- Artem (4/5): - Мы очень возмущены проживанием в этих апартаментах! 1. Апартаменты - это не отель. И размещение в них подразумевает набор всех необходимых принадлежностей для комфортного проживания от 3 и больше дней. Для того, чтобы можно было собрать мусор, помыть что-то, погладить вещи и т.д. Это самостоятельное проживание, без ежедневных уборок(как в отеле); Апартаменты необеспеченны всем необходимым(в самих апартаментах); 2. В день нашего заселения, после 15:00, мы с супругой пошли в магазин, за небольшое время нашего отсутствия, горничная 2 раза заходила в номер в добровольном порядке(со своим ключом) где находился 7-летний ребенок. Вы считаете это нормальным и безопасным?! Я сталкиваюсь с таким впервые…. 3. Отдельная тема это санузел. С потолка течет постоянно вода, сильно. Которая доставляет дискомфорт во всем. Постоянно лужа в ванной комнате, а протереть нечем…Вы помните.. да, что в номере нет швабры. Течь воды ночью усиливается на столько, что спать невозможно. Ребенок просыпается даже от этого. Вызвать ночью никого невозможно. Кроме того, это проблема не сегодняшнего дня. Судя по потолку, на котором давно уже плесень - это проблема уже давно, которая полностью игнорируется руководством. Вода с потолка течет прям из зоны лампочки и может произойти замыкание. Также может просто обвалиться потолок. С нами маленький ребенок проживал. Таким образом вы поставили бы под угрозу здоровье несовершеннолетнего ребенка(в случае подобного происшествия)!!!! Это безобразие и пределу нашего возмущения просто нет!!! 4. За другие недостатки я просто промолчу…. И за все это уплочены немалые деньги за проживание! Стандартная(немалая) цена в Валенсии. Мы разочарованы и очень возмущены. Руководство отеля должно нести ответственность за подобное. Да и Booking тоже!

Il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude également en plein mois de décembre.. la personne avec qui nous avons discuté n’était pas du tout efficace, après plusieurs appels pour pouvoir avoir la chambre avant nous attendons encore leurs réponses .. pas de code pour pouvoir rentrer dans l’immeuble la femme de ménage qui nous croise en bas et ne nous laisse pas rentrer bref assez catastrophique

A la llegada fue pésimo, estuvimos 2h para poder acceder a la habitación, pésima la ayuda, nos abrieron las puertas de la entrada otras personas que estaban pasando por lo mismo, lloviendo y en l calle. perdimos un evento importante a causa de la demora y el proceso largo para poder entrar, está clarísimo que no lo recomiendo, he hablado para poner una reclamación y se pasan de unos a otros, y hemos perdido 100€ a causa de ello. La habitación bien ,la atención pésima y muy lenta pidiendo documentación innecesaria, cuando llevábamos todo correcto . Ni fotos hice del mal humor que me entró,

- Loes (8/5): Schoon en comfortabel appartement in een afgelegen (rustig) wijkje. - Alles is netjes, erg nieuw appartement. In slaapkamers rolluiken. Airco aanwezig. Fijn dat handdoeken en zeep aanwezig was. Beide slaapkamers tv met bijvoorbeeld mogelijkheid om (met eigen account) netflix te kijken. Mogelijkheden om te wassen op begane grond en dakterras is groot en fijne plek maar straalt niet veel uit. Appartement is wat gehorig. Je hoort de boven/onder en of zij buren lopen en douchen. De klap 2 extra stoeltjes maken vervelend geluid over de vloer. Klinkt ook wat hol door tegelvloer en kale muren. Geen babybedje in appartement. In omgeving staan veel bouwvallen, worden ook een aantal panden opgeknapt. Zo ook recht tegenover ons appartement. Daardoor ‘last’ van geluid momenteel.

Olyan ablak volt ami által beláttunk a szomszédokhoz és fordítva, így szellőztetés nem volt megoldott. Nagyon büdös csatorna szag volt a fürdőbe ezáltal az egész lakásban. Elektromos zár, az alsó ajtó nem működik. Nem ajánlom senkinek.

Vi un barrio muy humilde pero con muchísimo encanto. Todo limpio aunque me faltaban esponja y jabón de platos para poder limpiar los utensilios. Buena iluminación y todos funcionaba bien.

- Lidia (8/5): El apartamento genial, la atención lo peor que he visto - Lo mejor sin duda el propio apartamento, es el típico edificio rehabilitado para ser apartamentos y el apartamento era nuevo, cómodo y con lo necesario para unos días. Por el precio al ser temporada alta en Valencia bastante bien. El barrio bastante regulero, pero tampoco pasamos miedo. Pero sin duda lo peor la atención. Primero queríamos hacer check in más temprano y luego dejar las maletas al salir. Me dijeron por Whatsapp que me mandaban un enlace de pago por mail para dejar los servicios contratados. Nunca me llegó el enlace. Reclamé dos veces por teléfono y al final lo dejé por imposible. Quería pagar más y ni aún así fueron efectivos, lo que evidentemente me anticipaba lo que ya pasaría. Como otros comentarios aquí no nos llegó el código de entrada a la hora del check in. Había otros chicos de otro apartamento en la calle esperando en la misma situación. Al cabo de un rato de repente aparece una chica de los apartamentos de dentro preguntando quienes somos. Le explicamos la situación y nos hace pasar. No nos quiere dejar el código y dice que es que lo tenemos que reclamar. Ante nuestra insistencia y haber reclamado ya el maldito código (chat que me llegó 3 horas después por cierto y que no mandaba el código sino que te abría una conversación con un bot) accede a enseñarnos en una pantalla de ordenador el mensaje que supuestamente nos tenía que haber llegado, pero diciendo que no nos lo puede reenviar y finalmente podemos entrar. Así que 4 llamadas, 3 conversaciones de Whatsapp y una telefónica para solucionar nada. Y una empleada con menos ganas de ayudar que nadie.

