging at the door asking to open. I told him I was in my underwear but he kept insisting because he needed to get something. I kept telling him no but he wouldn't leave. I opened the door and told him I would have taken whatever he needed but he wasn't allowed inside, but he didn't care and came in anyway. He basically needed some extra pillows that were in my room to bring to another room and left a fan inside because apparently he didn't have another place where to put it.

• Prada Garcia (1/5): Pèsima! - La situació era molt a prop de l'espació de tren, la veritat és que la ubicación en que qual es trovaba l'apartment era bona pel que necessitavem. Vam tenir un problema molt greu i és que vam tenir xinxes al llit i ens van picar. Amb les picades ens va agafar febre i vam haver d'anar a la farmàcia, va ser pèssim! La neteja era molt dolenta, estava to molt brut, fins I tot les dutxes I haviem de sortir de de festa per evitar passar la nit allà i que ens piquessin els xinxes.

• Nikolaj (5/5): God placering, ikke rent badeværelse - God placering tæt på terminal, og egentlig meget behagelige senge. Sød personale, men… Personalet (Farouk) var lidt for påtrængende og kan godt virke lidt underligt / creepy. Han ringede flere gange i løbet af dagen og spurgte om ankomst, selvom det er indtastet i booking. Toilettet lugtede af stoffer, og badeværelset var desværre så beskidt, at ingen af os tyrde at tage et bad. Heldigvis var vi der kun 1 nat, men book ikke dette sted hvis i er en større gruppe/familie eller skal overnatte flere nætter.

• Franco (1/5): I don’t recommend it - I like that we did the check in at 23.30 It was not clean at all. Very dirty. There were hairs on the pillows, lot of powder and bad smell on the bedroom and restroom. The toilet didn’t have the toilet seat. The elevator was not working and we have to bring the bags upstairs by our own.

• Giovanni (2/5): Avoid it - The location is practical, very close to Roma Termini Communication was really bad, the guy couldn’t speak Italian, English… and all the reception process was very sketchy, we felt zero confidence staying there (but it was already late night and we had payed…). Then… there was no hot water. We had to take cold showers on both nights we stayed there (the problem was never fixed). All this experience for 300 euros. We feel robbed. Avoid it!
• Carrie (7/5): After we actually got checked in, the place was good value and easy to get to. - The gentleman who ran the place was very pleasant. Everything was very clean. They even furnished juice and muffins for breakfast which we didn’t expect. The facilities were fine. Three of us traveling. 1 towel, ran out of toilet paper, no one around to ask for anything unless you just happened to run into them. Very difficult to check in—no sign, no office. Had to ask someone to call their number and then wait for someone to show up to show us where the room actually was.
