• Μεροπη (10/5): - Πολυ καθαρο σπιτι σε αρκετα βολικη τοποθεσια.Δεν χρειαστηκε να μετακινησουμε το αμαξι μας, ειμασταν διπλα απ το μετρό και γυρω μας υπηρχαν τα παντα απο εστιατορια,καφε,μπαράκια.Δεν γνωριζα την περιοχη του Κεραμεικού θα ξαναερθουμε όπωςδηποτε.

• William (9/5): a quiet spot in the centre of Gazi action - A great little studio for a short break in the Gazi area with all it has to offer. The roof terrace is huge with comfortable furniture. A few more instructions on how to use things, but it is all standard

• Aris (1/5): Needs a lot of work! - - very good location, 3 mins away from Kerameikos metro station, just around the corner from Gkazi cafes, bars, restaurants - 6th floor, great panoramic view of the city, large terrace area, very good for summer - well-equipped kitchen area - the person I interacted with through text messages was very quick to respond and helpful when on my first evening I accidentally left the keys in the flat and got myself locked out - the flat is run down and there's a lot of disrepairs that need to be fixed: broken window glass; the cloth in the swing in the balcony is torn and you cannot use it; socket hanging off the wall (a safety hazard!); cabinets not fixed to wall properly - please see attached images - you can NOT view the Acropolis, as it is advertised, because there's a tall block of flats blocking the view - a friend of mine who was visiting the area for the same event told me he tried to book the same flat but accidentally booked it for the same dates of 2025 rather than 2024 (!). Regardless, he contacted the host and they gave him the code for the key lock box! Meaning: they are not careful at all who they give the code! If I had left the key in the box for whatever reason, anyone could have entered the flat!# - the most important: there was a distinct unpleasant odour in the flat from the moment I stepped in, like mould or as if someone has not flushed the toilet! You could smell it even with all windows open. I looked around and couldn't figure out where it was coming from. I tried to call them, text them, messaged them via booking.com and they just ignored me. Booking.com has contacted them and asked them to give some compensation but they refused. Totally unacceptable, not worth the 70 euros per night rate. It is for this last reason that I am giving them a 1. A more general mark would be no higher than 4 too though. Sorry, not coming back and not recommending it to anyone unless they become more professional
• Izzet (8/5): Very good - The location is unbeatable, just 50 meters to Kerameikos metro station. Kerameikos is a great place for drinks, food, and fun. The building is OK, the apartment is renovated. The owner was kind enough to let me in one hour before the check in time. Check in was pretty easy. You take the elevator to the 5th floor and climb up to 6th. It has a terrace that surrounds the apartment 360°. The swing's seat is broken however, you have a nice table with 4 chairs. Inside the apartment, everything is clean and working. It is pretty small but convenient for solo or couple travelers. The fridge, tv, boiler, air condition, and kettle are in good condition and working. Pretty much everything was fine. Just two things: 1. The owner did not reply until one day before my stay (this may not be a problem for some but I wanted to ensure all is arranged and good to go before my trip) and 2. The owner did not provide the Wifi password.
• Zlatana (1/5): Do NOT book this! - This is a scam. The person in charge of the accommodation does not reply to emails and text messages. After trying two days in a row I was forced to find another accommodation the day I was to check in. What I paid I cannot get back - a total waste of money. DO NOT book this!
• Anne (10/5): Perfect getaway for 1 or 2 people! I would definitely book again! - Whoever has turned this property as a vacation rental, they did an excellent job. The place is a 5 min train stop from the main square. Very easy to find and in a really cool area of town. I would have loved to relax in the beautiful rooftop patio and listen to the music from nearby but the weather was a little warm. The apartment is very well taken care of and has everything that you may need. I absolutely loved it!
• Armin (9/5): Perfect location, 2 mins. from Metro Kerameikos, M3 line, and close to city center. - perfect location, 2 mins. from Metro station Kerameikos, and M3 line goes directly back and forth, from the airport to Kerameikos. apartment: comfortable room on the rooftop, and outside not only 1, but 2 terraces, really nice, full view across Athens. I only missed at least a little table, the rest was fine. The bed was very comfortable. Communication with owner was a bit bumpy, because my SMS did not work, but I could reach him by telephone call and then whatsapp. But later, the whatsapp communication was interrupted, I didn't get replies as I wasn't quite sure, where to leave the keys, as there was no instruction, but finally I put them back from where I took them.
