• Don (8/5): Always make the most to enjoy our holidays, but Nassau too reliant on Cruise Ships. - We had a King Room with pool view next to the adults pool and SOS bar. it was pleasing to see that the staff did not allow outsiders and children in that area...many tried, but were ushered off for Hotel Guests priority. Well done as this rarely happens elsewhere. Generally the hotel could do with a sprucing up, and some of the small water park was out of order but didnt let this spoil our holiday in any way. Location of hotel was great, but town centre mostly reliant on cruise ships. Once cruise ships departed around 5:00pm, the town basically closed. Maybe not in season but very little to do at night.

• Brown (9/5): Fun, lively, and oh-so Bahamian - Nestled in the very heart of Nassau, Margaritaville Hotel is perfectly positioned for everything the island has to offer. A short, easy stroll takes you straight to Junkanoo Beach on one side and the vibrant pulse of Downtown Nassau on the other,you truly couldn't ask for a better spot! If you're lucky enough to snag an oceanfront room, prepare to be treated to one of the most entertaining views around, watching the magnificent cruise ships gracefully sail in and out of the harbor is an experience all on its own. It never gets old! The energy here is fun, lively, and oh-so Bahamian , exactly the kind of vibe that makes you want to kick back, sip something tropical, and never leave. This was actually my second visit, and honestly? It won't be my last. Margaritaville Nassau has a way of pulling you back in, and I am absolutely here for it! My second stay was unfortunately a bit of a let down by the condition of the room. It was clearly showing signs of wear and tear the key scanner on the door was broken, and the soap and shampoo dispenser in the shower wasn't working either. Hopefully these maintenance issues get addressed before the next guest checks in.

• Tracey (9/5): Good value for a family, great staff and central location ! - Excellent property, we stayed at the apartment section in one particular harbour which was lovely and we had use of the facilities at both hotels plus the British colonial which was a big bonus. Everyone was fabulous, shout out in particular to Who helped us out lots and went beyond the call of duty. Water park does get full of day pass cruise passengers so choose days when there are less ships in port. Eateries where all fine, bars in the evening were quiet all in all would definately recommend! Housekeeping was a bit hit and miss - several times had to call down for forgotten towels or replacement toilet tissue. It’s a bit close to the port so all the people wanting day passes means it gets busy but that said .. in one particular harbour we did not have a problem getting sub loungers

• Nadia (2/5): Bad - The color of the water is amazing The rudeness of the staff was beyond anything I’ve experienced. The beach is very small and overcrowded — the harbour section is a better option. We tried to go to one of the hotel’s pizza restaurants, mainly because the town becomes completely quiet after 5 p.m. once the cruise ships leave. However, the waiter refused to provide my bill and even threatened to call security on me, which was very unsettling. I also had my bikini stolen by a staff member, and there was absolutely no effort made to help resolve the situation. It felt like they simply didn’t care. That being said, the water itself is beautiful. Overall, I would not return to Nassau. I found people to be generally rude and unwelcoming.

• Kimberly (10/5): I cannot wait to return. - Everything! I’m not one that would choose to stay at a resort. However I was there on business and we were booked at Margaritaville. From the moment I approached the front door I felt I was home. The warm and generous spirit of every front of house team member was overflowing. Every guest was treated as if they had returned home after a long journey. This vibe was carried throughout the entire property. I don’t like that I had to leave. I could have moved in.

• Christopher (7/5): The only thing we could really do is waste the day away in Margaritaville - Attached to the British Colonial so double amenities and waterpark. The crowds fluctuate with the cruise ships, and everything is timed to them. After 5 pm it becomes a ghost town in this area. Hard to find decent food outside of the resort. Also in the winter the sun never gets over the building leaving everyone in the shade, which is cold in Dec no matter what they say. Waterpark was nice but then the hot tub had yellow water and needed to be shocked. Bees in pool area was not a good combo either. The public beach next door was for a hardcore drinking crowd and didn’t have food more than deep fried conch.

Loved the spacious rooms, the views from the balcony and the ships docking in and out of the harbour. The reception on entrance was extremely welcoming and efficient. The bar tender and entertainers at night in the lobby were awesome! Close to restaurants and pick up points for the swimming with pigs adventures! The service was not the best. Waited forever for a hairdryer and ended up waiting at the reception until they brought it to me. Getting a seat for breakfast was a daily challenge and the staff were not very efficient or friendly. The snack place at the pool ran out of chips, didn’t have all the drinks available, really badly planned during the peak Christmas season.

