Guest Reviews
- Sissisp (4/5): Disappointing - We booked this place for our family and friends that came to Milan to attend our wedding, as it was extremely close to our own apartment, so this was the only reason we picked it.
The flat is spacious, and the TV worked well. Also very close to subway line 4, which gets to the city center in less than 10 minutes. 1. Initially we booked the place for 4 people, which later we changed in 3 people. They said they would change the city tax accordingly, which was never done. Eventually we ended up paying the city tax for 4 ppl, which, for an entire week, is substantial (44€ extra)
2. There were 2 double beds and 2 sofas, and 3 people, but they only prepared bedding for the beds. When asked where we could find sheets for the sofabed, they said they didn't prepare for it, assuming people would sleep in the same bed. This was day 1, and they never made up for it. We had to bring sheets from our own apartment.
3. The washing machine was broken, and full of stinky water. They sent someone to check it, which declared "Yes, is broken" but didn't fix it. So we had to do laundry at our apartment all week.
4. There is a kitchen, but few utensils: how are you supposed to cook or clean? Bring your own pots and pans on holiday? We brought stuff from our own apartment.
5. The sink in the bathroom was clogged, as we tried to unclog it, a lot of dirt came out of it (shaved beard hair etc... Not great)
5. Most of the light switches on the walls of the bedrooms didn't work, at least they got floor lamps to make up for the missing light... And I am not talking of one single, isolated switch, but basically all in both bedrooms.
6. Communication was really quite bad. Tried to message property and was redirected to another number. Messaged that number and was redirected to the original number. They said they would come to try to fix the problems but nothing really solved.
Overall, this place can be passable if you are staying one night in the city (although for that money you can find much better). But if you intend to stay a bit longer and use the apartment as a place to actually live (cook, do laundry etc...) I would definitely not stay here. We made it work because we could use our own apartment and stuff for everything, otherwise... Good luck...

- Shani (2/5): Very poor - The location was good The apartment was very very hot with air conditioning in 2 rooms only, the kitchen was very very hot.
Too little chairs, apartment full of mosquitoes, all was very old and not well maintained.
- Nina (7/5): Nice, close to the metro, but I would try to make it a bit more comfortable for bigger groups - Neighborhood was nice and calm, a lot of supermarkets nearby, also bedroom were really nice and shower as well The kitchen didn't have enough cups and glasses, for a group of 6, we either had to take turns or some of us had to get coffee in the city. Also pots and pans are really small, it would be great if there would be at least one big pot and pan, since its accommodation for groups as well.
- Milena (8/5): Very good -
