• Hinson (8/5): Beautiful Sevilla - Location very good, clean and comfortable. Situated in a tiny street. Perfect as a base. Only complaint was a very tiny half round shower which would be very difficult for a large or elderly person. Not sure if all the rooms were the same.

Umiestnenie malickeho umyvadla v kupelni, nad ktorym je este zasobnik na tekute mydlo.Slabe vetranie kupelne so zacinajucou pliesnou.
• Moustafa (8/5): Great Stay! - Location is central. Walking distance to everything. Friendly staff. I could store my luggage until check-in time. The room is comfortable and clean. The coffee machine in the room isn't working properly. It would be nice to replace them with new ones. Other than that, everything is perfect.

• Thies (6/5): Super - Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen mitten in der Altstadt es ist sauber und funktional es hat einen Aufzug die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit leider gibt es kein Frühstück was aber auch nicht so schlimm ist Wir würden auf jeden Fall dort wieder übernachten Nichts es war alles schön

• Valeria (8/5): soggiorno di 4 giorni é stato molto bello bellissima città - La doccia grande e il getto d'acqua molto forte! i letti molto comodi , la posizione dell'albergo ottima in 10min. a Triana, in 10min. alla cattedrale zona tranquilla mi sono sentita al sicuro. il lavandino era piccolissimo come ti lavavi la faccia bagnavi tutto non c'era neanche un piano per appoggiare le cose principali spazzolino ecc. con tutto lo spazio che c'era neanche uno sgabello o una mensola nulla di nulla!! purtroppo noi abbiamo avuto la sfortuna di beccarci la camera con la finestra che dava sulle scale e quindi non potevi togliere le tende altrimenti ti vedevano in camera e oltretutto non vedavamo se era bel tempo o pioveva fino che uscivi dalla camera per quel prezzo...

• Sara (9/5): - Struttura pulita, camere ampie con piccolo balconcino, frigorifero, tv e divano. Bagno piccolo ma funzionale, con ampia doccia. Abbiamo amato il nostro soggiorno presso lo Zaida Hotel, lo consigliamo a tutti! Unico problema: il rumore. Le camere non sono ben insonorizzate, e in certi momenti i rumori della strada erano molto forti

• Büşra Tayyibe (9/5): Geniş ve konforlu bir oda - Otelin konumu harika. Merkezi bir konumu var. Odam gerçekten büyüktü. Tek kişiydim ancak iki yataklı büyük bir oda verilmişti. Klima iyi çalışıyordu. Banyo temizdi ve kişisel bakım ürünleri eklenmişti. Bir küçük buzdolabı ve hava temizleyici bile vardı. Bunlar gerçekten özenli ve ince düşünülmüş detaylar. Bu yönüyle çok memnun kaldım. Gerçek bir fiyat performans konaklaması diyebilirim. Otobüs terminaline, tarihi yerlere, Triana Bölgesi’ne hep yürüyerek gittim. Bu açıdan çok avantajlıydı. Personeli de gayet nazik ve yardımseverdi. Otelin merkezi konumda olması biraz dezavantajlı çünkü tam karşısında bir restoran bulunuyor ve çok gürültülü oluyor. Belki de ben giriş katında kaldığım için fazla gelmiş olabilir. Ancak yoldan da çok ses geliyor ve geceleri birkaç kez uyandım. Uykunuz hassassa arka taraftan bir oda rezerve etmeniz önerilir. Ayrıca maalesef odamda birkaç kez hamamböceği buldum. Odam gayet temizleniyordu ama sanırım bir yerde yuvaları var ya da çatlakları var. Neredeyse hepsi ölüydü ama büyüktü ve rahatsız ediciydi. Ben çok korkmadığım ve sadece üç gece kaldığım için sorun etmedim ancak fobisi ya da alerjisi olanlar düşünmeli. Oda temizliği çok iyiydi ancak genel bir böcek ilaçlaması yapılmalı ya da sızdıkları yerler bulunup kapatılmalı.

Sie hatten kein Ersatzzimmer, es war mufflig und feucht. Angebot: 15% Reduktion oder kostenfreie Stornierung. Der Rezeptionist kontaktierte Booking.com, die waren sofort um eine Lösung bemüht. Hotelwechsel, Storno kostenfrei (what else?)

IBsustelle gegenüber Kein Zahnputzbechet Keine Ablagen im Bad Dachterrasse ist sehr sparsam und gewöhnungsbedürftig Taxen feäahren nicht bis zum Hoteleingabg nicht ein einziges deutsches Programm im Fernsehen Der Waschbeckensxhrank ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen Kein Schrank in Zimmer, nur eine Garderobe

