- Samantha (8/5): Holiday cabin bliss - Stayed recently for the January school holidays and we were pleasantly surprised. I was so relaxed I didn't want to leave. So nice and quiet but close enough to anna bay for beach activities. Cabin was clean and beds were comfortable. Loved the enclosed deck to sit outside comfortably with complimentary mosquito coils. Nice touch. Camp kitchen at the cabins was great as well. Had everything you could want and more. All enclosed to keep the bugs away. It even included an air fryer and had a pretty fire pit for the kids to toast marshmallows. We Loved the pool too. Unique design. The games room also had free games. Great for those rainy days and keeping everyone entertained. Thanks for a lovely stay island leisure. We will definitely be back. Top of my list to return to. Nothing bad to comment. Even the long stay residents were so welcoming and lovely

- S.Va (10/5): Ruhe und Entspannung pur - Am Rande eines Campings stehen einige wenige Hüten. Sie sind sehr gut geschnitten, sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet. Wir waren außerhalb der Hauptsaison unter der Woche da, deshalb kaum einen Menschen gesehen und die Ruhe total genossen. Die einzige "Ruhestörung" war ein lauter Pfau, der bekanntlich nicht singt, sondern schreit, und zwar schon sehr früh morgens.

Spa and pool is for namesake pool was dirty and ducks were floating around spa water was not warm at all. Only good thing was games room for kids. Office did not have any staff anytime.

- Adamandnay (7/5): It is a beautiful place but a bit more presence from staff would be nice. - The location was great. Completely away from the main road so no traffic noise at all. Just a quiet little area on the water. Lovely. The office was never open, no staff to be seen. There was a always a sign on the door saying that if you want to see someone you had to call a number. I was also not a fan of the fact that I booked for one adult and two children and only the adult bed was made up. I had to call to get into the office to ask for linen for my two kids beds and then what they handed me was only enough linen for one bed. And then there is the sign in the kitchen asking you to make sure that all of your dishes are done before you leave to avoid a cleaning fee which I found quite hard to do without a tea towel to dry up all of the dishes before I left. The swimming pool was truly beautiful but could have used a little bit more cleaning. There is evidence slime along the walls and a lot of leafletter and a bit of a bad smell to the water. You also see towards the end of the day a build up around the edges of people's hair, skin, lotions, sunscreen which made you crave a shower immediately afterwards.

We had no electricity for 2 nights out of 3 and shower got cold after 5 minutes. Hopefully an unfortunate one off thing. The staff worked hard the whole time to fix the problem.

Very quiet and relaxing! Seating outside- a few chairs could do with replacing outside of cabin 4 but overall didn’t effect quality of stay!

The man that owned the white ram ute locked in the garage near the cabins and coming home at 1 a.m. revving the car. Woke the kids up.

- David (8/5): Quiet but lots to do to entertain the kids. - The pool and games room were great, my teenage boys loved them. Really quiet. Saw a Koala and Peacocks. A little dated.

- Koller (8/5): I would stay again and recommend this place for short stays with families - great value alternative to all the overpriced caravan parks in port Stephens, excellent large pool, nice cabins with great little enclosed BBQ area right outside the door, comfy beds, quiet location, had wild peacoks running around which the kids loved and they have a games rooms where the machines are free which is awesome, old school pinball machines brought back memories. location is a bit out of town, sandflies and mozzies were about at sundown, reception hours are a bit random, but you can get staff on the phone

- Cherry (9/5): Tranquil location just a short drive from all the activities in the region - Lovely location at the fringes of a reserve. It was very serene and not crowded at all. Love the amenities! They look tired in the pictures but they were quite okay and well-maintained in reality. The beds were a bit hard, we had to set the linen on the 2nd bedroom, and it would be nice to have a hairdryer.
