Important Information

By law in Barcelona, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Please be considerate of neighbors. Parties or loud music are strictly not allowed. If neighbors are disturbed or the police are called, the reservation will be canceled without refund. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the apartment. You may smoke on the balcony - please use an ashtray and do not throw cigaret butts on the floor. If smoke, burns, or any related damage is found, a minimum 250EUR cleaning/damage fee will apply. Sorry, no pets are allowed in the apartment. Do not leave the key inside the lock when you leave, or you will not be able to reenter, and a locksmith will need to be called at your expense. Forgotten keys requiring emergency assistance: 50EUR. If locks need to be changed: from 200EUR. Lost or unreturned keys: 180EUR per set. Late check-out without prior agreement: 50EUR per hour. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed to stay. If unauthorized guests are found, the security deposit will be withheld and the reservation may be canceled. Please do not take the white towels to the beach. Ask us about renting beach towels instead. Please lock all doors and windows and turn off the AC when you leave the apartment. For stays of 28 nights or more, a 200EUR monthly contribution for utility bills (electricity, water, gas) applies, payable in advance at check-in. As per Barcelona law (Ley Ciudadana - April 2017), we are required to collect passport details for all guests. This information is submitted to the police within 24 hours of your check-in, just like in a hotel. A security deposit is required and will be held on your credit card. It will be refunded 7 days after check-out. If paid in cash, the refund will be made via bank transfer, and any transfer fees will be the guests responsibility. If you need anything during your stay, we are always happy to help!This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Alberto (8/5): - Tuve comunicarme con la administradora y no enviaron un video para el ingreso . Ubicación, el departamento está en un tercer piso por escalera, no posee ascensor. Al ingresar al departamento me encuentro con la novedad de que no tenía ascensor y está ubicado en un tercer piso y no está informado en la reserva. Por otro lado al llegar a la ubicación me encuentro con la novedad que tenía que abonar un seguro de garantía por € 680 + los impuestos municipales, (lo que no te informan es que la garantía te la cobran por anticipado y después dicen que la devolverán dentro de los 7 días? No me pareció correcto y aclaró que aún no recibí la acreditación en mi tarjeta de crédito!

Radoslaw (8/5): Had a fantastic time - Excellent location - 3 mins to the beach with restaurant, swimming pool, 10 mins walk to the station. Nice balcony with a seaview. Kitchen and all rooms fully equipped with everything you need. Great contact and support from the hosts. Air Conditioning only in living room which made bedrooms rather hot overnight, The apartment would benefit from renovation - AC unit was leaking so i had to throw away a bucket of water every day at least once. Walls, furniture, bathroom in some places a bit dirty or slightly damaged but nothing you cannot live with. Ah and this is 4th floor and there is no elevator so it is only for fit people!
