• Héctor Omar (4/5): REGULAR - Después de 13 hrs de vuelo, primer noche que llegamos nos cobran un extra por llegar tarde al check out, no estaba escrito en booking esto. Luego en esa misma noche no teníamos agua caliente para ducharnos. Tuvimos que esperar hasta el otro día por decisión del Sr. Garotto el administrador del piso

• NOELIA (8/5): - Buena ubicación ya que la parada de metro Alvarado queda a poco minutos a pie. La calefacción siempre puesta por lo que el pisito siempre estaba calentito y no hemos pasamos nada de frío. Las paredes estaban un poco sucias. Por lo demás todo muy bien.

Abbiamo beccato una settimana fredda a Madrid, in casa faceva davvero freddo, abbiamo provato a chiedere al proprietario come si facesse ad alzare la temperatura, ma rimaneva molto vago. Poteva venire a farci vedere. Ci rispondeva che la valvola "è in casa"/"è in cucina" (si ma dove?). Alla fine non abbiamo risolto. Dalla camera entrava aria fredda dagli spifferi della finestra. Avrei gradito conoscere il proprietario o un referente, ma non si è mai visto. Dal bagno provenivano degli odori sgradevoli

• Carlos (8/5): - El piso estaba bien,baño limpio y cuidado, cocina completa limpia y con café, aceite,sal, azúcar super puntazo ya que a veces para dos días tienes que comprar de propio. Quizás el sofá, al ser sofa cama, tendría que estar un poco más limpio, y tener una funda o lo que sea, ya que todos lo usan y a saber como, pies , zapatos etc. En la entrada del apartamento pondría una alfombra, cuando estuvimos llovía y entras directo de la calle al salón, un hándicap, que había muchas cacas y al llegar nos quitábamos los zapatos por si llevábamos "residuo" y daba cosilla caminar descalzo( íbamos con niños ).
• Silvia (6/5): - La posición es bastante cómoda, cerca de la parada del metro. Para dormir dos o tres noches está bien si quieres gastar poco. Es un bajo muy pequeño. Quizás para dos estaría bien, pero para 4 muy justo. El suelo no estaba muy limpio y hacía un poco de frío.

• Phuong Lan (8/5): Nice small ground floor apartment - Small ground floor apartment with kitchen and washing machine, refrigerator. Rather far from center and metro. It's hard for pushing luggage. The power breaks out very often, specially when washing machine working, even with heating turned off. The floor still had much of cleaning detergent remained. We had clean 3 times to clear that so our shoes don't stick with floor.

• Massimiliano (6/5): - Ottima posizione, zona tranquilla, bagno ben organizzato con doccia grande. Se lo scopo è solo dormirci, è perfetto. Numerosi locali per la colazione nelle vicinanze. Bisogna fare qualcosa per quella finestra senza vetro, in ottobre la sola tapparella non ripara dal freddo e dall'umidità della notte. Quando quelli del piano di sopra fanno la doccia, i rumori sono forti e continui: se succede di notte (nonostante il divieto di rumori molesti dopo le 23) non si può dormire.

• Francesco Zacheo (7/5): Madrid 2025 - Zona tranquilla metrò a cinque minuti struttura datata ma pulita con una doccia comoda per chi non ha pretese particolari è ottima Mi sarebbe piaciuto parlare con qualcuno anche se non era necessario perche le istruzioni erano chiare
• Riccardo (8/5): - Zona tranquilla. Appartamento fornito con tutto il necessario. La finestra in soggiorno non si chiude realmente. Ci sono le sbarre di ferro, ma passano i rumori.
• Simone Salamida (8/5): - Appartamento accogliente ed essenziale situato in una zona residenziale universitaria. I mezzi come la metro si trovano a 5 min a piedi anche se noi abbiamo utilizzato spesso Bolt. Posizione un po' decentrata e pulizia non proprio impeccabile.

• Marys1999 (9/5): Comfortable Basement Apartment. - Living room and bedroom has super high ceiling, which is nice. Internet was the best I ever had in hundreds of lodging I have been. Photos on Booking are accurate, they depict the property correctly. Apartment was clean on arrival. Self check in, you collect the keys from a lock box hanging at the door. Neighborhood is quiet. They have many kitchen appliances available (except for a bottle opener and an iron!). Please be aware that I was at the apartment alone, I am not sure how it would work for 2 or 3 people. Matrass very comfortable, although I can not say the same for the pillows. However, they have some decorative cushions and I could arrange well with them. Not that close to metro station Alvarado; you need to go hill up to arrive there. Upon arrival, you need to collect the keys from a lock box, which is very convenient, except for the fact that it was dark and I could not see the numbers. When illuminating it with the torch from the phone, the metal from the locker reflects the light and you cannot see the numbers. I had to use the camera from the phone to capture an image, see the numbers and then 'guess' how much it should spin until finding the correct number. A bit difficult, in the dark, holding the phone and the umbrella at the same time. It rained a lot during my stay and the water from the street comes inside the apartment through the door. I was at the property in March, with mild temperatures. I did not see an airco there, so I assume during the summer it is hot. Also, I am not sure the heating works. It was off when I was there. Host sends a lot of messages, with rules. They are pretty obvious, such as not making noise after 23h and so on. By the way, the neighbor upstairs do not follow this rule; they were dragging furniture late at night and before 7 am.

• Daniel (7/5): Good value for money one bedroom apartment in Madrid’ Bella Vista area, with easy access to public transport and service - The location worked pretty well for us, close to family and friends, in a quiet street, with easy access to public transport. The staff were generally friendly and accommodating to extend our stay for two extra nights. The mains power breaker would go down sometimes, when turning the heater and other appliances on at the same time.
