• Ihor (10/5): В общем впечатления от проживания хорошие, тихо, спокойно. Брюссель потрясающий город! - Квартира находится в тихом районе, рядом метро. Парковка не в гараже, а на улице рядом с домом, она частная, принадлежат этой квартире. Температуру в квартире можно регулировать самим. Нас было 5 человек, а полотенец 4. Вода в ванной плохо уходит, вытекала из душевой кабинки. Двери в ванну и туалет не закрываются.
• Sevrine (6/5): Correct - L’emplacement, l’espace L’hôte peut accueillante suite à un soucis avec la porte d’entrée nous n’avons pas été prise au sérieux, on remercie encore les voisins pour l’aide car elle ne s’est pas tracassée , les moisissures dans la salle de bain et une des chambres.

• george (9/5): Definately would stay here again - Beautiful appartment in a quite location with everything we needed close by Coffee and Croisants 100 m, a goodsized shopping mall 10 minutes away with a pleasant walk beside a creek. we were only passinf through but wished we could have stayed longer Access was delayed due to a sticking door. Owner responded immediately .

• Vanessa (7/5): Buon compromesso per Bruxelles - L’appartamento è ampio, vicino alla fermata della metro e ad un centro commerciale. Si può lasciare l’auto proprio davanti alla proprietà. L’appartamento era in ordine ma la pulizia era un po’ sommaria. I divani andrebbero lavati o quantomeno coperti con un copri divano per evitare ulteriori macchie. Le stoviglie in cucina sono contate. Nessun comodino e la seconda camera davanti alla porta è proprio angusta. In generale l’appartamento andrebbe curato un po’ di più. Vicini un po’ rumorosi

• Daniel (8/5): - Emplacement par rapport au centre ville. Place de parking fournie au pied de l'appartement. Appartement d'une bonne surface. Wifi. Aucune lampe de chevet. Nombre de couverts insuffisant (seulement 3 petites cuillères). 4 serviettes fournies alors que 5 personnes. Matelas du lit double très ferme. Canapé-lit inconfortable. Porte de douche manquante. Sol de la douche extrêmement glissant.

• Deborah (10/5): Gorgeous, modern apartment in fantastic area - everything we wanted! - Lovely area, 2min from metro which takes you to central Brussels in 15mins. I sometimes travel alone and would feel very safe here! Apartment was just as in pictures - bright, airy, modern, very clean. Kitchen has microwave, oven, hob & coffee machine. Some reviews mentioned lack of crockery but I think owner has rectified this - there are new sets of plates/bowls/cups/glasses etc (no bottle opener but we purchased one and left there - you’re welcome 😉 !) Main bedroom has huge double wardrobe so plenty of storage (small room just small cupboard) - beds very comfy, good bedding etc. Yes, as others said, curtains not hugely effective but didn’t cause us any issue. Bathroom is separate from toilet which is great. Other reviews mentioned water from shower leaking in bathroom floor due to no shower door but we had no issue with this and we all took long showers in mornings (it’s a large shower and think the design is really good - also a bath mat is provided were there an issue!). We stayed in December and found the heating was really effective, easily adjusted and apartment very cosy at all times! You could be really picky about some of the finishes (eg toilet piping / wiring in living areas etc which could easily be tidied up) but honestly we thought this place was great and would happily return!

• Canvaina (8/5): - Las habitaciones son confortables al igual que el salón. El wifi va muy bien. Tiene plaza de aparcamiento incluida en el precio. El metro está a dos minutos Que no hubiese tostadora de pan. Que no se pueda aparcar en la puerta. Es zona azul ¡ Ojo! porque no hay señales en el suelo. Sólo verticales a principio y final de calle. Dejamos el coche cuando hicimos check-out y nos pusieron una multa de 37€. Quizás el propietario nos podía haber advertido.

• Raymond (6/5): Prima locatie, in potentie 5 sterren als de schimmel verwijderd wordt en afwasmiddelen klaar staan - Het appartement was best ruim opgezet en een goede locatie als voorovernachting voor een lange vlucht de volgende dag zoals wij hadden. Bedden sliepen prima. Goede woonkamer en keuken. Ook fijn dat je voor de deur kan parkeren. Er ontbraken middelen om de vaat schoon te maken (vaatwastabletten of sponsje/borstel). Dat zet je wel te denken hoe voorgangers alles afgewassen hebben en jij vervolgens mee gaat eten. Het ergste was wel de schimmel tegen de muur in het kleine slaapkamertje bij het bed. Deze slaapkamer wordt denk ik gebruikt voor gasten (gezinnen) om hun kinderen te laten slapen. Dat wil je gewoon niet: je kind laten slapen direct bij de muur waar het bed staat. Er zit nog geen 10cm tussen.

