Neeraj (3/5): Poor - Person was already there waiting for us to handover keys. Response from host was super slow. They did't gave keys for rooms which means if I am changing cloth then my kid can open rooms. I asked multiple times for keys but they denied. I also requested for toaster but they not even responded. Utensils were broken and not in good conditions.
