• Zhiqian (10/5): - It’s a warm place for the holiday especially after a long day hiking in zermatt and it makes you feel like you’re home . The facilities are perfect with oven , kettle ,etc , all in all it’s a great stay, would definitely recommend The distance to the supermarket is slightly far but overall is ok
• marina (10/5): Great studio apt near the main town road with great views - Beautiful view. Clean and quite spacious. We had all of the amenities needed. They even had milk for my coffee! The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was also spacious. It was a little tricky finding, although the hosts gave us specific directions and pictures. Ultimately , we figured it out and it was very close to town for meals and exploring. Also easy access to train station.

• U. Sorg (8/5): Wunderbar - ich und meine Tochter werden gerne wieder kommen. - Gute, klare, unkomplizierte und sehr freundliche Kommunikation. Sehr gute Lage in der Nähe der Bergbahnen. Modernes und sehr sauberes Studio. Für einen Hobbykoch etwas spartanisch eingerichtete Küche. Für einen Topf Spaghetti hat es aber gereicht. Etwas mehr Möglichkeiten zum Aufhängen bzw. trocknen von Skibekleidung wäre toll.

• Nina (10/5): Wunderschön - Sehr saubere, gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Es war alles wunderbar und die Aussicht von der Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen!
• Achim (9/5): Absolut empfehlenswert, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! - Sehr schönes Studio Haro in perfekter Lage, nah am Zentrum und an der Gondel zu den Skigebieten. Das Apartment ist äußerst sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Rafael und Claudia sind unglaublich hilfsbereit und haben sich bereits vor der Anreise hervorragend um alles gekümmert – sogar um die Unterstützung beim Snowboard-Gepäck. Absolut empfehlenswert, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

• Annika (10/5): Lovely cozy apartment that we would love to come back to - The house was very comfortable, warm, and quiet. We loved the view and the interior design. We didn’t realize the entrance of the building was on the 3rd floor and got a bit confused when trying to leave the next day.
• Pei-Chi (10/5): 離火車站稍微有點距離，扛著行李上坡也不是很輕鬆。一進大門其實不知道當下位置是在三樓，會誤以為那是一樓，建議給旅客如何走到房間的指示可以再更清楚一點。撇除以上，房間的擺設溫馨，住在這很舒適！ - 1.房間如照片一樣，非常寬敞且舒適 2.有足夠空間的廚房可以煮東西，所需的廚具都很齊全 毛巾的整潔度可以再加強

• Martina (10/5): Traumhaftes Apartment zum wohlfühlen!!! - Studio Haro ist ankommen und sich wohlfühlen!!! Die Unterkunft ist glücklicherweise etwas abseits von dem ganzen Trubel in Zermatt, doch immer noch sehr zentral!!! Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Laufnähe! Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Apartment fehlt es an nichts! Alles in allem ein wunderschönes Apartment zum wohlfühlen und genießen. Wenn wir das nächste Mal in Zermatt sind, werden wir es wieder buchen!!! ./.
• Kevin (10/5): - Beautiful studio. Clean and very quiet. The grazing cows outside our window were great company! I would not recommend this property for people with mobility and/or heart/respiratory issues. It is a very steep walk from the main street to the studio. Easy for people without these issues (great exercise!)
• Susan (10/5): Booking recommended. - Beautiful studio. The pictures match exactly. Claudia & Rafael were so helpful, checkin details were exact . Really enjoyed having breakfast looking out to the mountains. Very clean, comfy bed, 4ring hob, oven, cutlery, hairdryer, towels, quiet area. Location about 20 min walk from the train station. Walk to the Studio has a short steep uphill. We got taxi up with the luggage (CHF25) but walked it all other times. Location is a nice halfway point between the main train station (& Gorgengot train) and the Matterhorn Glacier cable cars. Recommended. No complaints.
• Carla (8/5): Very happy guests - The studio is conveniently located and the views from the studio are beautiful. The hill was steeper than expected. Would definitely recommend a taxi on arrival if you have luggage.

• John Schuh (9/5): Clean and spacious - Very nice, spacious apartment. We liked that thete was a coffee maker with coffee pods for the mornings. Very comfortable. It also had a kitchen and we cooked at home for 1 dinner and a lunch. Zermatt dining out is very expensive. Do not underestimate the steep hill you must go up to get to the apartment. My wife and I are in our 70's and there is no way we could have made the walk with luggage. We smartly took a taxi to arrive and a taxi when we departed and otherwise walked to and from during our stay. Our unit was on the lower floor which impaired our view, but all in all, a very nice place.

• Quigley (10/5): It was a piece of heaven in the alps. - The views, the quiet. It was very clean. Owners were good to work with. We loved it and would highly recommend it. Location made it difficult with luggage and our “older bones”. It’s a bit of a walk uphill. We were totally aware of this prior to booking and weren’t caught off guard

We were grateful for the kitchenware as well which we used to make breakfast! We liked everything except would have been lovely to stay on one of the higher stories for a village view but we can’t complain!

The best thing was the owners/ managers Claudia and Raphael. They helped us through a difficult 2days with power outage and trains not running due to some extreme weather. They gave us advice and brought round wine and snacks to see if we were ok. Very hospitable lovely people. We even got to meet their dog. Nothing

It had everything you need for an overnight stay facility and instrument wise. To that I really like the interior design of the studio it adds to the Zermatt experience.

• Mirrin (10/5): Incredible place in the heart of Zermatt - The property is in a great location and has some fabulous views. The room itself is a great size and has everything you could need. The room was quite warm even in winter and we couldn’t find any heaters to turn off. But it was fine because we could just open the doors outside.

• Anastasija (10/5): Peaceful stay at fabuolus place - Apartment was very nice and cozy with beautiful view to the inner yard, where at that time of our stay, where grazing sheep. That was real attraction for us. Apartment is super clean and well equipped. The bed and pillows were really comfortable, we had a good sleep. When you enter the apartment, you feel like a welcome guest, which is super nice. Claudia and Rafael really caring hosts, they directed us how to check in to apartment before our arrival and during our stay asked, if we need something or have any questions they would be glad to help us. Also, when we did a check out, we have forgot an airring in the apartment and Rafael was so kind and suggested to send it to to our home address, so we were very happy to receive it by post to our home country. Thank you Claudia and Rafael for a such great and beautiful experience!
• Huiling (9/5): Cozy and comfortable room - The instructions are very clear and you can find all the info you need during the stay. The room is so very clean and comfortable. Things are new and good hot water and heating system. We also tried cooking in the kitchen and it was very convenient. The scenery is good outside the window for the little valley especially on a sunny day. Around 10min walk to the supermarket/train station The climb to the apartment can be a bit difficult with luggage. However we do recommend taxi, and the host is very helpful with taxi information.

• Tina (8/5): Had a wonderful time at Studio Haro. Be in excellent physical shape to climb the hill! - The bed was especially comfortable and we slept extremely well. The apartment has a gorgeous view and was meticulously clean. Kitchen was nice and had everything we needed. The location is up a very steep hill above town so that was a bit of an obstacle and made it so we didn't want to come home until we had to. The apartment lacked a window covering in the bathroom so you could be seen while showering.

The wellness area inside the building looked fabulous,sadly we didn’t have time to give it a go. The owner Rafael was very helpful and pleasant. The walk up the slight incline from the Main Street,but was easy enough.