• Rupa (8/5): We stayed there for 5 days overall stay was good and we had great time at the resort - There was no breakfast included with our stay and we had really difficulty finding food of our choice. other than we had good time the water park was decent and we spend hours of time in the pool and on the beach. Breakfast should include in stay or at least there could be breakfast buffet somewhere on the property which will give guest a good start of the day feeling, we have to roam around few restaurants to get good food

• Karolina (6/5): No kids club/babysitting for kids under 5; kids club open only couple days a week - The complex is very nice, well located and has multiple pools and a clean beach. On booking.com is said there is a kids club and babysitting for additional charge, but it did not specify the kids club was only for kids 5-9. I booked this hotel specifically because of babysitting options and when we arrived a) the kids club was closed 3 out of 5 days; b) there were no babysitting options (the front desk staff said they would look for off property options for us and never got back to us with any options; c) the kids club when it was available was only available for kids 5-9 years old which meant there were no options for our 3 year old. (The info is included only if you go deep into the menu on the website, not provided on 3rd party booking websites or on the main page where they mention the kids club). Also the splash pad which would have been a perfect entertainment for him was not functional (when I asked about the staff said it’s been out of service for so long they didn’t even remember it was there). So I would recommend this place for people with kids above 5 but no younger. Additionally, there is a 10% service charge that is described at the bottom of the bill (not easy to see right away) so we were doing full tips above it until we noticed it a few days in. Overall, more transparency would help avoid unnecessary disappointments.

• Javier Leonardo (10/5): Best stay in Nassau ! - It's the best place in Nassau for staying. It's very very beautifullll !!!! The view to the ocean is so great. The food is delicious. The staff is very kind and always are there for you. The acquatic park (lazy river, pool, flowrider, etc) are so nice for everyone. And the beach is perfect for the guest in the hotel. The best resort ever !

Loved the theme and view. Clean towels and robes were cute. Loved the margaritas and warm greetings and farewell. The bracelet room key was pretty convenient too. Room service was not provided throughout stay. Pools and spa area could have been cleaner. The towel bin was often filled with used wet towels no pool towels. There wasn’t a way to lock the sliding door. There was a stain on the baseboard mattress cover. The phone didn’t work. The wave pool was closed. The doors in the entrance were not working and were manually operated by staff

• Daniela (7/5): - Es hermoso el hotel y las instalaciones. A la piscina no le daba el sol por la orientación del hotel, el agua estaba muy fría, con lo cual por la temperatura no se podía usar. En la playa no hay nadie asistiendo, a excepción del servicio de actividades acuaticas , pasan vendedores todo el tiempo. Me pareció una tarifa demasiado elevada teniendo en cuenta que las actividades que no se pueden usar en invierno.

• Michelle (9/5): - All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Bartenders were great. Surrender to the idea of expensive cocktails. The pool area did not have a lot of sun, only the outer perimeter. The building blocks it for much of the day so you have to seek out chairs in the sun. We got down around 8-9am so it was easy to find chairs. The cruise ship guests arrive a little after that and we saw them walking in circles trying to find chairs in the sun. The pool was clean and nice, a little chilly. Only one hot tub and it was always full, mostly kids! The One Particular Harbour side was pretty quiet. The Margaritaville side with the water park was much livelier. Easy access to both. The beaches were nice. Very calm water to wade in. You can snorkel a bit, most notably we saw lion fish and one turtle. Access to the private beach was easy where there is more seating when the pool area is shaded. Coffee bar was convenient, line was never terribly long. Cafe/restaurant food was good. Long wait times as I think they were overwhelmed with high season traffic. Almost no gluten free options, unless you are OK with bacon and steak or salad. A GF bun or bread would have made our trip amazing. The steakhouse was fantastic.

