• Sheridan Blunt (10/5): Loved it! - A wonderful place to stay - we loved it. A couple of little things if it helps. The pillows are too big. I had to use the couch cushion for sleeping. The electric sockets don’t hold the plugs very well. They pop out. We found one socket that worked okay. On some days - the showers would not stay as top flow and kept flipping back to the hand held flow. The shampoo bottle in one of the showers was not working.

Fabio and Alex were also very responsive and provided great recommendations f - The apartment was in a quiet location but minutes from the center. It was exactly as described and located very close to a great restaurant and coffee shop. Nothing to add.
• Beata (10/5): Elegant, accomodating hosts and very welcoming - Alex and Fabio were fantastic from the very beginning. Fabio met us at the location and was very helpful. There were provisions doe us doe breakfast that were very generous. Everything we needed and more. The property is beautifully renovated and very elegant and the location perfect 2 min from the entrance is Ponte Vecchio. There was even a book of recommendations of restaurants and transport. Very wonderful hosts It was perfect

Il est propre bien équipé ( petit électroménager, rangement, climatisation), une salle d'eau par chambre ce qui est très appréciable avec 2 ados. L'emplacement est juste parfait , à 200m du ponte vecchio et rue pourtant très calme. Séjour formidable merci beaucoup !

• xiaogang (10/5): 早餐丰富，房东热情负责 - 早餐丰富，不但有多种口味的面包、咖啡，还有牛奶，各种小吃。而且还有免费的果汁饮料。屋子装饰的艺术，有佛罗伦萨的氛围。因为堵车，原定下午五点到直到下午八点才到。房东一直等在那里。再次感谢。

• Khaiat (10/5): The Apartment is exceptional which made our trip so enjoyable! - I liked everything about this apartment and its location. The apartment was beautifully designed with high quality furniture and appliances. The bed and pillows are so comfortable. The kitchen has everything for someone who likes to cook. The location is so convenient - everything is within few minutes walk. Beyond exploring the old city, it also allowed us to experience the local artisants surrouding. Many good restaurants are nearby too. While being in the centre of tourist area, the appartment is just in a quiet street so no noise at all. Nil

• Géraldine (9/5): Very good and comfortable. - The apartment is well equipped and very well situated in the center. As soon as the booking was confirmed, the host contacted us to suggest a parking place 3 min away from the apartment which was very convenient. At our arrival, the host was waiting for us. We would probably book the same place for future stay in Firenze. The only little thing might be to have salt & pepper (even as individual pack) as we ate few times at the apartment as the kids were unfortunately sick but it is really a small detail (^_^)! One advice for those who like to sleep in full dark, just think of bringing sleep mask - but was not a problem for us.

• Chara (10/5): Phenomenal stay at the Toscanella Royal Suite - The apartment, which we jokingly called during our stay "Palazzo Toscanella," truly lived up to the name, full of charm, elegance, and warmth. It is located in the very heart of Florence, just a few meters away from Palazzo Pitti, on the south bank of the River Arno, and very close to the well-known Ponte Vecchio bridge. You can cross the river and visit all the important sites, such as the Uffizi Gallery, Piazza della Signoria, etc., easily on foot (approximately a 10-15 minute walk). No need for buses, taxis, or any other transportation. The apartment is situated on a quaint and quiet street in a lively neighborhood, with trattorias, cafes, and shops all around. It was very clean and brand new – we must have been among the first residents to stay there! It includes a kitchen, a living room, a table where breakfast was served, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The interior is very well-decorated and warm. As it is not a hotel, breakfast is already served on the table when you arrive. It includes packaged croissants, toast, biscuits, honey, jams, milk in the fridge, and more. There is also a booklet/guide with recommendations for restaurants and useful phone numbers in Florence. In both bathrooms, you’ll find a hairdryer, shampoo, and body soap. Our hosts, Alex and Fabio, were excellent – very helpful and eager to answer our numerous questions about Florence! We would definitely stay here again! Our stay was absolutely phenomenal.