- Joshua (1/5): Avoid. I slept in someone else's dirty sheets. - Yikes. Do not recommend. I'm usually a care free traveler: give me a clean bed and I'm fine. But I arrived at night to find that my apartment hadn't been cleaned from the previous guest. There were used towels on the bathroom floor, zero toilet paper except for a roll of paper towel on the bathroom sink, hair in the sink and human excrement in the toilet which I cleaned myself. The worst part: I slept in someone else's dirty sheets. I sent photos to the management and they were genuinely apologetic. They refunded my first night, however I would never agree in the first place to a free night in a hotel to sleep in a stranger's used bed. I think they should have done more to correct the gross situation. Cool city and location, but I would highly recommend staying somewhere else.

- Daniel (5/5): Passable - Area is nice, close to the beach; Owner agreed to check in at 3:00pm (earliest possible in terms and conditions), and the room was not ready (not cleaned at all); there was no kettle in the apartment.
- Ep (4/5): So disappointed - The terrace of the building, new renovated building, air conditioning in both rooms, bus and metro near by. The area is a disaster, with many abandoned old buildings, dog poo on the streets. Bussines with poor communication, poor customer service and no idea what hospitality means. The manager Elena should improve her English as she insult me twice, or maybe she meant to, never spoke bad to her, I was just explaining my frustration. We arrived early 12.45pm, paid gbp15 to drop bags but waiting outside of the building because no enter code provided, lucky one resident opened for us, they only provide the codes from 3pm and they don't tell you that, lol... So don't arrive before 3pm lol, Cleaning provided only for extra cost (45 euro), no kettle, apartament with two bedrooms and two TV s but told that you can watch only one per apartment so the second one was there only for design, window system not working properly and someone came to check that in day 6 of our stay (I was told that I don't know how to open a window lol), no coffee machine even if you require one when booking, only French press coffee jug provided, no hand soap only shower wash, no bin bags, provided only one bag in 7 days of accommodation lol... So disappointed of their services, sorry to say that but we will definitely not coming back.

Por favor traducen y leen mi review! I did not like anything. We had a NIGHTMARE of a stay. please read on. WE HAD A NIGHTMARE STAY. English/Espanol speakers - please read my review! traducen y leen! Originally, we had booked another apartment which did not match the description online, they lied, so we had to do an emergency cancellation & last-minute hotel stay for 2 nights. During that stressful time, money gone, i booked THIS apartment for the rest of our stay, about 12 night. I have lived and been here multiple times, this was the first time this happened. THIS HOST has terrible communication, with us and ALL OTHER GUESTS that we saw coming and waiting outside! We were all left stranded outside! no communication! Eventually this rude woman replied and gave us codes and lied saying she had sent it by email. This is unsafe, electronic door codes! We went in, mosquito and bug killings all over the walls & curtains, & a handprint on the wall above my bed back stand! someone from booking.com accidentally CANCELLED our stay even though i said we are inside now. loud guests slamming the huge metal door loud at night and laughing. weed smokers on the terrace. days later, the woman, with no communication, sent a cleaner who OPENED our apartment door in the morning with no warning, my mother was alarmed, and i was asleep, she was banging on the door like crazy for me to wake up, i woke startled to hear the extremely rude and interruptive spanish woman on the phone saying 'no, you have cancelled, you need to leave now or i will call the police' and she sent a message saying she had videos of our belongings in the apartment!no tv workin i was on the phone to booking.com & repeating myself to different staff members for HOURS! this was meant to be a vacation! i had already paid! i had to pay her AGAIN for a SHORTER stay through their website, she said the 26th of august is our last night, although we needed it untill the 31st! she charged me MORE per day! I had to book more TAXI TRIPS & another HOTEL stay!
- Márton (4/5): Disappointing - Location Useless and stressful check-in at the apartment. No answer from the apartment regarding our quesions. Very bad smell in the apartment
- Paula (1/5): Worst accommodation I’ve ever stayed in - The shared roof and close proximity to beach Apartment PB1 had bars all around the windows, so not only did it look like a prison cell, it was also a fire hazard! The sink in the bathroom did not drain properly and the walls not the cleanest. So if you’re just out of prison, perfect to help with the transition to the outside world. When we complained and said that this was not shown on the photos when we booked and that we wanted a refund so we could go elsewhere we were told point black that it was not an option. Basically it was false advertising!!! We had to stay and suck it up!!! Location good but there is no way I would ever recommend. Also bear in mind that it is in quite a run down area.
- Deniz (7/5): Would stay again, but I wish they cleaned better - Close to the beach, public transport to city and to the train station worked well. Air conditioning worked well and the place was spacious. Did seem like they cleaned well. Trash from the previous guests was still there, and the toothbrush holder had gunk in the bottom. Would like more than one big towel per person.
