- Martin (10/5): - Everything was perfect from the beginning to the very end. They allowed us to check-in late at night and arranged a driver for us. We were welcomed the next day with clear explanation and a coffee. The flat was clean, big, with a great view on the skyline. The subway was literally downstairs, as well as a food court if needed. We could leave our bags securely after check-out and the staff gave us a very positive impression! Thanks!

- Andrea (9/5): Amazing apartment that has pretty much everything for your stay- laundry machine & kitchen - The hosts Samuel and Lisa were very responsive via WeChat and Booking.com. They even came to greet us at the metro station which happens to be in the basement of the building, even after giving us instructions on how to reach the property. Perfect cozy place for 2 that is very close to all the Shanghai monuments, with a beautiful view at night (especially from the 22nd floor). The kitchen could’ve been better stocked with some spices or condiments to make cooking easier.

- Cedric (10/5): Un hébergement de qualité et peux coûteux ! - Le personnel fut tout d’abord remarquable. Le responsable est venu me chercher lui même à la station de Métro. Les installations étaient modernes et les locaux très propres. Et les conseils de restauration donné par le gérant, m’ont permis d’éviter les restaurants à touristes et de goûter aux plaisirs de la vraie cuisine locale, merci Samuel ! La proximité du métro permet de se déplacer facilement dans toute la ville sans se ruiner.
- Anastasiia (9/5): Great stay with friendly hosts and an excellent location. - Very friendly and welcoming hosts, always available and speaking excellent English. They were happy to help with any questions, which made the stay especially comfortable. The location is great, very close to the city center. What really impressed me was that the metro station is located directly on the lower level of the building — you don’t even need to go outside. There is also an Aldi supermarket just about 50 meters away in the neighboring building, which is very convenient. On the lower level, there is a food court where you can eat well and affordably. The room itself was cozy and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. I would have preferred more frequent cleaning — during 12 days, the room was cleaned only once, and only after we requested it. Perhaps we misunderstood the system, and cleaning is provided upon request so as not to disturb guests unnecessarily — we just didn’t realize this. There was a slight musty smell in the bathroom. It would have been nice to have a kitchen towel available — we ended up buying one ourselves. The bed was a bit too firm for me, but this is, of course, a personal preference.

She was amazing and helped us with a lot of tips and with our bookings for some of our activities. The apartment has a kitchenette, laundry machine and dryer, which was really handy. Location was perfect as we had access to the metro station just a few steps away, and also accessible from the lift. There is a mall with food and Aldi. Also nearby, there is a street with a lot of food locals and street food too. It was really good. The team which helped us with a couple of things was also amazing and took care of us. Liza and her team was great and we really appreciate their help with our first days of travel in China. Thanks Liza and team!

- Marianne (10/5): - One of the best stays ever. The apartment had a fantastic view of Shanghai. We could see the top of Shanghai Tower and part of the Oriental Pearl tower. Located right by a metro stop, easy 20 minutes to downtown. The building is right next to a lovely local mall with loads of restaurants. Great local neighborhood for authrntic experience. Amazing Peace Park 7 minute walk away. Grocery store next to building. The apartment itself rates with any 4 star or even higher hotel room. Spacious, well equipped, clean, just perfect. Washer/dryer in apartment. And the staff were so kind and responsive to any questions. Fabulous stay!

Unfortunately it wasn’t very clean, especially the bathroom. Beds were not comfortable at all, neither were the pillows. Not recommended for long stays.
- Anthony (10/5): Great apartment in Fantastic location above a mall complex - Fantastic location above a mall complex with a food court and shops and the metro station in the basement.. so you had easy access to the city. the Haping peace oark is 10 minutes walk away which is a lovely big park with a lake and coffee shops. Where you can experience local life The rooms were great furnished to a high standard and very clean. Liza and her team were excellent at answering any questions and sorting out transfers to airport and train stations etc. Highly recommend Nothing
- Kazi Saeedur Rahman (10/5): Great Stay in a Perfect Location with Amazing Hosts - Our stay here was excellent from start to finish. The hosts, Samuel and Lisa, were helpful and attentive throughout. Even before our arrival, they checked if we needed airport transfer and took care of everything by coordinating with the chauffeur. Once we reached, they provided detailed information, helpful suggestions, and even a list of nearby food options, which made settling in very easy. They were always just a message away whenever we needed anything. The standout feature of this place is definitely the location. It’s directly connected to Metro Line 8 (B1 level), making travel extremely convenient. It’s also linked to Xuhui Mall, which has plenty of food and coffee options, a kids’ playground, and a super convenient ALDI store for groceries and daily essentials. Everything we needed was right there, so food and connectivity were never an issue. We stayed with our 6-year-old child, and all of us thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I would definitely choose to stay here again and highly recommend it to others. One thing we didn’t like was the bathroom door. The door was made of frosted glass, which still didn’t provide full privacy. It would have been much better if it were completely opaque and had a proper lock. With a young child running around, it can get a bit awkward and inconvenient.

