• laura (1/5): Organizzazione orribile - Arrivate all'appartamento alle 15, orario concordato, troviamo all'interno la ragazza ancora intenta a pulire. Ci avvisa di un problema all'impianto elettrico e ci chiede di ripassare tra venti minuti. Decidiamo di andare a pranzo, torniamo dopo 2 ore. Il guasto non è ancora riparato. L'host in due ore non ci ha comunicato nulla. Nell'appartamento è presente un tecnico, che ci chiede quanta fretta abbiamo. Comunico di un importante impegno lavorativo alle 19! Sono le 17, siamo in 4 a doverci lavare e preparare per l'appuntamento. Ci dice di aspettare ancora un po'. Contattiamo booking che fa da tramite con l' host. Ci viene annullata la prenotazione e alle 17.45 ci troviamo a dover cercare una sistemazione alternativa in fretta e furia. Si premette che ovviamente, l'abitazione era stata accuratamente scelta proprio per alcune caratteristiche, posizione, comfort, MANCANZA DI MOQUETTE (in quanto gravemente asmatica). Trovare un'alternativa così su due piedi è stato un disastro, dato che quando si sceglie una sistemazione lo si fa scremando diverse opzioni. Soprattutto trovare un alloggio privo di moquette a Londra è davvero un'impresa. Il guasto / imprevisto è ammesso, ma l'host doveva assolutamente avvisarci per tempo, in modo da darci più tempo per organizzare un piano alternativo. Ottima l'assistenza di booking. Terribile la gestione dell' host. Che dire, la casa era bella, in un contesto carino. Durata della permanenza, 45 minuti. Organizzazione orribile.
• Valentina (7/5): - Lokacija apartmana je super, u blizini Paddington postaje (10 min hoda). Osnovni kriteriji su ispunjeni: bilo je čisto, kreveti su bili udobni (iako kratki, ja sam 168 cm i mislim da netko viši ne bi stao dužinom na krevet), bilo je tople vode, kuhinja je dobro opremljena (kuhalo, mikrovalna, toster, pećnica, aparat za kavu, nekoliko kapsula kave, nescafea, mlijeka, čajeva), postojala je daska za peglanje i fen za kosu. Bilo je dovoljno posteljine i ručnika. Apartmanu nužno treba renovacija. Prozori su nikakvi, neki se niti ne mogu otvoriti, izolacija je loša (jedna spavaća soba gleda na cestu i prilična je buka već od 6 ujutro). Kuhinja je dobro opremljena, ali je dosta neugledna, a frižider je jako malen. Nije bilo soli, papra, krpe za brisanje površina, deterdženta za suđe na dnu. Kupaona je stara i oronula, nema niti jedne kukice za rucnike ili stvari, nema normalne police/ormarića, pritisak u tušu se teško regulira. Što se sadržaja tiče, to je stvarno u redu, ali sve skupa je to pokušaj ušminkavanja umjesto konkretne adaptacije, stan ima potencijal.

• Sarah (2/5): Awful, cheap and dirty - This property is not recommended. This was one of the worst examples of shoddy, cheap, unskilled half-renovation I’ve ever seen. In Australia we call it “putting lipstick on a pig”. It is unsafe, smelly, uncomfortable and unclean and it is not connected to any sort of quality accommodation group (as stated on the advertisement) from what I can see, it’s just someone’s really awful flat that they are renting out for an exorbitant price. We had no contact with the owners apart from via this app, and while they were pleasant and helpful in writing, this in no way makes up for the unpleasant surprise of arriving and then having to stay in this horrid apartment, (and having to pay a ridiculous amount of money for it!)

• Ralf (6/5): Super Lage aber abgenutzt - Die Lage in top. 10 Gehminuten von Paddington.. Appartement ha eine gute Größe für 4 Personen. Gute Kommunikation mit Vermieter. Ziemlich abgenutzte Einrichtung. Wasserhähne alle lose. Badewanne läuft sehr langsam ab. Ungeziefer (Schabe) in der Küche
• Laura (8/5): Lancaster Gardens - Posizione comoda, zona bella e tranquilla vicino Hyde Park. Abbiamo utilizzato la metro di Bayswater a 10 minuti a piedi dall’appartamento. Colazione consigliata da Fluffy fluffy . Contatti rapidi e precisi. Molto bene wifi. Abbiamo utilizzato l’appartamento solo per dormire, letti e cuscini comodi. L’appartamento é ben riscaldato. Qualche appoggio in più in bagno per gli asciugamani, ci siamo sistemati con lo stendino. Da perfezionare la pulizia.

