• Henry (9/5): Beautiful apartment more for adults - We liked :- - the view - the aesthetic interior - the 2 full (and big) bathroom - the extensive kitchen appliances - the location - the space - the cleanness Not that I dislike, although there is a baby chair provided, if only there is also a playpen.

• Connie (10/5): We enjoyed our very relaxing stay. - It was clean and well maintained and indeed a breathtaking place. Water in the bath tub is dirty.
• Brian & Coral (9/5): In spite of the few problems we had a great holiday. - NA There were no tea towels or hand towels for the kitchen I had to purchase some for the two weeks that we were there. Also the cooking utensils were scruffy and need to be replaced. The lounge suite was not comfortable. The under neath of the bar be Que had grease which needed cleaning. The main bedroom only had a double bed, not a queen size. For the price, we expected a little bit more.

• Bettina (7/5): Beautiful view, bad cleanliness - The view is amazing and it is located at a great spot. The windows are great at keeping the noise outside. The cleanliness was quite bad. We had sweets left under the bed, dust and fingerprints on the tables, dirt and a paper clip, hair and dirt on one of the bed. The showers grout are really dirty and it gave the feeling a few things had a quick wipe but not a normal cleaning. Very disappointed in the cleanliness!

• Stevie (8/5): Very good - Location was great, view was lovely, size of the apartment was suitable for a large family. Gym, pool and underground carpark were useful. No laundry basket supplied in laundry, nor were there any laundry powder sachets. The grout in the bathroom floor tiles were discoloured and pink with mould. Could do with a good scrub.. And when it rains, the outdoor carpet on the balcony stays damp.

• Premila (6/5): Nice location, Comfortable, but unsuitable for a family group of more than 5 adults. - This booking reverted to Air B n B 'Miguel' was unhelpful. Difficulty access code for keys. I informed 'Miguell, we had not instructions until laptop, logging in outside Sea Point apartments, so our checkin was delayed. 'Bicycle' lock code right at the rear of mail box was dark, difficult to see. No Welcome booklet for Information was visible. We were unsure the small packet of cereals and accompanying teas and coffees were for our use. We purchased our own supplies from the local IGA, given there was 5 of us. Cooking facilities excellent, however the microwave was broken. Views, access to use the verandah views excellent. Taking shoes off at the door was unusual, as we did not bring slippers. Accom, suits only 6 people. I left my special orthopaedic pillow and personal moisturiser cream and comb at the property, in the rush to checkout by 10am, on the monday morning. I needed to retrieve it, contacted Miguel the Air B n B contact for the property, No response to date. Agent handling Air B n B's client bookings that is not Bookings dot com, Hospitality service and communication is poor.
• Rebecca (9/5): Loved every minute, would love to live there - The finish was perfect so comfortable, had everything in there that was needed Only problem we ran out of gas with the bbq it was replaced however we couldn’t disconnect the old gas. It was fine as the kitchen was amazing to cook in. Micro would be handy to have a user guide
