What truly makes this place special is the amazing staff – always engaged, helpful, and very understanding towards children. They made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. The food was good, although a bit repetitive after a few days. The pools for children were great and our kids really enjoyed them

• Georgios (6/5): Complaint regarding delayed check-in and unsuitable accommodation - Friendly staff, best choice if you have kids Although the check-in time was 2:00 PM and we arrived at approximately 2:15 PM, our room was not ready until around 2:45 PM. We had travelled for a long distance with an infant under 2 years old, who was clearly very tired, which made the waiting time even more difficult. In addition, we were assigned a room in a very remote location, with uphill paths and multiple stairs, and no access to an elevator. As a result, we had to carry the baby, the stroller, and our luggage ourselves both on arrival and departure, climbing several stairs each time. This was particularly difficult and impractical, especially since you had been informed in advance about the presence of an infant.

• Eugen (9/5): Super Aufenthalt. Gute Zeit im Bereich Coral Bay. Ansonsten mit Auto alles schnell erreichbar. - Wir waren Ende Oktober 5 Tage hier. Das Apartment mit Meerblick war großartig, Frühstück gut. Restaurants sind abends fußläufig erreichbar. Kostenloser Parkplatz und WLAN vorhanden. Die Barpreise sind überteuert, und ohne All-Inclusive-Armband wird man wie ein Mensch zweiter Klasse behandelt. Unfreundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption. Auf meine Frage nach einem zypriotischen Steckdosenadapter reagierte die ältere Dame genervt und verwies lediglich auf das Kiosk. In Kiosk sind Preise alle verhandelbar – nicht gerade professionell.

• Oriana (8/5): Colazione abbastanza buona e variata, staff accogliente. - Lo staff è stato molto accogliente ed erano tutti molto sorridenti. La struttura è bella nel suo complesso anche se non siamo riuscite ad usufruirne a pieno. Il bagno nella hall è inesistente, questo è un peccato. L’entrata del parcheggio scomoda. E manca la doccia per entrare in piscina.
• Vicente (8/5): Great hotel with amazing swimming pool and see view. - The room was very good and the infrastructure is fantastic. The swimming pool is great. Nice view from the hotel. The location of the hotel is not great if you need to walk as the nearest bars and restaurants or beaches are quite far from the hotel. If you are by car that is not a problem.

• nancy (8/5): Stayed 3 night my son 9 loved it so much he didn’t want to leave. - Sunset and views were amazing. Great location to go to coral and Coralia bays. The pools are fantastic the slides especially kept my son entertained. The lazy river is brilliant and has a lovely view of the sea. The lifeguards are great one helped my son when he cut his foot. However one of them at the bottom of the slides was mostly asleep. Food was ok but I’d say very salty and not much choice if you don’t want to eat meat. The entertainment was great and everyone very friendly. Great hotel if you have kids my son would give 10/10. Mostly English so good if your kids want to make friends . Staff are attentive I think the soft drinks policy with half board at dinner needs to be reviewed. I was approached mid meal by a waitress informing me we must pay for the tiny apple juice my son had. I wouldn’t mind paying but didn’t appreciate the tone and timing of it. Having said that soft drinks are expensive 3 euros for a tap coke (not a can) if not AI. I did complain about the issue at dinner and we were given fruit wine and a complimentary drink to make up for it so that was brilliant customer service. There are ants in the rooms but they dealt with it quickly and tbh in Cyprus very common. Next time I’d stay all inclusive as drinks were so expensive and felt like a second class citizen as half board.
• Harbar Yuliia (9/5): A good place for a stay - The staff is wonderful, very polite and friendly❤️ The food and drinks are good, but more suited for a 3-star hotel. There is no private beach, and the view from the room was of the walls of the neighboring building. The terrace floor was not cleaned. We wanted one double bed, but there were two single beds pushed together, and they kept sliding apart.

• Jayne (6/5): Ok but expensive for the quality of the hotel. - Location Rooms were recently decorated and clean Parking under the building was dirty dark and smelly. The parasols for the sunbeds were missing the pins so there was nothing to hold them open. Area between the hotel and the sea was overgrown and weedy. Pool area felt very cramped and a bit dirty.

• Lea (4/5): מלון מרווח עם הרבה מתקנים באזור הבריכות אך משאר הבחינות מאכזב. נמוך מבחינת עלות-תמורה. - המקום מרווח מאד, הבריכות וסביבתן נחמדות מאד, הילדים מאד אהבו את המגלשות. החדר הזוגי מרווח ונוח. 1. המלון נמצא על חוף הים אך החוף עצמו לא נגיש, לא מטופל בכלל, ללא כל מתקני ישיבה, הצללה, גישה וכניסה למים. מאכזב מאד. 2. רמת התיחזוק של המלון נמוכה, לדוגמה - לאחר גשם או שטיפת השבילים והרחבות נשארים מקווי מים שאינם מפונים ומהווים סכנת החלקה. 3. בחדר לא ניקו את האמבטיה והרצפה, עליה טפטף בקבוק הסבון שהיה תלוי על הקיר סמוך לכיור ולמרות שבקשנו לא טופל. בתוך האמבטיה תלוי רק שמפו, ואין גישה לסבון שליד הכיור. 4. האוכל - בשפע אך ברובו חסר טעם. ארוחת ערב לא כוללת קפה, תה ומיצים עליהם יש לשלם בנפרד . 5. המלון ממוקם באזור נמוך וטיול בסביבתו, למסעדות וחנויות בכפר, כרוך בטיפוס בעלייה תלולה. אין שאטלים או תחבורה ציבורית בקרבת מקום.

