• Junior Begnozzi (10/5): - A casa é extremamente espaçosa, limpa, organizada e completa (possui todos os objetos necessários em uma moradia). Tem estacionamento para carro de forma gratuita e o metrô fica ao lado, é excelente para andar pela cidade. Recomendo muito.

• franco (8/5): Tutto comodo, anche il parcheggio. - Posizione strategica. A due passi dalla metropolitana. Posto tranquillo, abbiamo dormito con le finestre aperte senza avvertire rumori. Si può parcheggiare la macchina nel cortile condominiale recintato proprio sotto casa. Sotto casa ottima pasticceria, rosticceria e supermercato. Presente ascensore. Terrazzino per fare colazione. Per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato per 3 notti e stato tutto perfetto.

• Gabriel (9/5): Superb - Close to the metro or buses, clean appartament, owner very responsive The neighborhood is not the best, you better stay inside between 10pm and 6am
• Shourya (10/5): Exceptional - The location was superb. Metro station is 5 min walk which takes you to the main train station in 15 minutes. Apart from that there is a bus stop just outside the apartment. And not to mention grocery, restaurants and a supermarket store is just 5 mins walk. Opening and closing the balcony shades was a bit challenging.
• Iulia (9/5): Superb - It is a large apartment in a nice area, near de metro station. The owner was nice and let us check-in earlier, at 12:00 as we had a very early flight. The terrace is nice, facing the garden between the buildings. The bed in the bedroom is very comfortable and the sofa in the living room is very big. There is a washing machine in the bathroom and a dishwasher in the kitchen. The kitchen is well equiped and there are toiletries in the bathroom. There wasn't hot water at the kitchen, but we didn't need to wash that much and didn't bother us. There is a dishwashing machine too, but we didn't use it. The air conditioning is not installed properly, but again that wasn't a problem for us. The shower wasn't working properly and it needs a change.
• Maciej (1/5): AVOID. Unacceptable conditions, safety hazards, abusive host, housing project-like area. - Location close to subway, relatively clean apartment, very fast and reliable internet connection. AVOID. The host was forced by the booking website to let us cut the booking short as a result of the unacceptable, unsafe conditions, and to refund our stay. The flat was not AC-ed with the temperature reaching 38 degrees outside. We were left against our wishes to supervise a worker called to drill walls and install a nonfunctioning(!) AC unit. Our belongings were left covered in dust, and debris fell on our heads from the sloppy installation. Closets were full of somebody's belongings, and we had to keep our belongings on the floor. The freezer was full of the owner's food. Extremely wobbly fan ceiling was a risk of falling on our heads. When we arrived the "private parking" was, in the owner's own words, "available if we are lucky". There were persons daily asking us for money at the entrance door to the building. The owner was verbally abusive in reaction to our complaints, and repetitively lied about letting us cancel the rest of the reservation, making false statement to the booking website's customer service.