• Michaela (8/5): Nice hotel. Great location. Friendly staff. - Fantastic location. Walking distance to everything. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Room was nice, met all our needs. Coffee machine, fridge & safe provided. Beds were really comfy. We slept really well. Very quiet at night. No street noise. There was no shelving in the bathroom to place your toiletries☹️ Unfortunately the view from our room wasn't great. The building across the way was being renovated & the builders were a bit noisy 😳 We appreciate this was out of the hotels control.
• Raphaelle (8/5): - L'hôte estl très bien situé, près des principaux monuments. Il est par ailleurs très joli, avec une terrasse très agréable. Les chambres sont confortables et fonctionnelles. Les chambres du rez-de-chaussée sont un peu bruyantes, notamment celles qui donnent sur la rue. Celle-ci n'est pas très passante et est plutôt calme la nuit mais le restaurant situé de l'autre côté de celle-ci peut être bruyant jusque vers minuit. On entend distinctement les gens qui parlent dans la rue ou la moindre valise à roulettes. Autre détail qui semble anecdotique mais peut gêner : l'ascenseur est très sonore quand il s'ouvre et se ferme. Par ailleurs (temporaire mais qui devrait durer un peu), l'hôtel d'en face est en travaux et il y a donc beaucoup de bruit dès tôt le matin. En résumé, sommeil léger s'abstenir, ou du moins pour les chambres donnant sur rue, à fortiori si elles sont au rez-de-chaussée.

• Francesca (8/5): Soggiorno piacevole - Comoda la posizione, la stanza veniva pulita giornalmente e anche con una rapidità eccezionale. La doccia comoda, ampia e funzionale. Abbiamo apprezzato il set di cortesia fornito. Il personale è gentile. Bisognerebbe dare una rinfrescata alle pareti che sono datate e umide. La camera comunque è abbastanza piccola per il prezzo. Il lavello del bagno è un po’ piccolo.

Leuk dat er een koffiezetapparaat op de kamer was en dat je capsules hiervoor in hotel kon aanschaffen . de frigo op de kamer is een pluspunt. Dakterrasje is leuk. De lavabo was zeer klein en er was geen plaats om er iets rond te zetten. (Dit is het enige minder goede punt)

• sandra (2/5): Very bad experience - disappointed. - The entrance of the hotel is really nice. The location and there is a nice restaurant right in front of the hotel. The room was ok, first impression. We left our luggage went to dinner and come back to take a shower. The drain was clogged, literally my feet was submerged in water. Of course reception was close at that time to change the room. The bed and sheets all ok. The night was terrible, the smell of septic tank was terrible, we couldnt sleep and you could smells mold, sure enough there was black mold beind the door to the bathroom and behind the bed ....humidity all over... they painted to hide but ...... It was an horrific night ... informed the recepcionist in the morning and showed her pictures of the room. We left the hotel not impressed at all. Needs a real renovation.
• Anne (5/5): Great location - Great location so price good for that reason We were given a room next to reception and road , very noisy The bathroom sink was so small water went everywhere, room small , we had an standing aircon machine which was so noisy we had to turn it off,couldn’t open window for air as too much noise outside,no coffee making facilities in room other than a coffee pod machine which you had buy pods for Reception staff not engaging
• Greenrocker (7/5): Zaida is a basic but no frills chain hotel, central for all of Seville, fine for a couple of days,, - Room was basic but clean, could of done with artwork on bare walls, the hallway & stairs are adorned with typical Spanish tiles & arches, bed was comfy, shower room was fine, lifts to all floors, Roof terrace was quite nice to escape the city for a quiet evening but with no views. Location was pretty central, but down a dark side street, easy walking to all of the city On arrival the desk staff were not very friendly, did not ask of our flights or our welfare, in fact only seen them on arrival & departure, again no interest in if we enjoyed our room or how our stay was,, The Zaida was down a back street, which could be a little scary to a less seasoned traveller, but we felt quite safe. To be honest we thought the price was a little steep for this time of the season. But we chose it.

• Pagot (9/5): - Abbiamo soggiornano dal 5 al 9 maggio 2026 Al primo piano di un palazzo moresco . Camera raggiungibile con ascensore. Posizione buona vicina alla stazione dell'Armaz. Personale gentile e disponibile. Bello il.solarium all'ultimo piano. Dove trascorrere un po di relax e godersi il sole. Camera pulita ed accogliente. Ci tornerei senza dubbio. Paola e Francesco Unica pecca il bagno. Grande si ma mal strutturato. Doccia enorme e invece lavandino molto piccolo. Servirebbe a mio parere anche una mensola dove appoggiare le cose.

• Julien (6/5): Séjour agréable mais confort minimal pour un 3 étoiles - La localisation, le calme, la climatisation. Le personnel était distant. La chambre était très simple, la salle de bain petite et l'équipement minimal. Pas à la hauteur du prix et des 3 étoiles affichées.

• Ana (10/5): Muy agradable - Estuvimos muy poco tiempo, pero todo estupendo y fácil. Necesitábamos un taxi muy pronto y el personal de recepción se encargó de calcular el tiempo necesario de antelación y de llamar al taxi.

• Jane (8/5): - Good location, although across town from railway stations, it was not far from bus terminal to airport. Were able to walk everywhere. Had a couch in room which was nice. Bathroom was compact with only a small sink, so couldn't rinse any clothes as no hanging space, had to hang one towel in room rather than bathroom as not enough hooks.