• סולומיינסקי (2/5): מאכזב מאוד - הבריכה ומתקני המים היו כיפים ממש עבור הילדים. המלון ברמה נמוכה מאוד, האוכל לא טעים ולא נקי, מגישים עגבניות שרי מלוכלכות ואוכל לא טרי. החדר היה מלא נמלים, היו נמלים במיטה, ואף אחד לא בא לטפל בזה למרות שביקשנו, במקום זה נתנו לנו קוטל חרקים כדי שנרסס לבד את החדר, בשרותים היה ריח של משתנה ציבורית, ראינו חולדות שטיפסו על הבניין שבו שהינו, שקיות זבל מפוזרות באזור המגורים. לא ציפינו למשהו יוצא דופן כי ידענו שהגענו למקום פשוט, אבל לא העלנו בדעתנו שמדובר ברמה כל כך נמוכה. אכזבה.
• Jannis Maurice (5/5): Preisleistung passt einfach nicht. - Lage am Strand war Gut, Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Tiefgarage mit genügend Stellplätzen. Lage an sich auch gut, einpaar Kneipen sind gut zu fuß erreichbar. Der Wasserpark ist ganz net und bietet Kindern eine Gute Beschäftigung, sowie das generelle Angebot mit Kids-Club, vielen Luftmatratzen und einen Wasserballfeld. Zimmer 1015 obere etage. sehr laut, da die Lüftungsanlage unmittelbar aufm dem Dach neben dem Balkon ist. Essen war Ok bis gut, leider oft recht kalt und es hat öfters etwas von der Buffet-Karte gefehlt. Zudem haben wir schmutzige Handtücher bekommen und Ameisen hatten wir die ersten tage auch im Zimmer. Man muss sich im klaren sein, das dieses Hotel eher Familien mit Kindern anspricht. Abendprogramm war sehr laut, hat man biss in die Zimmer gehört.

Якщо любите тишу з 20:00 вам не сюди. - Розташування не погане, але пляж поруч з готелем не дуже, треба було ходити 15 хвилин до Коралової затоки Кожен день якісь концерти, просто не давали спати до 23:00. Розважальна програма готелю це мінус, бо про це я не знала до заїзду. Є номери, які просто виходять вікнами на дискотеку і сцену. Сніданки дуже скучні. Куча пластикових стаканів одноразових, дуже не екологічно. Краще б давали наливати воду у свої пляшки.

Loved the choice of everything on offer especially locally produced foods. Service excellent too, staff great very attentive. We were late arriving at the resort and then on day of departure, had to checkout at 12. 00 mid day. We had opted for half board. Paid for a weeks stay. So, didn't receive one breakfast and two dinners. Nothing offered at all in lieu of this. Needs addressing. Pool surface awful, and parasols need to be adjustable, useless for shade! Oh, life guards need to be much more attentive saw far too many near incidents especially around the children's pool.

• Laza Andrei (10/5): Totally recommend it for family with kids. - The staff was amazing. The fact that they have extra entertainment every day was a big surprise. You can't get bored there. The prices are affordable. One of the best locations I have been to lately. Totally recommend it for families with kids.

• George (8/5): - Ανετο δωμάτιο , καθαρο, μπορείς να κοιμηθεις στο κρεβάτι και να ξεκουραστείς υπήρχαν γενικά όλες οι ανέσεις στο δωματιο Δύο πράγματα, 1. ένας ενήλικας με παιδακι 9 ετών 200 ευρώ την μέρα είναι λίγο πάνω η τιμη μπορούσε να ήταν καλύτερη αλλά μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημενοι και 2. πρέπει να παρέχεται στο all inclussive και δωρεάν μπουκάλες με νερο δεν γίνεται να είναι all inclussive και να σου λέει να πληρώνεις το νερό, τουλαχιατο βάλτε ένα περιορισμό να μην ειναι ανεξέλεγκτο, αυτά, αλλά ειπαμε φύγαμε πολύ ευχαριστημενοι, συγχαρητηρια!!!

• Thomas 1971 (9/5): - Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Appartement war schön groß und sehr gut ausgestattet, die wichtige Klimaanlage funktionierte gut. Wir hatten nur Frühstück, das ist für die vielen englischen Gäste ausgelegt. Unser Flug retour war erst am Abend, wir konnten das Resort noch den ganzen Tag nutzen und hatten die Möglichkeit zu duschen und umzuziehen. Mit ein wenig Englisch kommt man überall hervorragend für durch. Für All Inclusive Gäste eine gute Wahl. Leider hat das Hotel keinen Strand obwohl es keine 100 Meter vom Strand entfernt ist. Bei 35 Grad ist der Gang in die Stadt über die steile Zufahrtsstraße sehr anstrengend.