• Solon (3/5): Poor experience, never again... - The residency was big and spacious The toilette was problematic, it kept clogging. The cleaning ladies were rude. The overall service was poor. The value for money ratio was terrible. The food in the resort was mediocre and extremely expensive.
• Dariusz (1/5): Pobyt z rodziną - Jedyne co było fajne i to w ogóle niemiało nic wspólnego z tym obiektem to był ten ocean . Cała reszta dramat ale o tym niżej w rubryce co mi się nie podobało . Personel zadufany i ciągle naburmuszony . W ogóle nie pomagał . Przylecieliśmy o 1:40PM i nie mogliśmy wejść do pokoju chyba , że zapłacę 50$ . Baseny brudne i nie sprzątane w żaden z 4 dni które byliśmy tam . Jedzenie strasznie drogie , piwo 10$ w hotelu , cola 8$ ,a za rogiem w sklepie 2$ . Pokoje nie sprzątane jedynie łóżko zaścielone , łazienka nie sprzątana , a papier toaletowy musiałem organizować na własną rękę bo sprzątaczka nie raczyła zostawić kolejnego dnia nowej rolki . Ludzie w restauracji czy sklepikach hotelowych naburmuszeni jakby łaskę robili , że w ogóle mi cokolwiek sprzedają - jakiś chory film w tym hotelu . Byłem już w ponad trzydziestu krajach i odwiedziłem dziesiątki hoteli ale ten był najgorszy i w dodatku najdroższy bo za trzy dni zapłaciłem 2500$ za dwie osoby dorosłe i dwójkę dzieci od 2-5 stycznia 2026 a pracownicy hotelu zachowywali się jakby to były jakieś grosze po prostu nie do uwierzenia . Nie polecam trzymajcie się z daleka od tego hotelu bo wywalicie niepotrzebnie pieniądze . Na koniec chciałem przedłużyć 3 godziny pobyt w pokoju to oczywiście nie było to możliwe pomimo , że hotel świecił pustkami bo gdyby nie statki , które zasłaniały przez cały pobyt widok z pokoju z turystami to ta wyspa byłaby do zaorania . Tu nawet Amerykanie nie przylatują i wcale im się nie dziwię bo to świetny naród i bardzo uprzemy i ja mają oglądać te napuszone miny to wolą polecieć na inna wyspę gdzie ludzie są przyjaźnie nastawieni . Taksówkarze chcą na każdym kroku wydrzeć z durnego turysty pieniądze ehhh ani ten hotel ani ta wyspa nigdy więcej .
• Jen (4/5): Mediocre is being nice. - Good location, comfy bed - housekeeping always made sure food supply of water in your room No room service after 10pm - no where to buy or get food and drink at all in the resort after this time. I asked at reception and they told me wait until 7am to eat or drink something !!! I also think the prices were very high here in comparison to other, nicer hotels on the island. Not a great value for money in my opinion.
• bob (8/5): Never again Margargreedyville...never again. - The area is perfect. Resort rooms were perfect. Staff including house cleaners were friendly and nice to talk and ask questions.. Front desk staff was good, despite our check indifferences. Love the port outside the resort. Straw market is a trip and a half....tons of venues with interesting items. Very expensive. Liked talking to vacationers coming off the cruise boats. The Colonial outside bar beach is great. Finally the small boardwalk is perfect. Check in was a disaster...Were seniors. Are flight came in at 9:30 am. We're tired and we still have winter clothes on and wanted to get to room. Room was ready but we had to wait to 4:00pm (5 hours) or pay $50.00...shameful. We paid so we would not have to waste a day. We also at check, had another problem as they wanted an extra night payment as shown in their computer. Despite showing my plane ticket and booking.com receipt showing dates...I still had to convince her that it was on their side the mistake. They caved in shortly after. Also charging us almost 1000.00 canadian dollars for use of facilities. The hot tub water was lukewarm warm...not good. The wave pool had no water, were seniors and not interested in rock wall climbing. So what's left...coffee and the pool which was good with a private beach. Shameful. They will simply start to lose Canadians if they continue to disrespect them by their over gouging policy. It's only a matter of time.
• ariel (7/5): - The location is very good. The room was large and clean. The staff was friendly, happy to help. The water park is nice and gives good experience. The sea besch is near and convinient. The concept is "room only" and the guest pays high price for the meals. Around the hotel there are actually no places for breakfast exept in the hotel. In general all the prices are extreemly high :example :we paid 160 USD for 5 hamburgers and 2 sparkling water near the pool... There are only 2 elevators for all the guests, and the guests must wait several minutes for the elevatord to arrive. Several times there were no towels for the water park. The amenities in the room were mid level. For 650 USD per night (with no meals included) they could give more...

• Joseph (3/5): Overpriced for what you get. - We were there for one night and got there after 5. The room on 4th floor was nice and had adult pool right outside door. Bathroom was nice. For what we paid, this place was terrible. No towels for pool anywhere to be found (after 5, but since we were checking out at 6am next Morning, kiddo wanted pool time!), pizza restaurant said open until 9 but closed at 7pm, phone system internally doesn’t work which required running around hotel to get answers for questions. Overall it was ok… if I was paying for a 2-3* hotel, but it was off the charts for what we got.