Cuisine bien équipée et petit plateau de courtoisie très apprécié (surtout quand on arrive à 23h et le matin il faut un cafe). Horaires d arrivée flexibles. Place de stationnement. Proche du metro. Heureusement que le propriétaire a prévu le boitier avec la clé car le code automatique n'a pas marché (code ok mais la porte ne deverouillait pas). Le chauffage n'était pas allumé (centrale allumée mais radiateurs coupés). Je comprends bien le motif et j'approuve, mais arrivée avec ce froid et attendre au moins une heure que cela chauffe (surtout pour les enfants) c'etait moyen.
• Berit (9/5): Ett perfekt boende för 4 personer. Nära Metro och spårvagnar. - Mycket bra läge och trevlig lägenhet. Modern och fräsch. Golvet i duschen var mycket halt när det blev blött. Halkrisken var stor. Saknade sänglampor. Dörrkoden krånglade men det fanns en nyckel som alternativ.

• Delphine (9/5): Agréable - L’appartement est spacieux et très bien situé. La place de parking est très appréciable. Aucun lampe de chevet dans les chambres mais surtout il y a un manque cruel d’ustensiles de cuisine. Pas un plat allant au four si ce n’est un moule à cake. Il n’y a que le minimum et c’est bien dommage lorsque que vous êtes en famille.
• Sharon (10/5): Lovely stay but feel nxt time will stay closer to the centre. - Stayed in a 2-bed apartment which was very spacious and perfect for our party of four. Had every to hand from complimentary toiletries and towels in the shower room to fully equip kitchen. Very clean and as we were there for only one night we did not see any staff during our stay. The property was a little further out than we had thought. As only there for an overnight quickest way to head into the centre of Brussels was by Uber which arrived reasonably quickly.

• Sally (8/5): Would stay here again - Excellent location - really nice area with facilities nearby and the metro right there. It was stylish and modern in terms of the decor and comfortable to stay in. Check-in and access via the coded door entry was easy. It was clean and reasonably spacious inside. The water didn't drain well from any of the sinks or the shower. Think the shower drain/plug might need clearing as the water backed up quickly and filled up inside the bottom of the shower during even short showers. The kitchen could have been better equipped. For example, a toaster and some kitchen scissors would have been useful. We still liked it, though, and these issues didn't cause too much of a problem as we only stayed 2 nights.

Como algo negativo podría citar que había humedades en el techo del baño, pero no fue ningún problema. Lo recomiendo 100%

• Yehor (9/5): - Квартира знаходиться в тихому районі, це нам дуже сподобалось. Авто стояло прямо під вікнами. Неподалік є супермаркет і торгівельний центр. Сама квартира дуже гарна і багато світла. Все є що може знадобитися. Господар був дуже приємний а спілкуванні. Ліжка комфортні для сну. Тож рекомендую це приміщення. В ванній кімнаті пліснява на стелі.

• Silviya (9/5): Superb - The apartment was okay — clean and comfortable, located in a nice neighborhood, very close to a metro station and a large shopping mall. The self check-in was convenient, and the beds were comfortable. A big advantage was having a dedicated parking space. Overall, a pleasant stay We had some questions for the host during our stay, but we never received a response. There was also occasional noise in the apartment, possibly coming from underground trains, although it wasn't extremely disruptive. Additionally, the kitchen equipment could be improved — there were no basic seasonings like salt, and although the apartment is advertised for 5-6 guests, there were only 4 forks available.
• Ajtih (7/5): Spacious apartment in a good location, but the service levels can be better. - Good location, spacious apartment. The place was too cold, for us living in Oulu, Finland. When we arrived at night a few windows were left open and the temperature was set to 17.5degC. After the first night, after we increased the temperature settings it became comfortable. The kitchen didn't had much cutlery, no knife, no bottle opener etc.

The drainage in the bathroom sink did not work, shower door missing. The loo seat was not properly attached and was a hazard. There were no towels in the loo and only one loo roll for 4 people for 3 days!! The kitchen was poorly equipped. It would have been helpful to have clear instructions about what the bins were for - not all visitors are Belgian and may not know what bin is for recycling. Closing the apartment door was difficult and made a huge noise.

The place is nicely connected to grand central by metro 1 and 5 , 3 minutes walk. Just buy one day travel card for 8 euros 💶. Got less time to enjoy the place
