• Marine (10/5): Un séjour parfait dans un appartement confortable, idéalement situé et avec des hôtes aux petits soins ! - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’appartement était impeccable, très propre et parfaitement équipé. La cuisine est vraiment complète avec tout le nécessaire (lave-vaisselle, four, etc.), et la salle de bain avec machine à laver est un vrai plus. La terrasse extérieure est vraiment très appréciable. L’emplacement est idéal, juste à côté du port, entre la vieille ville et les plages, ce qui permet de tout faire facilement à pied. Les propriétaires sont adorables : très gentils, disponibles et bienveillants tout au long du séjour. Nous nous sommes sentis accueillis comme à la maison. Nous recommandons cet appartement sans hésiter !
• Ute (10/5): - Sehr schönes kleines Apartment. Es hat an nichts fehlt. Wir können es sehr empfehlen. Das Frühstück im benachbarten Hotel war eine Katastrophe. Die Warmspeisen waren kalt und der Kaffe nicht genießbar.

Fynn (9/5): Tolles Apartment mit Parkplatz und super Ausstattung - - Super ausgestattete kleine Wohnung mit Waschmaschine wo wir spontan Wäsche gewaschen haben - netter Kontakt - gutes Frühstück im Nachbarhotel Cityhotel mit netten Personal - eigener Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage - Busstation direkt vor der Tür zur Altstadt oder man läuft die 1,8km was wir außer das erste Mal getan haben - Supermarkt und Bäckerei fast direkt nebenan - nebenan oder in der Nähe ist ein Stadion oder so und da waren während unserer Nächte mitten in der Woche Sportveranstaltungen bis ca. 24 Uhr nachts, sehr laute Geräusche vom Stadionkommentator und Bass und Musik kamen voll bei uns an, da wir gerne mit Fenster auf schlafen war dies nicht möglich
• Katja (8/5): Schöne, moderne Unterkunft für Aufenthalt in Dubrovnik - Lage war super, man hatte in der Nähe einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet (auch Shampoo, Duschgel, Lotion, Zahnbürste). Sehr netter Gastgeber, unkomplizierte Kommunikation wegen Schlüsselübergabe. -

• Judel (10/5): - Zentral gelegene und doch ruhige Unterkunft. So befindet sich die Bushaltestelle nur wenige Meter entfernt. Von hier aus erreicht man nach wenigen Haltestellen die Altstadt von Dubrovnik. Der Mietwagen kann in der Tiefgarage geparkt werden.Das gute Frühstück bekommt man im Hotel nebenan. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief reibungslos über Handy.

• Marcel (9/5): Good value and met all our expectations. - Comfortable and modern. Well located close to a bus stop and a Tommy hypermarket. The breakfast inclusion was a nice bonus. Because it’s a modern apartment it obviously does not feel like an old town Croatian experience.
• Tiffany (10/5): Perfection - Breakfast in the next door hotel was delicious, apartment Lacus exceeded our expectations. It was so modern, impeccably clean, came with everything we could have wanted or needed including toiletries, Netflix, teas and coffees, complementary snacks and wine, a clean and modern shower, free secure parking. It’s in the perfect location where you can easily get a 5 min bus or a 30 min walk to the old town. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again! There’s nothing I can think of to improve, our stay was perfect!
• Vaiva (10/5): Quiet, cosy apartment at the bus stop with everything you might need - Very nice, modern, spaceous apartment with literally everything you could possibly need (toothbrush, washing mashine, iron, even some threads and needles!). Very quiet and silent. Perfect and timely communication via Whatsapp with the owners. Very nice welcome presents, not cheap ones and perfectly representing Croatia🙂 Breakfast is very good and served at a nearby hotel. Bus stop to the old town is right here on the street, just 20 meters from the entrance (by bus it is just 5 min. to the Grad, on foot ~25 min.). Taxi from the airport costs ~20€, to the airport you may also go by a shuttle bus, which stops at the same bus station for 10€ (you can't come here by bus from the airport, as it doesn't stop at this bus station). Very safe neighbourhood. The only thing that was missing was a hanger to dry the clothes after washing (but chairs and hangers in the wardrobe did the job😉). I'ld also prefer to have some English books along with Croatian and to stay not on the first floor, as the terrace felt like a well between a concrete wall and a huge cliff. But that's just pecking😉 Overall it was a great stay! Thanks a lot!

The apartment is very well equipped, nicely decorated and the breakfasts are delicious, a very large selection of food. Everything is perfect. We are glad that we chose this apartment.
• Emily (9/5): Comfortable, clean, and modern. Recommend to anyone doing a short trip to Dubrovnik. - Spent a lovely few nights staying at Apartment Lacus. Host Paula was friendly and explained everything to us upon arrival. We were pleased to see how clean the apartment was, matching the advertised photos perfectly. Checking in and out was easy. Breakfast was good, including a buffet style at the hotel next door. Bed was firm but comfortable. Bathroom was clean and shower was lovely, we received complimentary toiletries including shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion, as well as a shaving and dental kit. This was a nice touch. We were given a complimentary bottle of wine, water, and chocolate. We cannot comment on the cooking facilities and the terrace as we did not use them. All the facilities appear very new. There is a bus stop right outside the apartment, alongside a lovely little bakery and many grocery shops. We did not take the bus as the old town is only a short 30 minute walk away. Overall, this was a very comfortable apartment and we would recommend staying here for a few nights in Dubrovnik. We throughly enjoyed our stay, however if we must give any improvements, we would say that the bottom sheet on the bed was bobbled which felt rough against the skin while sleeping. However the bedding itself was lovely and soft. There isn't much of a view from the terrace. Also, the neighbours could be noisy at times, we occasionally heard drilling from next door, and stomping from upstairs, but this wasn't a big issue for us.

• Riina (10/5): Lovely and quiet place to relax, easy access to bus station! - It was as described and very quiet during nights. Lovely to relax during vacation. It had everything we needed during our stay. It was next to a bus station to the airport and to old town which was really convenient. If I have to say something I would add to the apartment, it would be adding a drying rack to the terrace for beach towels😁
