The gentleman we dealt with via WhatsApp was super awesome to deal with. We did ask for a few things, like extra pillows etc and never received them even though we were meant too.

Room has all the essentials needed for a stay. The check-in process and instructions for accessing the building were a bit complicated but once we had done it once, it was all good.

• Richard Allen (10/5): - The rooms are clean and the building is secure. Ricardo is very attentive and accommodating. His response time is rapid and timely. He has a great knowledge of the area for restaurants and other services you may need, like laundry. Overall a really nice place to stay without all the hustle and bustle of a big hotel. I would absolutely stay here again if I come back to Rome.

Probably the biggest rooms we had on our 2 1/2 week trip to Europe. The check in process was a little confusing, but once I figured out the six digit number plus # opened all the access doors, it was super easy.

• David (10/5): - Firstly the room was immaculately clean, and had everything we needed for our short stay, it was perfectly situated and easy to walk to from the train station, and was close to many great restaurants etc. Many of the sights of Rome where easily walkable from the apartment. Riccardo our host was most helpful from the monent of booking until we checked out. Check-in was a breeze as was our check out. I highly recommend the apartments.

And there’s a lift! Room was large and comfortable and very clean. Luggage storage in the reception area is available an secure. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The apartment was very clean, just a short walk from the Colosseum and about 15 minutes to the Trevi Fountain. The location is excellent, close to the city center.

• Lamara (10/5): - Perfectly situated for exploring Rome - just 9 minutes walk from Termini Station and within walking distance to the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. Our room was updated and stylish and were were clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!
• Jo-Ann (2/5): Hot - We found the room uncomfortably warm and our experience with hotel management was very unpleasant. The room was 26*C / 79*F upon check-in. The air conditioner does not circulate well around the room, so if you’re expecting to find refuge from the summer heat, this is not the place for you. The shower also flooded during my first shower shortly after check-in. While Ricardo was initially responsive, the maintenance person sent to the room was incredibly rude, offensive, insulting & accusatory. When we tried to cancel the rest of our reservation after that first night so we could move to a different hotel, Ricardo refused the cancellation and accused us of trying to get a free hotel stay. This property is operated remotely so Ricardo is not onsite to bear witness himself. We had to spend a lot of time in the public area to cool down and it was difficult to sleep. It took 4 days of running the AC for the temperature to inch down to 24*C / 75*F.

• Juhyun (1/5): 비추 - 떼르미니역 근처 위치는 좋아요 1.샤워시설이 안좋음. 샤워기 수압이 약하며 핸드샤워기가 자꾸 풀려 천장에 붙어있는 샤워기에서 물이 쏟아짐. 2.이불이 더러움. 교체를 원하여 교체를 해줬으나 그래도 가장자리가 더러움. 3. 호스트 인성에 문제있음. 짐 보관 후 임시 비밀번호를 받았는데 그 번호가 성행위를 묘사하는 번호임. 불쾌하다고 얘기하니 자동번호생성기로 받은 번호고 그럴 의도가 아니라며 오해라고 했으나 그 전에 받은 번호들은 전부 799780, 798780 등이었는데 임시로 받은 번호는 696969임. 자동으로 생성된 번호라해도 본인들 숙소 이미지를 생각한다면 다른 번호를 재생성해서 줬어야한다 생각함.

Que no pudimos dejar las maletas para recorrer tranquilos luego del check out. La opción era dejarlas en el hall de entrada con vigilancia de cámaras solamente, cosa que no nos dio tranquilidad. Sería bueno que tengan un sector para ello.

• Elena (10/5): Due giorni a Roma - Abbiamo soggiornato dal venerdì fino a domenica mattina ed è stato davvero una scelta che rifaremo sicuramente. Posizione strategica. Bellissima camera e ottima pulizia. Abbiamo passato due giorni stupendi. Un grazie particolare anche all’ Host Riccardo che per ogni richiesta o dubbio è sempre stato rapido a rispondere e risolvere ogni esigenza. Che dire consigliamo assolutamente come struttura e sicuramente quando torneremo a Roma ci affideremo di nuovo a lui.

The room was clean and comfortable for the most part. The pillows were a bit too soft and the water pressure in the shower could be a bit better. Those are small things though. Highly recommended.

• Daniel (8/5): Basic and functional for a short stay - Quite accessible from Termini, which suited us for an overnight stay. Bed was ok the suite is modern and functional/basic. The host was communicative. Elevator didn’t work on the morning we left which was inconvenient. No instructions for the air conditioning but we got it working in the end.

The room was clean, large and had everything we needed. And it had a lift! Between 20 - 25 minute walk to all the major sites, except the Vatican. But uber black drivers here in Rome are amazing as well. Definitely recommend this place. Nothing! It was amazing.

Including a guide for Rome. We would stay here again when in Rome. Overall nothing major. Entering the property takes a bit of time to read up on but that comes with the territory of booking a room that’s self check-in. Just make sure you’re prepared before arrival.

• Chloe (8/5): - Great little place, super convenient for many sites at an affordable price. Love the ability to get in and out of the property without a key. The host responded extremely quickly to questions, was available all the time and sent checks throughout the day. Place was immaculately clean and stayed cool all the time- very necessary for Rome in July. The place is very quiet and the area felt very safe. The reasons I may consider a different property next time: - I am quite sensitive to light and I found at 6:15 (see photo), a lot of light came in and woke me up. I did not mind so much this trip, as I was getting up early and not going to bed late. I asked the host, but the slats on the shutters could not be closed further. Next time- I would bring an eye mask. - check out is pretty strict at 11am. Not a problem, but to leave luggage, you leave it in the lobby area unattended. Although there are cameras, if something goes missing, there is not a lot that can be done so I found I had to carry around my valuables on the last day (not a huge issue as I only had a couple of hours, but would have annoyed me for the whole day) - as someone with long, thick hair, I do not need to wash it everyday, so the overhead shower was not that great for me. There is a stick one also, although this was at a funny angle and the button would often pop out and the overhead shower would come on, soaking my hair. Again, not a huge issue (in fairness they provided shower caps).

Riccardo was amazing in providing information and keeping in touch. We thought everything was amazing. Just a couple of things, the lift alarm right outside the apartment was a little annoying but we got used to it. The access to the property was confusing to start with but we knew Riccardo was always on hand by WhatsApp, so it wasn’t really a bother. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend.
