Important Information
Welcome to our charming flats in the heart of Providencia! We are located in a beautiful French style building where the Hotel Orly used to be. The owners remodeled and made cozy, fully equipped flats for 2-5 people, maintaining the excellence of the service. Our location is unbeatable; you can easily explore on foot an area full of restaurants, shops and businesses. In addition, the Pedro de Valdivia Metro station is just a few steps away, making it easy to get to the center of Santiago and other areas of interest. All our flats have fully equipped kitchens, air conditioning and thermopane windows. On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living and dining room, along with a charming interior terrace that you can enjoy in addition to the privacy of your own flat. On the first floor, we also have a washing machine and dryer for the exclusive use of our guests.
If you are coming to Santiago this will be the ideal place for your stay.

- Teresa (10/5): Spoilt in a boutique hotel in Providencia, Santiago - The 1 bedroomed apartment was lovely - it had everything we needed! It’s very clean and well maintained and has a safe. The linen was super soft and the bed had great pillows. There are 2 tvs, one in the sitting area and one in the bedroom. The staff was amazing - friendly, helpful and accommodating - both Anita and Lazarus were great hosts. It’s very close to the metro station and Ave Provedincia which has lots of buses stopping. They allowed us to drop our bags early. I would call it a niche boutique hotel/aparthotel. You can also do your washing and get it dried for a small charge - they provide the washing powder/liquid.

However, when closed the windows do a good job of cutting the noise.

O bairro é seguro, bem movimentado e conta com mercados, farmácias e transporte público próximos, facilitando muito a estadia. A lavanderia poderia ser melhor equipada. Um equipamento mais profissional certamente traria mais eficiência e comodidade, especialmente para estadias mais longas ou para quem precisa lavar roupas com frequência. - Jim (10/5): A wonderful stay! - We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay in Orly Suite #51. The location is convenient to many restaurants, shops and attractions in the Providencia area as well as public transportation (bus and subway). We arrived early to drop off our luggage as previously arranged and were pleasantly surprised to find the room ready so we could check in and freshen up before heading out to explore. The friendly clerk thoroughly explained access to and aspects of the facility before offering helpful advice for things to see and do. The sitting area, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom were clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Two strategically placed mini-split heat pumps quietly kept the temperature just right. The bed was super comfortable with high quality mattress and monogrammed linens. The Wi-Fi signal was strong in every room and Internet performance was excellent. We will not hesitate to return when we visit Santiago again!
- Rebeca (10/5): The nIcest, most comfortable, most charming place I have ever stayed at - During my lifetime I have stayed at other 5 star properties, one in New York City and one in Amelia Island, in Florida. The Florida one was for work and it was a Ritz Carlton Hotel. However, no other property can surpass the Orly Suites. It is a historic site, in a charming building, in which Ana María, Lázaro, and Iván provide FIVE STAR service. Their attention to detail is superb. The apartment itself is lovely, and no detail was forgotten. I bought some takeout food and needed salt. The impeccable kitchen had it, of course. Anything you can think of, they have it, or can get it for you. Then there is the lovely library, living room and dining area. A solarium that could be anywhere in Paris and at outdoor tiny garden with an avocado tree. The 3 staff members go out of their way to make your stay unforgettable. I wish I could return every month, every week! There are no words to express how wonderful my stay was. They even keep coffee, tea and water in the living room/lobby area and in your apartment. There isn't a SINGLE thing to criticize. My whole stay was PERFECTION!

- Anastasiia (10/5): - Очень комфортное проживание, очень чисто, на кухне есть все необходимое для готовки, много места для вещей. Наши апартаменты выглядели лучше, чем на фото. Очень приветливые и внимательные сотрудники. Отель расположен в безопасном районе, метро в 5 минутах ходьбы, рядом много ресторанов и баров на любой вкус, 15 минут пешком до большого торгового центра, ближе есть супермаркет с хорошими ценами на продукты. За 7 долларов можно постирать и высушить свои вещи. В пятницу вечером может быть слышно шум из бара на соседней улице.

Lo que realmente podría ser mejor es la ducha, ya que si bien esta equipada con bañera, la misma es muy pequeña.

- Radek 13 (9/5): Velmi pěkný apartmán v Santiagu - Jedná se o apartmánové bydlení v relativně klidné a bezpečné čtvrti Santiaga. Blízko se nachází mnoho obchodů a restaurací a také stanice metra. Apartmán je prostorný a velmi dobře zařízený. Check-in proběhl ve Španělštině, ale vše se dalo pomocí překladače zvládnout.

- Johanna (10/5): Perfect stay in Santiago - We stayed in a lovely, well appointed two bedroom, two bathroom apartment on the top floor. The apartment was nice and cool with air conditioning so we slept great. The apartment is in a central location and we were able to walk everywhere. Our host Ivan was incredibly helpful. We arrived early and he kept our bags for us and recommended an excellent nearby restaurant for brunch. He arranged an early check in once the apartment was ready and he arranged a taxi to pick us up for our early flight the next morning. He and his partner, I think her name is Anita are such kind hosts. We liked everything.
- Kashmira (10/5): Highly recommend - The location is very nice and safe, the staff was very friendly, the apartment was spacious and clean. We happen to be there on a week end and there is a club nearby. We could hear it in the living room and bathroom but luckily the rooms were spared from the noise.
