• Andrés (10/5): - Acceso muy fácil. El anfitrión dejó desayuno.
• Ivan (1/5): - Location within walking distance of the city center. The host provided fake photos. The images in the listing appear heavily edited and do not reflect the actual condition of the property (for example, the bathroom tiles shown in the photos do not exist in reality). The apartment is in poor condition and requires a complete renovation; I would not have booked this stay had I known the actual state of the unit. Parking is also problematic. Public parking is limited to three hours, requiring you to move the car frequently. Finding an available spot is difficult even for the three-hour limit, and the nearest 24-hour parking facility is a one-hour walk away. The property appeared uncleaned; documentation is provided in the attached photos. There is a severe, persistent foul smell throughout the apartment. All furniture is in a state of total disrepair. The apartment has significant biological growth, including mold on the walls.
• Andrea (5/5): - La localización era muy buena Cuando llegamos todavía no habían limpiado. Había muebles que por la zona inferior estaban medio podridos y olía mucho a humedad
• Belia (5/5): 5/10 - Situaciòn No estaba limpio. Avisé al propietario ya al llegar. La ropa de la cama, las mesillas, el “armario”, la bandeja del horno la veias al pasar de la cocina al baño o a la habitaciòn… las explicaciones del dueño muy bien, pero a nosotros nos tocò sucio, cosa que comunicamos nada más llegar pero no nos solucionaron.
• Elia (9/5): - Muy amplio y espacioso El edificio está en obras. Se nos hizo un poco difícil el tema del parking para los dias que estuvimos. Terminamos dejando el coche en un parking de pago a 25min del piso.

• Juliana (10/5): - Wohnung ist bequem und super gut gelegen. Supermarkt, Bäckereien, Bars, Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar Parkplatz zu finden ist sehr schwierig, aber sonst hat alles gut gepasst

• Andreas (9/5): - In der Küche waren diverse Frühstückssachen bereit gestellt. Die Unterkunft war sehr ruhig und liegt nahe an der Altstadt. Ein Kinderspielplatz ist grad um die Ecke.

• Sara (8/5): - Alojamiento céntrico y con todas las comodidades. El dueño del piso muy atento y dispuesto. Limpieza mejorable
• Marco (9/5): - Tolle Lage, voll augestattete Küche, Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler. Das Apartment bleibt auch bei hohen Außentemperaturen angenehm kühl. Nette Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Zutaten für das Frühstück lagen schon bereit. Ein kleiner technischer Defekt im Bad wurde sofort repariert.
• Babs (7/5): - Nice apartment close to the old town and museum Guggenheim. The bathroom and kitchen need an upgrade. Please keep in mind that there is no balcony or terrace for your cup of coffee in the morning or drinks in the afternoon before you hit town. If you come by car, it's difficult to park your car close to the apartment.
• Isabel (6/5): Passable, mais manque d’entretien - Très bon emplacement, calme, on peut tout faire à pied depuis l’appartement. La literie est confortable. Bon gabarit pour 4 personnes. Apparemment assez sale, notamment la salle des bains et la cuisine. Les couvertures sentent mauvais, il y a des poils de chien ou chat dans les coussins du canapé… C’est dommage car il pourrait être très bien avec un bon coup de ménage, mais là c’était un peu limite. Équipements (notamment dans la cuisine) très chiches (peu de couverts, assiettes, ustensiles…). Manque de rangement dans les chambres.
• Fergal (8/5): - Reasonably good apartment. Good location close to the old town (Atxuri tramp stop nearby; the tram was convenient to get around elsewhere in the city and to the Intermodal bus station). Smell of mould/damp in part of the kitchen area, though not elsewhere. I think this is likely a problem with the building in general (got the same smell on the stairs when elsewhere in the building).
