• leticia (10/5): Estadia muito positiva, com ótima localização rodeada de bares e cafés, atendendo perfeitamente durante toda a semana. - Ótima experiência no apartamento, tudo muito confortável e bem cuidado. O anfitrião foi impecável, sempre prestativo, disponível e atento a todos os detalhes. Durante a semana usei o serviço Uber e Cabify, não optei por alugar carro , mas além desses serviços tem muitos autobus perto, trem e servem bem! Para ir ao centro da cidade e vários pontos turísticos. Recomendo!

• Oliver (9/5): Ottimo per chi deve andare al Fibes Palacio de Congresos - Dall'appartamento si raggiunge in 2 minuti a piedi il Fibes - Palacio de Congresos. L'aeroporto é a 5/10 minuti di auto. Nelle vicinanze c'è un bel supermercato (chiuso di domenica) e alcuni bar/ristoranti. É situato in un complesso tranquillo e ben curato. L'interno dell'appartamento era pulito e in ottime condizioni. Abbiamo avuto qualche problemino con gli scarichi del lavandino e della doccia ma nulla di eclatante. Purtroppo é lontano dal centro di Siviglia.

• Alina (8/5): Apartamentul mi s-a părut confortabil. - Locația este cam departe de centru dar accesibilă la mai multe autobuze, apartamentul este relativ nou renovat și arată bine, cuptorul cu microunde părea defect dar am sunat și au venit repede sa verifice și să rezolve. În rest totul funcțional. Curățenia ar trebui făcută mai bine atât în zona de bucătărie cat și la baie și schimbate unele vase de gătit.

Aparcar el coche al lado de la entrada del edificio Tener que esperar un día a que se arreglara la calefacción. No disponer de toallas suficientes y pocos platos. No tener a la vista instrucciones sobre manejo de electrodomésticos... El agua caliente se termina enseguida

• Iuliana (8/5): - The apartment is nice enough, clean as well. It has all you need for a short or even longer stay. The kitchen is stocked for the needs that two people can have, it also has a small micrwave that comes in handy. The area seems safe enough, there are restarants and bars near and a vibrant life in the evenings. The bed area is not at all separated from the other spaces (kitchen and living) so if you even make a cofee, it will smell everywhere. The check-in process is supposed to be easy - they give you a code via message and you are supposed to use it to enter. Maybe we got some bad luck, but it did not work for us, as there was something wrong when the last person there din not properly close the door, and after some discussions with the host, it was remedied. We did not appreciat though that we got the code on the moment when the check-in is supposed to start, and then we have to wait another hour or so trying to get in, talk to the host and wait for someone with a physical to come and open the door for us. Also, for check-out, about 10 minutes before the check-out time was due, someone knocked on the door and we felt like were ruched to leave in that moment.

Uma zona super tranquila e sem barulho Única coisa que não gostei foi o facto da piscina estar fechada e não ter sido informada. Até porque nestes 4 dias em que cá estive estive imenso calor
• Perla (9/5): Nice and comfy apartment 20 min from the center of Seville. - Comfortable bachelor apartment, perfect for a couple. small but well equipped kitchen, the bathroom was also small but well designed and the shower had good water pressure and hot water. The location, although easy to get to the city was a bit far for us. Also we were a bit disappointed not to be informed that the swimming pool in the building closes for the season in August 31. Also, the description also mentions WASHING MACHINE, but there was none in the apartment or building.

• Bich-ha (10/5): It was amazing, clean, good communication - It was very clean. Everything you needed was in there, like nespresso machine, tosti machine, toaster, blender. Everthing to clean and extra. The virtual key was in the beginning a little bit odd but when you got use to it, then it was very easy. There is a supermarket next door and the center is just 15 min drive. We visit everthing of south spain and is was amazing and from Sevilla to all the historic city and beaches around, was max 1,5 drive. The swimming pool was clean. The only thing was the opening hours of the swimming pool was just until 8 Pm. In the summer its really hot so you want to swim until 10pm
