I made reservation two weeks in advance, and upon arrival at the reception they told us: "Oh, we dont have free rooms, we need to send you to another place, we will not charge additional". They sent us to more further location from the center and no compensation at all. It seems like usuall practice of this location. At least you can upgrade us somehow with free breakfast or some discount. Its totally unacceptable to dont let us in advance - in this case you need to cancel the reservation.

They didn’t mention that the room we booked doesn’t have a window. Then we informed them that we need another room with window. However, the staff were helpful and we changed the room for the next two nights.

Fernando (1/5): Property asked me to cancel the booking - . My experience with this hotel was bad. I booked a room, they wrote me for welcoming me. And after a while they wrote me again to ask me to cancel reservation because they could not host me. They didnt even offer me any solution.
