• Daniela Emílio (5/5): - Da localização. Casa com falhas graves na limpeza. Pequeno almoço anunciado não corresponde (apenas cereais, muffins, pouco leite e comodidades para chá e café)

Frukosten som ingick var kex, kaffe, te, 2 äpplen, flingor, oboy och mjölk (för 4 personer i 3 nätter). Det var ostädat och var fuktigt i lägenheten.
• Telmo Ramos (5/5): Boa localização, de resto muito fraco - Muito pouco Do que não funciona: WiFi, televisão, torradeira, etc. E o pequeno almoço muitíssimo franco, quase inexistente.

• Esther (8/5): A un paso de todas partes. Perfecto para familias. - La ubicación era inmejorable y todo fue muy fácil al llegar y marchar del apartamento. Había algunas cosas rotas en el apartamento. Pero Unai fue muy atento en todo momento, dando explicaciones y ayudando.

La única pega, son las escaleras de la calle y la pendiente que por más que llegues en coche con las maletas es un poco complicado sobretodo si viajas con personas mayores . Pero no le resta para las demás edades, ubicación genial, cerca de todo

• Margaret (8/5): - Good location, comfy beds, mostly quiet after the first part of the night. The door was a little difficult to open with the key - you need to pull the door towards you hard while turning the key in order to get it open. The apartment was quite dark and tricky to ventilate, so if needing to dry clothes it would be best to use a local launderette.

• micacchi (7/5): - Il fatto che l'appartamento è in pieno centro e che ci fossero due stanze da letto Quando siamo arrivati l'appartamento era veramente sporco, anche se quando abbiamo fatto presente la cosa il giorno dopo hanno provveduto a pulire a fondo. In generale l'appartamento è poco luminoso e umido, il bagno è senza finestre.

• Gerry (8/5): Very good - Good location, close to the old town and tram stop. Good comms with the owner and easy access to the property. Comfortable living space and bedrooms. Basic but useful breakfast. There was a ptoblem with the bathroom which was inconvenient. To be fair, the owners responded quickly to effect a repair, so credit to them for that.
• Monika (6/5): Great location but needs improvements - The location and layout of the flat were great. The flat was very cold and lacked sufficient heating, making it uncomfortable at times. Additionally, the fridge didn’t work, which was inconvenient, and the dish sponge provided was not clean. There was no breakfast as shown on the pictures, only some biscuits and pre-packed croissants. No cereals, butter, jam or fruit. We also noticed there were no maps or guides available in the flat that were promised, which would have been helpful for navigating the area.