• Bonte (8/5): Nice apartment, would book again. - We like the neighbourhood very much; we felt very safe. There are several metro stations and supermarkets nearby, so it was easy to find food and materials to cook and eat at the location. The apartment is a bit old but spacious, clean and handy. A charging station in a private parking made a beeping noise all day and night. Not that loud, but enough to be a nuisance at night. It's an old apartment so you do hear the upper neighbours now and then.

• Ngaire (7/5): - The location was excellent. Walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores and souvenirs. The apartment doesn't have a dryer, so doing laundry for a family of 5 wasn't possible for me. And as it was partially hot on the days we stayed in London, the lack of air conditioning, especially at night, made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. Also, the bathtub arrangement was unusual, and the swinging door is also a little unsafe, especially for children.

• Nadine (9/5): Would book it again! - Contact was super friendly and helpful! Apartment was ready on time and very spacious/comfy and clean. Definitely more than enough space for 4 people. We Had everything we needed there Kitchenwise (even Salt, etc). The Apartment was well located, in Short walking distance to Paddington Station or other Bus Stopps and two super markets. And in a quiet neighboorhood, which made it a perfect starting location for visiting London. Could use some renovation - while it was definitely not dirty at all - the cabinets and wallsand other things could you use a makeover. Especially the wall in the bathroom and the windows itself.

• Rainer (7/5): Good, considering the relatively central location in London. - The central location and the fact that the heating could be regulated to suit your own needs. There was only one relatively small hand/bath towel per person and the kitchen was unfortunately very sparsely equipped. There wasn't even salt, pepper or oil and there were no egg cups. Luckily there were small supermarkets nearby.

• Viktoriia (3/5): Not "imperial stay" at all. More work could be done to make the flat cozy and nice. Overpriced. - The neighbourhood is quiet. Shops, cafes, restaurants, underground and buses, Hyde Park are nearby. The instructions on how to get the keys were sent 15 minutes before check-in time. One needs to have a smartphone and internet with roaming to get the message via Booking.com app. I don't understand why the instructions can not be sent earlier, 12 hours before arrival for example. The cleaning duo were still finishing their work two minutes before check-in time. When we entered, the floors were still wet, and our socks, too, which was not pleasant. We asked for a baby cot for a three-year old. We got one for two-year old, it was small and it was without any linen, blanket, anything, just a cot. I have never seen anything like that before! The smell in the kitchen was not pleasant, especially in the fridge, which is really small. The coffee capsules one can see on the kitchen picture were not there. Forget about coffee. There was nothing provided to wash dishes, we had to buy it. The bedrooms are not bad. Though the smaller one was not warm, the heating in the room was not really working at night. And there was thorn linoleum under the bed. The bigger bedroom has a big window with very bad isolation. I assume it might be cold in winter. The closet has no shelves for clothes. The bed was not super comfortable, one can feel that a lot of people slept on the mattress before. The living room is very basic, not really cozy, might be a bit cold at night. TV had Netflix. The bathroom has no towel hangers and any shelf to put things. The first two days the power of water stream in the douche was too strong and there was no way to regulate it. The flat has some manual heating control, but not all rooms are heated equally. With such a poor isolation one has to turn on the heating up to 25 degrees. There was nothing sweep or wash the floor or to clean in the flat. In general, in our opinion, this flat is overpriced. One cannot offer the flat in such a poor condition just because of the good location. The flat looked better on the photos than it was in reality.

Check-in and check-out are easy and there is a helpline which we can call and great customer service We can still hear noise from upstairs. However we have experienced something similar with hotel so not a big problem Some of the furniture are old and taps are difficult to turn off completely
• Ivonessa (8/5): Wonderful. Comfortable. Not far from the Paddington station - Close to the Paddington Station. Just 6-10 minutes walk. There’s a Dolce Gusto machine provided although only around 5 of the capsules are provided. The beds are comfortable and the bedrooms are of decent sizes. Heater works properly. The toilet bowl is stained that it looks dirty. The floor was dusty that I sneezed a lot on the first day but there’s a vacuum provided. So we had to vacuum the rooms. The wifi barely can reach the living room.
