• Michal (5/5): - אהבנו שכל המשפחה יכלה לישון יחד. המיקום נוח מאוד היה כתוב שיש שני חדרי שירותים - חשבנו שהכוונה לשני חדרי מקלחת. בפועל היה מקלחת ושירותים אחד. ועוד חדר שירותים קטן, עם ריח ביוב באופן קבוע. מברשות האסלה לא הוחלפו כבר כמה שנים טובות. היה חסר נייר טואלט ( 5 אנשים 4 לילות -3 גלילים). הרצפה לא היתה נקייה , פרקט מפורק. רשתות על החלונות מפורקים. הצבע מהחלונות מתקלף. הזרם במקלחת היה גרוע במיוחד. רוב שקעי החשמל לא עובדים, חלקם בכלל לא תקינים ואין אפשרות הטענת טלפון ליד המיטה. ובסמוך להכל פגשנו כתב נמלים במטבח ובחדר השירותים הקטן.

We had to book at extremely short notice ie 1 hour and the owner followed it all up to ensure everything was to our satisfaction which it was and more Absolutely nothing

Located just 200 meters from the majestic Papal Basilica of Saint Peter, right beside the Vatican walls, the building dates back to 1537 and was once part of the palace of Cardinal Rusticucci. Despite the centuries-old history, the apartment offers all the modern comforts today’s travelers expect. It is tastefully furnished with cozy furniture and adorned with art that constantly reminds you that you are living in a city of millennia. My family—my wife, daughter, son-in-law, and our two granddaughters (aged 3 and 11)—felt at home from the moment we arrived. We shared meals, rested after long days of exploring, and truly felt the rhythm of Rome from this extraordinary place. A heartfelt thank you to the owner and the staff for their excellent organization and hospitality. This was more than just accommodation—it was part of our Roman story.
• Calin (9/5): Good accommodation in the heart of Vatican - Very well position for the purpose of our visit! Spacious and well organised. Easy check in and check out. Also had the opportunity to do an early check in. Located in old building so infrastructure old. Pipes had a strange loud noise when you flush toilet. But this is needed to have a functional solution for old pipes. As part of consumables, would be good to include also paper filters for the coffee filter machine.
• Michiel (10/5): Highly recommended! - Exceptionally located, spacious and very very clean. Owner is super helpful and available when you need her. Door pick opens a bit difficult. But this is a very very minor issue.
• Krystle (4/5): Disappointing - The property has the best location. The piping is really making a lot of noise. The beds are really not comfortable, and I'm not sure where the terrace is located as said in the advertisement because we didn't see it.
• Tomas (7/5): Good - Ancient building with ancient feeling. Few steps from Vatican. Safe and silent neighborhood/street. Cleaning could be done better, sewage smell in a kitchen/hallway, loud plumbing system work. Would be nice if windows could be fixed, so they can open and close properly/freely, some missing parts exchanged. Chairs in a kitchen needs replacement or carpenter hands to make them more stable, in case you are over 100kg weight just be careful not to sit on them, they can fail.
• Roy (2/5): This was a very disappointing experience and we left early to get more appropriate accommodation. - Location is excellent if you want to be near the Vatican. Not as advertised: Has 1 bathroom and 1 toilet cabinet, not 2 ensuites. Toilet for second room is dirty and seat broken. There is no lounge: only one chair in bedroom with TV. No minibar. Booking.com rating and customer ratings are seriously inaccurate. Half the Dining table chairs are broken. Shower hose holder is broken. Main bedside tables are dangerously wobbly. Phone charger plugs next to bed switch off when lights are turned off for the night. Fridge freezer was filthy. There is a sewerage smell that comes up the kitchen sink that is probably associated with the pump-out. 2nd bedroom window handle drops off in your hand. 2nd bedroom has faulty, live, dangerous electrical plugs, and no bedside tables or light switch accessible from bed. Hopefully the host will rectify all these issues before readvertising this property in an accurate manner.
• Ng (5/5): Passable - The location was amazing 👏 and there was AC! It said there was soundproofing, I guarantee you, there was none. The rooftop terrace is a joke. The locks sucked in a word. The plumbing is loud, and clearly, there is an issue with the plumbing. The sewer smell in the second bathroom in the kitchen was horrible. The estate photos are clearly from, I'll say a minimum of 5 years, but probably more accurately, 10 years... it's an old building, and clearly, they have not put any more effort or energy into it. There's dirt, the windows don't close. I mentioned the sewer smell and how loud the plumbing is, and you can hear everything, vehicle/person that goes by.

The style of the apartment adds to the charm of being in Rome! Huge bedrooms and beautiful artwork it was a pleasure to stay here and the property manager Cecilia is so lovely and helpful 😁

Host was very quick to respond to our queries and flexible with our late check out request. Small personal toiletries were a nice touch. Air-conditioning is also a plus point. Spacious family bedroom. Apartment is old and plumbing was noisy. Description stated 2 baths but 1 was only a WC and very small and stuffy. A few towels were stained. The open air roof top was very basic and didn't look at all like the photo. There isn't a door to the big bedroom. The smaller room had a door but this room is rather small.

• Arthur (9/5): Nice location, comfy, and the price was good. - The location is perfect - close to the Vatican and other sites. The only complication was not having hot water the first day but the host took care of it promptly the next day.

Nice pics and character. Mind you if I were strongly Catholic as could happen given location those pictures might be a bit much. Few noises and lights in kitchen at night didn't know what they were. Notice in cupboard seemed contradictory to what we were told re checkout taking out rubbish wifi codes etc.
