The condominium (central) heating will work on a schedule, as imposed by Italian law, and heating cannot be adjusted. The schedule will operate as follows: 6 AM to 9 AM, 12 PM to 2 PM, and 8 PM to 11 PM.
The highest temperature allowed by Italian law for the residential sector is 19 degrees Celsius for all thermostats, both central and autonomous heating.
Please do not use more than one appliance at once. Otherwise, you may experience power outages. If this happens, guests will need to reset the fuze box. Please do not use more than one appliance at once.

- Giulia (10/5): - Questa struttura è semplicemente perfetta per hn soggiorno a Milano. Prezzo decisamente ottimo per la media che si trova in questa città e qualità ottima. Comodissimo perché la metro è super vicina è raggiungibile a piedi. Sotto la struttura ci sono tantissimi parcheggi con righe blu, comunque economici, dove lasciare l’auto. Consigliatissima!
- Evangelia (4/5): - Μας ενημέρωσαν κάποιες εβδομάδες πριν την άφιξη μας πως το συγκεκριμένο δωμάτιο που είχαμε κλείσει είχε κάποιο ζήτημα και μας πρότειναν αλλαγή για το «JOIVY Cute flat near Naviglio Grande». Συνεπώς παραθέτω το σχόλιο μου εδώ, καθώς δεν βρίσκω κάπου αλλού να κάνω κριτική για το συγκεκριμένο δωμάτιο και μπορεί να τύχει αυτή η αλλαγή και σε άλλους. Ο χώρος ήταν αρκετά μεγάλος και με πολλές παροχές εάν χρειαστεί να μείνεις μέρες (πχ πλυντήριο ρούχων, καφετιέρα, ηλεκτρική σκούπα). Δεν υπάρχει φασαρία από τα δίπλα διαμερίσματα και είναι πάρα πολύ κοντά στο navigli και στην στάση μετρό (10 λεπτά από την στάση pts Genova). Επίσης υπήρχε ζεστό νερό καθόλη την διάρκεια της ημέρας. Το κατάλυμα ήταν αρκετά βρωμικο, υπήρχαν αράχνες στις γωνιές του ταβανιού, φθαρμένο πάτωμα, ο καλόγερος στην είσοδο για τα ρούχα ήταν σπασμένος και έπεσε όλος πάνω μου όταν πήγα να ακουμπήσω την τσάντα μου, ο καναπές ήταν βρώμικος, το πάτωμα είχε σκόνη, κουρτίνες είχαν βρώμικες κηλίδες, δεν υπήρχε χαρτί τουαλέτας, ούτε σακουλάκι για τον κάδο. Δυστυχώς ήταν σαν απλώς να μας έβαλαν καινούργιες πετσέτες και να άλλαξαν τα σεντόνια από τους προηγούμενους…

- Zhanna (8/5): Normale - Buongiorno, sono venuta a Milano per due giorni con la mia famiglia per una piccola vacanza. L’appartamento nel complesso ci è piaciuto molto: ristrutturazione fresca e moderna, tutto integro, mobili in ottime condizioni. La cucina funzionava bene, così come la lavatrice e l’asciugatrice. Erano inoltre disponibili ferro da stiro, asciugacapelli, stendino e asse da stiro. Tutto molto pulito, persino la carta igienica era già presente. Per quanto riguarda gli aspetti negativi, la procedura di registrazione è stata davvero complicata. Per fare il check-in bisogna praticamente passare “9 gironi dell’inferno”. Ad esempio, io ero seduta su una panchina con i bambini a compilare una quantità enorme di documenti: dati di tutte le carte d’identità, numeri dei documenti e infinite domande — da quale Paese a quale Paese, dove siete nati, dove vi siete sposati, qual è il vostro livello di istruzione… Ovviamente scherzo, ma è stato davvero molto pesante e stressante. Dopo aver compilato i documenti per quattro persone, mentre nel frattempo i miei bambini correvano da tutte le parti, siamo finalmente arrivati all’appartamento. Però il portone d’ingresso del palazzo era chiuso. Era domenica e ci avevano detto che sarebbe dovuto rimanere aperto. Abbiamo chiamato e, fortunatamente, il problema è stato risolto rapidamente e ci hanno aperto la porta. volete cucinare qualcosa in casa, purtroppo non ci riuscirete, perché nella cucina dell’appartamento non ci sono né coltelli, né forchette, né pentole, e non è previsto nemmeno il minimo indispensabile come olio d’oliva, sale o pepe. Quindi l’unica soluzione è ordinare cibo a domicilio tramite consegna. volete cucinare qualcosa in casa, purtroppo non ci riuscirete, perché nella cucina dell’appartamento non ci sono né coltelli, né forchette, né pentole, e non è previsto nemmeno il minimo indispensabile come olio d’oliva, sale o pepe. Quindi l’unica soluzione è ordinare cibo a domicilio tramite consegna.

