• CARLOS (10/5): Un molt bon lloc per trobar el descans després d’una jornada intensa. - Tot el confort que te l’habitació. L’atenció i consells per part de la persona de la recepció, en Juan, ha estat magnifics. El personal de neteja impecable. Realment es un lloc per tornar-hi. Molt afortunat d’haver pogut estar-hi i més quan les condicions climàtiques van ser adverses i vaig tenir que ampliar la meva estadia i tot van ser facilitats per part d’en Juan. Moltes gràcies. Tot a estat fantastic. No tinc cap queixa o cosa que no m’agradés.
• jacqueline (9/5): - El personal es muy pendiente y nos ayudo con todo lo que pedimos. Las habitaciones son fabulosos y tiene todo lo que neceita para estadia . El desyuno esta buena. El el lugar hay planitarium ' fue una experiencia muy especial. La habotaciones tiene todos para estadia en invierno. Aun que no jay airecondicionado , siempre hay una buena briza y no se ciente el calor. Cerca al hotel hay supermercado, lugar para alquiler bicicletas y mas . Deben tener carro.

• HERNAN (5/5): - la ubicación para ir a esquiar USD 330 por dia, ni en EEUU ni en Europa eh pagado este monto por noche, no puede ser que siempre en Argentina se pague tan caro. Ni tuvieron en cuenta, no solo al llegar, sino en ningún momento que ya había parado en ese hotel. Esta vez no me ofrecieron ir al observatorio, esta vez con semejante tarifa no me incluyeron desayuno.
• Feu_ (9/5): Recanto de inverno - Muito próximo da estação de esqui! Quarto muito bom com aquecimento no piso, room service e ótimo café da manhã! Todos são muito atenciosos. O quarto possui, geladeira fogão, micro-ondas e utensílios de cozinha! Tive um pouco de dificuldade em regular a temperatura da água nas torneiras, ora muito quente, ora fria, mas não prejudicou a estadia.
• Melissa (8/5): Uma delícia para curtir o cerro a dois. - Localização perfeita, poucos metros da base do cerro, estrutura do quarto excelente, com lareira e banheira. Boa calefação. Mercado ao lado, bons vinhos. O café da manhã tem poucas opções, bem simples. Inicialmente achamos a quantidade pouca mas se quiser pode repetir, eles levam no quarto.

• Joni (10/5): Spellbound on the mountain🐾 - A beautiful property with lush green well established landscape overlooking the mountains, a wonderful place to have a good run for my best friend/dog leash free(supervised) ~ she loves all the staff!, good walking tracks nearby, relaxing for me to prepare a nice meal for us. A functional, well-equipped practical kitchenette where everything works (best I’ve used in Argentina!). The suite is tastefully furnished, zen. The observatory deck was a nice way to spend a Saturday evening stargazing, narration included😊so nice! And the hot tub is a plus for a quiet evening to chill after dinner with a glass of wine before bedtime - viva la Galileo Boutique Hotel! Also to note is the water was a little cloudy and brown after the 2days of continuous heavy rain, to be expected up in the mountains. It soon cleared up within the day(let the tap run a bit more, it helps), we had some bottled water to standby for consumption. Thank you Juan Carlos, Maxi, Veronica for a tremendous stay. This team’s hospitality far surpass my expectations! Nothing

• Dan (2/5): Highly suspect business model - Nice room, spacious and enjoyed the fireplace. Effluent and sewage smell emanated from the bathroom disrupting my sleep. Water was brown and was only advised it was not potable after I had contacted the front desk… after I had drunk it during the night and made a cup of tea. At this price drinking water should be provided in this circumstance however I was advised to drink the expensive bottled water from the fridge. It is the only place I stayed in Argentina that charged in USD so the actual cost is effectively double what is quoted on booking.com in Arg pesos. Also the fact they charge in USD and use PayPal enables them to offshore the money, which is a contributor to the structural problems in the Argentinian economy. They can then transfer the money back at the blue dollar rate (nearly double the amount you pay in USD). In addition I left my luggage with them after checking out and they simply left it in a public area, despite saying they would store it elsewhere. Still a fair walk to the lifts.

• John (8/5): We had amazing snow - wouldn't trade this trip for anything else! - Clean room, two blocks from the ski center, far enough to not hear the part. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The in room breakfast was local and hearty. The fire place was great each night, and the beds were comfortable. More hot water would have made the shower longer for three and more water was required to use the jacuzzi tub in the winter. We had an issue with our first room and the staff immediately moved us, couldn't ask for more.
