En la terraza se está de maravilla, y la ubicación es muy buena porque está cerca del aeropuerto y a buena distancia del norte y el sur de la isla Nada, fue todo perfecto y repetería sin la más mínima duda

Es hat unangenehm gerochen, speziell im Badezimmer und obwohl es als Nichtraucherzimmer angegeben war, haben die Sofakissen und die Sofadecke nach altem Rauch gerochen. Es wurde versucht dies mit einem Duftspray zu überdecken, was es noch unangenehmer gemacht hat.

• Iraya (1/5): Horrible - La chica encargada de dejarnos las llaves era muy antipática. La habitación estaba de mal aspecto, vieja y sucia. Tuvimos que comprar una sabana y fundas de almohadas porque daba asco acostarse en la cama… hormigas en la cocina y el baño, balcon que no cerraba… encima la encargada de las llaves al irnos amenazó con hacernos pagar por daños que no causamos, y volvimos al alojamiento con la policia para aclarar y nos dijeran qué daños hicimos y no dio la cara, por telefono dijo que se habia equivocado, que ese whatsapp no era dirigido a mi. Gracias que quedó constancia de todo esto. En fin, para no volver.
• Gareth (6/5): Clean, basic but could be better - The apartment was clean and everything functioned as expected There was randomly a smell (a mixture of old sea salt soaked clothes and sewage) but it only happened 3 or 4 times during the week (and cleared after 30 mins). The local area is run down and there's been little or no investment in maintenance for well over 10 years

Lack of big towels, toilet paper. Could have done with a toaster. No English TV. Plug socket in kitchen area is loose. This should be sorted ASAP. Could have done with more information. Eg. how to get out through the back exit etc. Bus information would have been useful. Hard pillows.

Zelo priporočam… - Lepa lokacija, blizu letališča, vedno prosti parkirni prostori, bazen sčiščen vsak dan, zelo mirno, glede na bližino letališča letal ne slišiš, počutiš se zelo varno, saj je ves kompleks pod ključem. Vrhunska lokacija, nekje v sredini otoka, zelo vredu izhodišče za ogled otoka. Vse je bilo OK.

• Stacy (8/5): - Appartement calme dans une belle résidence. Bien accueilli. Il n’y avait personne à la piscine mais elle était un peu trop froide. Il y a un arrêt de bus au bout de la rue mais la prochaine fois nous louerons une voiture c’est beaucoup plus simple pour se déplacer ! Sinon rien à dire 😉 Pour cuisiner, il y avait des grains de poivre mais rien pour le moudre, pas de sel ni huile d’olive, c’était un peu embêtant de devoir en acheter juste pour une semaine.

• ____Seni____ (7/5): Smile 😃 - Sauberes nettes kleines Apartment, dass sogar eine Waschmaschine hat. Es war sehr ruhig und der Pool wirkte auch sehr sauber. Ein Mietwagen ist sehr empfehlenswert. Die ganze Anlage rund um den Apartmentkomplex ist ziemlich runter gekommen und es gibt keine wirklich guten Restaurants in der Nähe. Auch die kleinen Mercardos haben keine wirkliche Auswahl und sind sehr teuer. Wer nicht auf Felsstrand sondern Sand sucht muss schon einige Kilometer spazieren.

• Alba (9/5): Apartamento cómodo, bien ubicado y equipado. - La localización del apartamento a 5 minutos del Aeropuerto y de la piscina natural Caleta de fuste. El apartamento estaba totalmente equipado e impecable en cuanto a limpieza. Espacios amplios y con terraza para disfrutar del exterior. Aparcamiento fácil y cómodo en la propia puerta del complejo. La piscina muy limpia, grande y con horario amplio. La televisión era SmartTV pero estaba inhabilitada, no pudiendo hacer uso de las aplicaciones tipo Netflix. En la terraza pega el sol todo el día, por lo que sería de utilidad contar al menos con una sombrilla.

• María (9/5): Buena estancia - Nos gustó su ubicación céntrica en la isla y la tranquilidad de la urbanización. Sofá y cama cómodos. Apartamento completo, bien equipado. En el baño la manguera de la ducha es corta y apenas llega al enganche. El agua caliente dura muy poco. No hay persianas, por lo que entra bastante claridad. Almohadas muy altas. El acceso al apartamento es por una calle dentro de la urbanización que no está iluminada.

