• SOLONOS (7/5): - The property itself its beautiful and thoughtfully designed. One of the standout features is definitely the balcony, the view from there is stunning. Also the location is very good. Unfortunately, my experience at this flat was quite disappointing. While the location and potential of the property are good, some maintenance and cleanliness affected the stay. In the main room the curtain was broken which made it difficult to properly block out light and reduced privacy. Additionally, one part of shower in main room was damaged and gave the impression that the property isn’t being properly maintained. Upon arrival toilet had visible hair. After arriving tired and thirsty, i was surprised that the property didnt even provide a single bottle of water for guests. Its a small gesture, but one that makes a big difference in hospitality.

• Ornella (7/5): Appartement ok mais ne vaut pas du tout le prix - -L’équipement du bâtiment : piscine, salle de sport -Appartement luxueux et neuf - appartement presque vide: pas de télé dans les chambres alors que ça semble assez standard pour ce type de logement - pas de bouteille d’eau, thé, café et autres éléments d’accueil : standard aussi pour ce type de logement - une seule clé ascenseur, absolument pas pratique lorsque lon est deux ou plus - le material de ménage était sur le balcon (pas très accueillant) - globalement l’impression que le ménage prêt arrivé n’était pas finalisé Pour avoir fait d’autres appartements dans cette catégorie à Chypre, celui ci est largement en dessous quand on parle d’accueil humain, accueil matériel, et global amenities.

Apart from that, I have always had a good impression that every apartment always has cleaning products, which is very important to me! Yes, I will not comment on the luxury, it is visible!

• Suzanne (9/5): We had a brilliant stay as the apartment was so great. - Spacious, modern. Beds were very comfortable. Sauna was great. Balcony was great. Instruction manual would help perhaps. The electronics of the curtain in the smaller bedroom did not work. The key for the lift whilst a great idea is difficult to work if you are in a group with only two keys.

• Loizos (9/5): Top Notch! - The flat is located right in the heart of Nicosia. You can find anything you want in a walking distance from the flat. (cafes, restaurants, shops etc.) Very responsive host. The flat was spacious and clean. I will definitely come back on my next business trip. Probably, the kitchen needs to be slightly more equipped (in case of a longer stay)
• Nicolaos (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect apartment right in the city centre. Clean and tidy, well equipped kitchen and great view. Walking distance from restaurants, bars and shops. Gym in the building was a great plus also. Generally a top choice for anyone travelling to Nicosia!
