Wanzhen (9/5): Good comfortable place! - Place was clean and comfortable, amazing view. There is a pool and bbq facility in the building, which is nice! Location is close to tram station (walking distance) as well as South Melbourne market, which is nice. Requested to drop off luggage before check in due to early flight in, but instructions and guidance to drop off luggage is vague. Didnt get a clear confirmation before arrival and had to sit around to wait. You have to complete a form and upload selfie as well as passport photo before checking in.
Marg (9/5): Great location, new property, perfect for friends or two couples. - Good location close to trams. Apartment was very clean and very new so everything was in great condition. The property was great, need to simplify the check in process, and provide a simple email with everything you,need, rather than having to download a guide online and access various emails to get instructions on where to get keys, how to get to property, what codes are etc.
