• Lucie (4/5): - Apartmán je na skvělém místě, cca 10 minut pěšky od Piazza Garibaldi, kam vás doveze autobus z letiště (zároveň je to stanice metra a odjíždějí odtud mj. vlaky do Pompejí), a 5 minut do ulice Via dei Tribunali, která vede historickým centrem. Při rezervaci se ukazovaly fotky druhého apartmánu, který je větší, má dvě místnosti a malý balkonek. Nás majitelky bez upozornění ubytovaly do druhého apartmánu na stejné adrese, který je výrazně menší, tmavší, s jednou místností malou koupelnou a bez balkonku. Podle reálných fotek bych si ho nevybrala. Navíc zlobila wifi a první tři dny nefungovala. V kuchyni chyběly utěrky na nádobí, byl tam jen jeden veliký nůž na pečivo, menší chyběly.

• MISA (9/5): 良かった - 駅まではギリギリ歩ける距離かなと思う。近くにスーパーがある。中心地に近いので，観光はしやすい。大聖堂は徒歩10分以内に着く。洗濯機、冷蔵庫、キッチン設備はあるので便利だった。ただ、パン切り包丁はあるが、普通の包丁は無し。全体的に清潔感はあって快適に過ごせた。 場所の写真などは送ってくれていたのだが、少し分かり辛いところにある。 シャワールームは少し狭く感じた。私たちは夫婦で2人とも日本人平均身長くらいだったからまだ大丈夫だったが、やはりそれでも狭く感じた。外国人など身体が大きい人は縮こまらないといけないくらいのサイズ感だったのでより大変だと思う。

• William (7/5): - Excellent location, near the main station and not far from the ferry terminal. Very good communication with Marta. Recently redecorated, good smart TV. Rather small room with little natural light. Quite noisy at night. Not suitable for old or grumpy people because the stairs are steep and you have to be a contortionist to use the shower. The bed is somwhat uncomfortable and the kitchen equipment is limited. A microwave would have been a useful addition.

• Atlije (8/5): - posizione perfetta, vicino alla stazione ma anche al centro. L'appartamento era ben tenuto e moderno, ci è piaciuta molto la luminosità. Una pecca sono le scale, un pò troppo ripide a parer mio. Un'altra cosa negativa è che l'acqua della doccia era calda inizialmente, ma dopo un pò diventava fredda quindi bisognava farla in fretta.

• Paula (6/5): Simple apartment close to the city center - Great location, few mins from main train station as well as old town. Safe neighbourhood, good communication with the owner. Minimarket and caffe right in front of the apartment Very uncomfortable bed and pillows, no sharp knife, no cutting board, very basic utensils in the kitchen. There was an iron but wasn't any proper table where to iron the clothes. One of the towels was full of hair (even though it smelled nicely). The floor has bot been cleaned properly when we came. One wall was just freshly painted but looked like it was getting wet as the color was dripping off when I accidently touched it. There was noise from the street which was ok with the earplugs, without them we would not sleep well. Very small shower, big man would probably not stick in.

• Paula (7/5): En el centro de la ciudad - La localización, a escasos minutos de la calle Tribunal, una de las principales del casco antiguo. Aunque cuenta con dos estancias además del baño, todas son muy amplias lo que lo hace cómodo para más de dos personas. Las escaleras de acceso al apartamento. En ninguna parte se menciona la veintena de escalones que se deben subir para acceder a las estancias del apartamento. Escalera con escalones con una cierta altura e inclinación, que incluso una persona en buena forma, debe usar la barandilla para no irse hacia atrás al subirlos. Debería informarse de esto en el anuncio, pues yo me he planteado que si hubiera viajado con mi madre, hubiera tenido que buscar otro alojamiento una vez allí, cuando vimos el acceso, porque no podría subir, aun no teniendo problemas de movilidad.

• Carina (6/5): Solide Unterkunft nah dem Zentrum - Zentrale Lage, Balkon und Waschmaschine waren sehr hilfreich, Appartment war sauber, Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer und im Schlafzimmer. Schnelle Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin. Appartment Adresse mit dem Navi sehr schwer zu finden! Die Bilder die mir geschickt wurden zeigten eine Bar, die mittlerweile anders heißt, sodass wir ohne Hilfe die Unterkunft auf die Schnelle nicht gefunden hätten. Parkplatz war nicht für uns reserviert. Wir haben kurzfristig noch eine Parkgarage für 30 Euro pro Nacht gebucht. Sehr steile Treppe am Eingang - nicht auf den Bildern sichtbar. Wäscheständer könnte erneuert werden. Wenn die obere Mieterin die Wäsche aufhängt oder Blumen gießt kann Wasser heruntertropfen auf den Balkon.
• Žana (10/5): Worth the visit - Apartment is the same as in the pictures. It has everything for simple cooking and it has washing machine. Owner is very nice. Balcony is big. As in Naples trash was thrown out from our neighbours upstairs to our balcony. After 3 days we had balcony full of trash.

• Alexandre (7/5): Good - Great location, literally a few steps away from Naples’ historical center. Great communication with the host. The shower is pretty small, which makes it a bit difficult to use if you’re taller.
• Neil (7/5): A great apartment in a great location. - Big rooms, with all amenities required and very close walking to Spacanapoli and Garibaldi train station. Unfortunately the washing machine leaked but was fixed very quickly, so not a problem. The problem was the workmen left the area in the apartment dirty and messy, which I had to clean up.

• Claire (7/5): A week in the center of Napoli - pleasant but a bit noisy - It was very easy to check-in - the person responsible to welcome us was always answering very fast. The location is also super convenient, the historical center, as well as many restaurants, bars and cafés are reachable within a few minutes by foot. It was quite noisy at night. Also, there was a confusion about the flat we would get, as Booking shows picture of the flat upstairs as well (the hero image of the reservation on the app is not the right flat). We were expecting a balcony where we could stand but that's not the case, to us it was more of a high window with a gate. When we complained, we got coffee and pastries at the café downstairs for free, which was a nice gesture from the host.

• Yulia (8/5): Very good - Rosaria was kind to wait for us for a late checkin , she is friendly and responses very quickly. Location is great. The apartment is spacious, air con is good, shower is good, a balcony was a special place to watch the world go by. WiFi was very good until it stopped working ( we were shared it was a rare event) Neighbourhood seems safe and quiet despite being very close to centre. The apartment was clean. Both my husband and I found the double bed and pillows uncomfortable. I found it strange that I had to request a cot purposefully even when I indicated during my booking that I am coming with a 2 year old (if there is no cot available the a bed guard rail would have been welcome) . It’s also the first apartment where there were no kitchen knives and chopping board so cooking was not easy.
• Anu (8/5): Good place to stay in the center of Naples. Washing machine is an added plus. - This was a whole apartment and a washing machine, which we made use of. The location in the historical center of Naples was great. There was street parking very close by that the host helped us find. There was no breakfast, but a pastry shop/cafe across the street was open on one of our two mornings there. The stairs up to the second floor apartment are very steep and somewhat scary to navigate with a suitcase.

• Mihaela (10/5): Nice and quiet apartment with balcony in Napoli - Very clean, quiet and comfy apartment at a walking distance to the historical places, railway station and buses. Nice balcony, which we enjoyed a lot, especialy in the evening, but perfect for having breakfast, also! The kitchen is perfect and the washing maschine is a big plus. The bed is comfortable. Good communication with the personal. Please note that the access to the apartments is made via very steep stairs! The bedroom has little natural light.
