• Jenny (10/5): - The house was very modern and central to all of the Mornington Peninsula. It was very quiet and so many extras were provided like toiletries, condiments, pantry supplies. It was was fully equipped and excellent value, very clean and ideal for families or couples to enjoy. We would certainly stay here again when visiting the area. Morning

• Katrina (10/5): Beach Haven at Rosebud has everything you need plus more! - Our stay at Beach Haven was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, things just ran smoothly. The property is immaculate both inside and out, and was perfect for our group of busy mums looking for a weekend off. Each bedroom featured a queen size bed, and it’s rare to find a bed with more comfort than your own at home! The extra cuddly blankets were a real hit for the cold nights and the little things like the cotton balls and ear buds in the bathrooms were a bonus. There was lots of space inside and there was virtually nothing to fault. Reversing out of the long driveway was the only thing I didn’t like, but I imagine the more you do it the easier it becomes! (Flannelette sheets for the winter months would also be a dream!)

• Ray (9/5): Overall it was okay as we were out during the day. Mostly used the house for a bit of rest and night - A fan in the second room would have been great. It was pretty warm in the second room and the cooler air from the air conditioner did not flow thro to that room.
• Zinab (10/5): Exceptional - I absolutely loved how Sharon and Ray had thought about the finer details of their guests' stay. These minor additions to the house made us feel right at home. We found toilet freshener spray in each toilet, cotton balls, ear buds, a proper dish scrub, and actual dishwasher liquid bottle instead of sachets, big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in each shower and enough cleaning products. We even found some frozen food items and a sealed bottle of cold water. The house decorations and plants every where topped it off. The house was extremely clean. The beds were ao comfortableThe house and backyard were so private and quiet which is exactly what we needed. I would come back any day.

Big SMART TV and good internet. Very spacious double garage. Nothing.
