• Sanjeev Sai Kumar (9/5): Great stay for family. Convenient commute. - The apartment was perfect for family. The apartment was clean and modern. The location is very close to the Tram and metro. The apartment has parking available in the basement. The host is responsive for messages. Late check-in is allowed and we checked-in between 10 PM and 11 PM. The neighborhood is not that great. The Apartment is secured and nice but the area just opposite the apartment is very dirty and reminds of slum. There was a delay in person arriving to hand over the keys and we had to wait outside for a while. The parking on the street is full.

• Dariusz (9/5): Polecam i chętnie tu wrócę - Duża przestrzeń, 2 sypialnie + 2 łazienki, osobna kuchnia, balkon, WiFi. Kompletne wyposażenie kuchni - nawet gąbka i płyn do mycia naczyń się znalazł. Przydałoby zapewnić choć jedną rolkę ręcznika papierowego.
• Florence (6/5): Cher par rapport à l'emplacement (quartier + métro + éloignement du centre) - L'appartement est grand et bien équipé. La piscine est un plus. La place de parking est utile vu le quartier. Le quartier est une cité. Le métro est relativement loin : un quart d'heure de marche. Le soir, on ressent un sentiment d'insécurité. La plage est relativement à proximité mais il est fortement déconseillé de s'y rendre en voiture surtout quand on est touriste étranger (risque notamment pour les voitures). Il faut une demi heure de métro pour se rendre au centre de Barcelone.
• Olof (8/5): Convenient apartment with easy access to good communications. - Large enough for us. Relatively well equipped. Good location (convention center nearby). Towels could and bedding could have been cleaner.

• Lynn (8/5): Comfortable, homely - Initially we were promised via Booking.com for early check-in, but this later changed as there were tenants moving out that morning. Nonetheless we were able to arrange key collection, albeit with a bit of a wait upon arrival. Not much of a problem as it was a public holiday. We were only informed upon arrival that the aircon wasn't functioning. So we had to endure the stay without any air-conditioning except for this portable cold airblower machine in the living room, and survived on fans in the room.

• Liza (9/5): Superb - Great flat better than any hotel as my partner said.Fresh and modern. Comfortable bed, great shower. Great location for the International Conference Centre Abit too far out for tourist attractions.

• Tomasz (9/5): Superb - We had very good stay. Quiet, spacy, well equipped apartment in condo with a swimming pool, located 8 min to the metro station (L4). Good value for money. To highlight - very comfortable beds and contact with a host. It is not Sagrada Familia or Catalunya area, basic condos around. It is clear that given prices is according to the location.