- Paolo (8/5): - Bei dieser Unterkunft stimmt das Preis-Leistung Verhältnis. Die Appartement waren ordentlich eingerichtet und geräumig. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb, aber die Metrostation befinden sich in der Nähe. Der Check In läuft reibungslos über einen Schlüsselkasten ab, also keine Wartezeiten.

- Milagros (10/5): Un posto perfetto per pochi giorni a Milano. - Posto ben situato, vicino alla metro Frattini, una casa molto bella e ordinata. Non c’è davvero nulla di negativo: un luogo e un servizio eccellenti dall’inizio alla fine.

There was no coffee machine or moka pot to have some coffee before leaving for visiting. On the ground floor there was a lot of noise in the morning from outside as there is a gym nearby. - Liliane (6/5): Für unseren Wochenendtrip in Ordnung! - Ferienwohnung ohne Frühstück, wie gebucht. Gut war die Nähe zur Metro. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und eine hervorragende Pizzeria mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wohnung war sauber und die Betten frisch bezogen, Handtücher ebenso. Größe der Wohnung für 4 Personen ideal! (2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder) Es hapert eher an den "Kleinigkeiten". Für 4 Personen gebucht, aber am Tisch nur 3 Stühle zum sitzen. Wohnbereich dürftig eingerichtet - zu 4. zum chillen nicht geeignet. Küche sehr spartanisch eingerichtet - kochen darf man in dieser nicht wollen! (fehlt z.B. ein großer Topf um mal Nudeln abzukochen). Rollo im Schlafzimmer 2 ist zu und kann auch nicht hochgezogen werden - ist defekt. Föhn im Badezimmer 2 war ebenso kaputt und konnte nicht verwendet werden. Alles für ein Wochenende nicht so schlimm, aber bei einem längeren Aufenthalt nicht gut.

- Sara (7/5): - Ottima posizione vicina alla metro Tolstoj. Camere e cucina spaziose e ben curate. La lavatrice non funzionava. Uno dei box doccia era rotto per cui era un po’ complicato chiuderlo. Nell’altra doccia non andava via bene l’acqua quindi mi sono ritrovata più volte a dover asciugare il pavimento.

Рядом магазин Lidl, много кафе с удивительным итальянским кофе! До центра 30 мин пешком. Ой, единственное что было это фен, он не работал но это не испортило общее впечатление

- Julia (9/5): Muy bien. - Es muy amplio, agradable y acogedor. Estaba muy limpio todo y se veía cuidado. Lo recomiendo muchísimo. No está en una zona con cosas para visitar, pero tampoco pasa nada porque tiene la boca de metro y muchas paradas de bus a pocos minutos a pie.

Se escuchaba mucho la calle aunque no era una calle ruidosa pero cuando alguien pasaba hablando se oía a la perfección, los platos estaban sucios, quedaban restos petrificados de comida anterior, no se notaba en exceso pero hubo que limpiarlos antes de comer.

