- Michelle (7/5): - Over het appartement zelf heb ik niets negatiefs te zeggen. Het appartementengebouw was verschrikkelijk! Wij hebben geen enkele nacht goed kunnen slapen. Er wordt met deuren gesmeten in het midden van de nacht, het stinkt er verschrikkelijk naar sigaretten in de gang, er word geroepen en gezongen tijdens de nacht en als puntje van de ijsberg begon er iemand ook nog om 23.00 uur zijn/haar appartement boven deze even te stofzuigen! Zeeeeeer jammer want over het appartement zelf heb ik geen klachten!
- Lucie (9/5): Bon rapport qualité prix - L'appartement est super bien situé, c'est un bon rapport qualité prix, nous avions assez de place et c'était joli. L'odeur de cigarette dans les escaliers est très désagréable mais bon, il n'y a sans doute rien à faire pour changer cela, et dans l'appartement ça ne sent que lorsque l'on passe devant la porte d'entrée.
- Semetier (10/5): - Vlotte boeking en goede communicatie. Uitstekende prijs qualiteit verhouding, alles is basic en netjes verzorgd. Andere bewoners lagere appartemenen roken, is vervelend als je langs traphal komt. Beddegoed is ok maar is aan vernieuwing toe. Laden en lossen kan aan het appartement gebeuren maar daarna moet je parkeerplaats voor auto zoeken, straatparkeren is duur.