The location and access of the apartment is great because it’s connected to the mall below and has direct access to the subway on B1. The apartment itself was enough for me and my friend also, it was pretty clean and had kitchen and dining utensils which was perfect since we bought a lot of food at the Aldi downstairs. Plus, the washer and dryer was a big help for us since we didn’t bring home any laundry anymore. As for the hosts, Lisa and Samuel went above and beyond by answering all our questions and immediately replying when we needed help. Also, big thanks to Samuel for meeting me at the station when I noticed after checkout that I left my eyeglasses and bracelet. Overall will definitely stay here again☺️ None, loved everything about it.

Comfy bed and really helpful staff, Samuel met us outside when we couldn’t find the property and was really responsive on WeChat during our stay with any questions we had about the property or Shanghai. Not an extensive range of utensils, glasses, plates etc. Bathroom could use a better clean, there was some mould around the shower. Couch made the bedroom smaller/awkward and meant no nightstand on one side of bed. All small things though we would definitely stay again if we visited Shanghai:)

- yanyan (10/5): Highly recommend to solo traveller and family. - The location is super good, a shopping downstairs with several coffee shops and local food. Line 8 can be reached with 5 mins walk. All kinds of equipment such as washing machine, hair dryer, refrigerator and TV are included. It's also easy and safe to get the online delivery to the doorstep. It would be even better if there was a place to hang clothes and laundry.
- Tom (10/5): Good for long stay or to experience local resident vibes but not recommended if you had to commute to the city center on - Friendly and attentive service staff, communication using WeChat App. Located in a residential area, connected to mall focus on education services. A number of food and restaurant near the apartment and a small Aldi supermarket just downstairs. Traveling to or returning from CBD during peak hours may take more than 45 mins due to heavy traffic. The property bedroom layout is awkward with blocked access to part of the bed.

The location is good, with a small mall just downstairs and also the entrance to the Metro Line 8 station. It is very easy to get food, snacks, groceries, etc. There are also many shops along the streets nearby. Special thanks to Mr Samuel 罗 for being so friendly and welcoming. To conclude, yes I would recommend this property to visitors looking for accommodations.

- Hoong Fai (10/5): - We arrived super early in the morning due to our early flight. We just hang around in the lobby. The host came up to meet us in the morning, allowed us to put the luggage in their office on Level 3 as the unit was still occupied. They added me on their WeChat and sent us a doc full of food recommendations which gave us a good idea where to go for lunch. We went to Haidilao at the next subway station which is connected to Bauhinia Mall. They notified us just around 1 pm (even before we finished lunch) to come to check in (earlier than the supposed 3 pm). Upon checking in, they showed us and explained everything in the apartment. They came to the apartment at least a couple of times to explain things and also pass us things which they deemed were missing from the apartment. We love the apartment location, super convenient and not too far from the CBD. Exiting from the apartment at Level B1 allowed us direct access to the Xuhui Mall food court, and to the Metro subway station. Super convenient. Lots of good food in the mall, there is also an Aldi supermarket if one wants to cook in the unit as there is stove and microwave oven. Our favourite restaurant is Hama Sushi on Level 3, good food and value for money!

The location might be not too near all the touristy places, but very quiet and good if you expect a more local feel. A lot of foods option nearby and is literally next to line 8 metro. На первом этаже сразу можно поесть во множестве кафешек, где в среднем на двоих обед выходил в 70 юань. Сразу выход в метро, за это точно плюс бал. Есть большой телевизор, но там в основном китайский кинопоиск, поэтому пользы может быть мало, а стрим с телефона почему-то не запускался на нем. Можно постирать вещи и сразу посушить. Плохой интернет, еле-еле тянет, 2мбит/с показывал speedtest. Холодно ночью, хотя кондиционер врубали на +28. Общаться придется через wechat, если хотите быструю коммуникацию. Апартаменты выглядят очень уставшими, пятна сложно отмыть на интерьере думаю за столько лет использования. Осторожно с бойлером горячей воды, перед новогодней ночью помылся так, что девушке не хватило горячей воды, а ожидать нагревания около 40 минут придется.

