Geraldo (6/5): - Alugamos e não nos foi informado qua o apartamento era particular e não teríamos direito ao café da manhã e não haveria limpeza nem troca de roupas de cama e toalhas,
Tayana (2/5): - Fiz uma reserva de duas diárias pelo hotels.com recebi confirmação da reserva e tudo, e na hora a dona do flat disse que não tinha nenhuma reserva feita no meu nome. A sorte foi que o próprio hotel tinha a disponibilidade de 1 quarto mais apenas 1 diária. Enfim, super estressante.

SILVIA (4/5): Produto com defeito, requer análise para reparo!! - Fui incomodada varias vezes pelo whatsapp para confirmar meu checkin, e eu não tinha um horário para informar e o contato era direto , a ponto de incomodar. As toalhas de banho surradas e rasgada. Os lençois eram de solteiro e cama desconfortável , se movia o tempo todo. Encontrei barata viva no quarto . O suporte (varal) para secar roupas quebrado. Avisei no domingo quanto a minha saída pela manhã do hotel para poder fazer checkout e me informaram que viriam me receber , porém não apareceu ninguem. quando fechei com este hotel tinha informação que eu teria translado gratis para o aeroporto e infelizemnte me fui informado que NÃO tinha. Enfim péssimo, sem estrutura para atender os hóspedes de forma eficaz
Rafael (6/5): - Chuveiro nao funciona água quente e a área comum do hotel esta um pouco abandonado... hotel nao conta com um restaurante bom. Conforto do quarto no geral muito bom, ar gelando e cama muito boa.