L’odore proveniva da una sorta di termosifone/condizionatore posizionato nel muro. Visto che la casa era molto fredda abbiamo provato ad accenderlo ma l’odore di gas è aumentato ancora di più, confermando che proveniva proprio da lì. Siamo stati costretti a dormire con la finestra aperte (2 gradi di notte) per paura di intossicazione da monossido di carbonio

Pereții foarte murdari, ruleta din un din camere este nefuncțională. Apartamentul se încălzește foarte greu, prima noapte am stat în frig. Procedura de cazare este foarte grea, implică completarea unui formular în urma căruia se primesc informații pentru cazare- acel formular se blochează, nu poți completa - nouă ne-a luat două zile să completăm ceea ce ne-a adus mult stres.

- Andrzej (8/5): Mediolan z boku - Przestronność apartamentu. Jakoś umeblowania. blisko do metra i do sklepu. To i niespodzianka w środę targ pod oknami - rewelacja! Ograniczone wyposażenie kuchni w drobne Agd - np. 1 łyżeczka. ( przy 6 odobach). W opisie była mowa o kosmetykach - szerokie pojęcie (było mydełko i mała fiolka z płynem do kąpieli) - szt. 4. - ale blisko do sklepu i można braki uzupełnić jeśli nie byłeś pdzewidujący. Za to wyposażenie kuchni w sprzęty pełne: mikrofalówka, płyta indukcyjna, kawiarka, zmywarka, pralka, suszarka.

- Laura (4/5): Nicht zu empfehlen - Die Lage ist gut. Der Zugang und die Kommunikation unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist abgelebt. Das Sofa und der Sessel wirklich sehr ekelhaft dreckig. Die Spülmaschine ist defekt. In einem der Bäder gibt es kein warmes Wasser. Die Heizung war Ende Oktober noch nicht in Betrieb.

We called and had to wait until the next morning for cleaning. We slept in agony for two nights. The experience was very bad. The room was not cleaned in time. - miquel (7/5): Correcte. Tranquil i ben situat - Apartament reformat, còmode, net. A prop del metro i en zona tranquil-la No funciona la calefacció i hi fa fred. Tot i avisar q no funcionava i respondre ràpidament, no va funcionar mai. Llits dobles són petits.

- Eliane Maria Ribeiro (10/5): Foi ótimo enquanto durou, deu tudo certo. - Apartamento amplo, limpo, ventilado, com todos os utensílios necessários, quarto/suite espaçosa, cama boa, e uma ótima localização, pertinho de uma estação de metrô e de supermercado, restaurantes. Gostei de tudo.

- Irina (6/5): - הדירה שאנחנו היינו בה, הייתה מרווחת עם 3 חדרים וכולם עם מיטות זוגיות. יש מכונת כביסה ומייבש הדירה מאוד קרה וקודרת, אין שום דבר לנוחיות, סלון עם מטבח ביחד, יש 2 כורסאות מלוכלכות במקום. לא היה חימום שעובד. מסגרות של תמונות ללא תמונה על הקיר, לא נעים. חסכו בנייר טואלט והרצפה הייתה מאוד מלוכלכת. עשו חוזה עם מיליון קנסות אפשריים אבל לא עומדים בעצמם בתנאים של החוזה. מה שכן פניתי אליהם והם היו בקשר איתי ומודעים להכל. דבר נוסף, אין ואטסאפ, אז לא לצפות למענה מיידי. נתקעתי בלילה למטה ולא הצלחתי לפתוח את הדלת, חזרו אלי אחרי 40 דקות וכבר הסתדרתי לבד. כמו כן, לא קיבלתי את הדירה שהייתה בתמונה הראשית.

The beds were comfortable and a good size apartment with 2 bathrooms. It was not very clean, the pans were dirty, the window shutter în one of the bedrooms couldn’t open. The sofa was stained, there was no kettle or oven tray.

- Marie (8/5): - Ubytování bylo krásně i s možností sednout si na střešní terasu, nic nechybělo Klimatizace fungovala velice málo, takže nám bylo většinu pobytu teplo tím, ze je to podkrovní byt.