• alan (4/5): Good location, - Location Facilities, only 2 rings for cooking, some plugs not safe, Aga was most unhelpful when I had a problem, actually said she couldn’t help me resolve an issue. The Wi-Fi is on the complex not in the apartment, also pictures on booking.com show a small table top oven but there was not one in the apartment and I had to provide my own. I have been many times to different complexes around this area and this is without exception the worse equipped one I have stayed in. I am a single elderly male travelling alone my requirements are few, a comfy bed,,Wi-Fi and a small oven/ microwave which is usually standard … but not in 203.

Las almohadas eran muy finas y acabas con el cuello reventado, pensaba que habría aire acondicionado o algo, pero nada. Yo abrí la ventana y entraba aire pero tienes que estar un rato así

• Iain (5/5): Stay here if you like ants and a crazy host. - OK area, you do need a car to reach shops, restaurants, other parts of the island. We reported ants in the lounge to the owners and they instantly blamed us for leaving food out. We didn't have any food when we arrived. We did go out for dinner and did buy some food which we put straight in the fridge. To our surprise more ants appeared on the lounge tables. We got more rude messages from the owner over the next few days so we left. We did speak to Booking.Com but they were absolutely useless in helping us. They refused to refund us any of the money we lost and Booking.Com seemed to side with this crazy woman. I do have video of the ants but can't download to this review. Good luck people.

• Paul (10/5): Great Apartment for a Relaxing Holiday - Apartment Sunrise at Apartments Amaya is an excellent location for a relaxing holiday. Booking and confirmation was made easy due to the efficient communication provided by Angie and Renata. The apartment was clean and tidy on arrival and is in a great west facing location overlooking the beautiful swimming pool and sun-bathing terraces. Thanks to the hard-working staff, the complex is exceptionally well kept and is clean, quiet and safe feeling. Thank-you! All was great

• Charlotte (9/5): Lovely little apartment with great property management - It was equipped well enough for our short 4 day break. The bed was comfortable and having a washing machine was perfect for us. The apartment is directly opposite the pool, which in warmer weather would be perfect. A piece of equipment was broken on arrival which the apartment manager replaced very quickly. Was a little bit more out of the way than we anticipated but with great bus routes available and we had hired a car. There was a constant smell in the bathroom but I feel this was coming up from the toilet so not the apartments fault at all. It was not horrific, just noticeable when the toilet seat was lifted or if the bathroom door was left closed when not in use.

The accomodation was exactly the same as the pictures. the parking is in front of the residence and there is a bus stop as well very close. very quiet neighbourhoood

• Piotr (8/5): Great workation just before Christmas. - Nice, cosy apartment in front of the pool with a view of the ocean (unlike some other apartments with a view on the opposite building) and really a sunrise. Very quiet and nice complex. A bus is just in front of the complex. Car rental about 15 mins walk. The same distance to Lidl and Mercadona (just next to car rental). Smal shops 5 mins walk from the complex (from the rear entrance). A bit far from the main Fuerteventura attractions. Extra paid tablets for washing machine and toilet paper even though we rented for 10 days (this was strange and we bought washing tablets and toilet paper ourselves in Mercadona)

• Laura (8/5): Nice apartment, lovely complex. - It was a nice apartment complex, the pool is nice , the complex itself is very quiet. The apartment was nice also, it was basic, has all the usual facilities. It had lots of storage. It was clean, bright and spacious. We were happy with it. We received a friendly greeting and were happy with the communication on the run up to our stay. We felt safe. The complex grounds are very well maintained and staff are very friendly. We would recommend to others and would stay again. We will miss the view of the sea. Only minor issues were thats there was only 1 set of keys given but there was 2 adults, we felt a bit restricted by this as you needed a key to enter and leave the complex and obviously to enter your apartment also. So if one person was off out with the keys the other was stuck in or out. There's alot to be said for having separate keys. We were not a fan of the beds mattress protector, it felt like we were sleeping on plastic bags, maybe a material one would be more suited.

Apartment had everything needed for my stay. Wifi was superb in & around my apartment. Very comfortable bed. Great pool, cleaned every day. Well maintained gardens. Plenty of sunbeds. Few minutes walk to local bars, Stoners, Crazy goat & Bennys sports bar. Lovely indian restaurant close by. Prices for food & drink very good. 20 minute nice coastal walk to Caleta de Fuste where there is a lovely beach & many more bars & restaurants. I had full English breakfast every morning at Kellys & Christmas dinner at Linns. Really enjoyable holiday & will return. Thank you. key to outside gate needs replacing. curtain in living room needs replacing. maybe a toaster.
