• Zagriti (10/5): Great Getaway for couples or single just looking to get away from the noise - Absolutely gorgeous views, fun trails and very peaceful. Really great option to get away and just enjoy your own company or with a partner. Just have to make sure you stock yourself very well. Nearest shops are a short drive away BUT it is a mountain town so you can't just walk down there like most other places. Restaurants are also a drive away.

• Allison (10/5): Blissful stay in seclusion. - Whisper quiet location in a flora and fauna wonderland where we were isolated from humans! The bed was incredibly comfortable and cottage well stocked with everything you could want or need, including smart tv, bbq, kitchen, books and more. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend. Nothing. Sorry but we couldn’t fault anything. Shower had lots of pressure, nice toiletries to use throughout and spacious but cosy.

• Norman (9/5): Tranquil, comfortable, beautiful walks and enjoyable gallery - Comfortable bed, tranquil and easy walks around the property. Love floor heating in the bathroom. Kitchen could do with more packing space.

Overcharged for accommodation. - bed was comfortable and place was clean was charged extra from the quoted price. instead of $380 as quoted from Booking.com it will turn out to be $420. That is not what I have experienced from any accommodation I have booked. The company accommodation .com I feel is taking advantages of customers. They must have sent me 12 emails but all the same.
• Corinna (10/5): Ticks all the boxes for a self-contained couples‘ getaway. - Interior is simple but beautifully presented with luxurious touches (eg heated towel rail, underfloor heating in bathroom, bath robe), lovely quiet bush setting, the gallery and grounds next door are gorgeous. Bring mosquito repellent for sitting outside in the evening! Air conditioner hums/buzzes even when switched off - maybe needs a service? Suggest replacing glass cutting board as kitchen knives are all blunt. These are just suggestions, not complaints!
• David (9/5): Lovely cottage close to Springwood. Secluded and quiet with everything you need for a short holiday. - The peaceful surroundings and seclusion. No oven.

• Suzanne (10/5): superb - magnificent isolation and excellent accommodation The only comment NOT complaint is there was nowhere to hang clean clothes. Even a simple rail with a few coat hangers would suffice.
• Tanya (10/5): Exceptional - I loved the location & how serene & tranquil it is being on the edge of a national park. The bed was so comfortable. A beautiful place for peace & quiet. The narrow, winding road.. I didn't want to drive it at night time. The sign at the gate was too small. I had to go to the gallery to get directions.
• Helen (9/5): Superb - Spotlessly clean. The management team were very attentive in the days leading up to our arrival and checked to see that we were in without difficulty. Nothing. The location is lovely. The coffee maker stopped working on day 2 and I think a dish draining rack would make the facilities perfect.
• Carolin (10/5): Absolutely beautiful cottage in the National Park. A true gem! - We loved the bush setting and the absolutely beautiful cottage. The cottage is so well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The bed is very comfortable and everything was very clean.
• Philipgb (9/5): Hidden Gem. Spectacular Getaway. - This is a hidden gem and an ideal escape from it all. The cabin is spacious, well thought out, and laid out, with quality inclusions that are not over the top. We looked at each other and said 'This is beautiful'. The bush is all around and the cabin is very private. It was a real bonus to have access to the gallery wich is very impressive. I think it would have been good if the welcome email included a mud map, allowing us to find it more easily than we did. The written instructions on a re-read once we were there made sense, however it is well hidden and not visible from the road.

• Melissa (9/5): Quiet and Peaceful - Quiet, peaceful location, bush outlook, we enjoyed the gardens and short bushwalk. The bed was very comfortable and the cottage was appropriately furnished. It was all good. A chopping board or a cheese board and small sharp knife would have been handy, but we managed just fine.

It was a pain having to lock the gate every time we went anywhere and very difficult to see the numbers on the lock in the dark. I had 14 emails from the management company about the booking each stressing the rules and telling me there were extra costs on top of what was indicated on Booking.com. It felt overwhelming and off putting