Consigliatissimo, una formula ibrida a metà fra un hotel e un appartamento di buon livello, che ti consente di vivere autenticamente, ma con discrezione, con le persone del luogo. The metro is very close if you wanted to use that but I wasn't confident enough to use that by myself. I used Didi for my transport which was excellent however the cost adds up when you are a bit further out of the main city area.

It’s spacious, clean and located right next to the metro, which made getting around the city surprisingly quick and easy. There’s also a food court, supermarket and plenty of shops nearby, so you’ll never worry about where to eat or grab essentials. Lisa was honestly the best host ever. She met us at the metro station, walked us to the apartment and explained everything clearly. В метро можно спуститься на лифте прямо из дома, благодаря чему можно без обременений добраться абсолютно к любым основным достопримечательностям! В квартире есть всё необходимое для комфортного длительного проживания. Интернет достаточно хороший, мои трое детей учились онлайн и не было проблем. Но самое лучшее это Самуэль и Лиза! Любые обращения, вопросы, просьбы решались и исполнялись! Четкая обратная связь! Спасибо вам Самуэль и Лиза! Если доведется вернуться в Шанхай, однозначно снова приедем к вам!

- G.Ronchi (9/5): - Ottima sistemazione per visitare Shanghai In tre abbiamo passato 5 giorni in questo appartamento e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Perfettamente corrispondente alle foto, pulitissimo, dotazione di cucina basica ma sufficiente. Bagno molto funzionale e con spettacolare doccia. Camera luminosa, letti comodi. Pur non essendo in centro è in una posizione strategica per visitare questa grande metropoli. Pensate che dal seminterrato dell'edificio si accede direttamente alla metropolitana che vi permetterà di raggiungere qualunque punto di interesse in un tempo ragionevole. Nel medesimo edificio e nella piazza antistante trovate parecchi ristoranti e anche un supermercato Aldi. Interessante anche il quartiere in cui si trova, non troppo turistico e che vi permetterà di calarvi nelle vita di tutti i giorni dei suoi abitanti. Ottima anche la comunicazione con lo staff. Menzione speciale per Samuel, sempre premuroso, gentile e proattivo. È stato davvero un piacere interagire con lui e poi ... ama l'Italia! Magari la dotazione di cucina potrebbe essere aumentata ad esempio con canovacci per asciugare i piatti eccetera ma sono critiche minori
- Audrey (8/5): Friendly and helpful hosts - The location of the apartment is quite convenient. The building it is in is located above a train station, and is also right next to a shopping mall. The hosts were friendly and were quick to respond on wechat. Samuel, who helped me check in, took the time to explain the facilities. He also provided a word document of recommended eateries nearby. The room I booked was quite spacious for one person and was very quiet. It was also handy to have a washing machine in the apartment. The cleaners can probably do a better job. The apartment I stayed in was a little dusty and the sheets did not seem to be super clean. Nothing a wipe down couldn't solve though.

- Alina (7/5): Für einen kurzen Trip nach Shanghai ok, aufgrund der Größe und Ausstattung nicht für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet. - Der Abholservice hat sehr gut geklappt, die Lage war sehr gut und die Waschmaschine plus Trockner funktionieren. Der Personal ist sehr gut zu erreichen und stets freundlich. Leider mal wieder viel kleiner, bzw. nicht die Wohnung die auf den Bildern gezeigt wird. Es war sehr staubig im Zimmer und die Küche war quasi mit nichts ausgestattet. Wir haben die Küche nicht genutzt aber zwei Personen hätten sich kein Essen zubereiten können

- Wenjamin (8/5): - The host was extremely reachable and courteous. One time during our stay, an alarm in the hallway on our floor went off. I contacted the host via WeChat. Within minutes, they sent someone over to inspect the issue. Within an hour, the issue was fixed. The host proactively reached out to us for a second booking since we had a couple extra days in Shanghai after returning from other cities. In-unit washer/dryer sure is handy on vacation! Superb location! The room we had for the second booking seems to have a hot water heater issue. The water went cold after showering for 15 minutes. We had to wait 20 some minutes for the next person to use the shower. That room also had some cleanliness issue we didn't find in the first room (e.g. cigarette burns on carpet and curtain). While the room is nicely decorated, housekeeping has room for improvements.

There is also a beautiful park nearby. I must also highlight the assistance provided by Lisa and Samuel, both helped us in many situations especially with the trip to Huangshan mountains.
